Great location in the edge of the old town right in front of the beach. 24hrs front desk and staff was helpful when I arrived late at night. I had a basic room but the bed was very big. Room was cozy with glimpses of the sea from the window.

The hotel is in a great location, central to all places of interest, modes of transport and bars & restaurants. Although in a prime spot, in the evening & overnight, it is quiet. The hotel is kept clean and presentable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, with so much variety of food. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a standard room, which was big enough, the only downside is there was no full length mirror in the room. There was plenty of wall space to have one.

Mercure Hotel reception agent John was highly professional, impeccably courteous, and outstandingly helpful to us during our stay at the Mercure. He contacted Booking.com about a discrepancy in their confirmation to me of three different prices for the hotel, attempting to resolve the issue for us. Though John expended extra time and energy on this problem, Booking.com was dismissive to him, refusing to honor their original lowest confirmed price. We so appreciated John’s efforts on our behalf. He also made us feel welcomed at the Mercure. His customer relation skills are superb, for he cheerfully followed through on all our requests during our stay. John is a lovely and valuable asset to the Mercure. Thank you, John, for all you did so pleasantly for us.

Great location, lovely big room in the Mercure club room and staff really friendly. Ideal for our holiday in Nice. Could not fault anything with the hotel facilities and quality of room.

Not the hotels fault but construction work in the alley next to our room woke us up early each day and was hard to relax in the afternoon with constant sawing and drilling. Can’t imagine this is a long term issue.

Cute little hotel right on the seafront. Its location probably gives it the high price as the rooms are small, but I loved being able to walk straight across the road and jump in the sea. The breakfast was surprisingly good, with lots of fruit and breads and cereals. I found it to be a little haven.

It's obviously a hefty cost for a tiny room, but the location makes up for it. My room did smell a little damp but I just kept the door open. And you have to stroll a few minutes to get to the Uber zone but it's so lovely walking around there as it feels super safe.

Location was perfect for us. The Privilege room was spacious and comfortable. The comfortable bed was like no other we had. Super king size and super comfortable. We slept like babies. Thank you.

Cleaning of the bathroom was not good, more about the products/materials used than the effort.

We had a large premium room with a large modern shower room. The bed was also very large with comfortable pillows. The location was excellent. Everything from the Old town to the beach was all just steps away We will definitely consider staying here again the next time we travel to Nice.

Because of the location of the room overlooking a wall opposite, it was very dark with no natural light able to get in.

The location was great and most of what you needed was in walking distance. The Asian lady at breakfast was amazing, provided the best service and made sure nothing was out, constantly restocking the food, drinks, etc.

There is no fan in the bathrooms, only feedback.

The hotel was facing out onto the sea, an excellent location. The bedroom was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was very good. All the staff we met were extremely polite and helpful.

On booking we were concerned to learn that there was no lift; but really this was not a problem. only 3 floors and we were on the ground floor.

Location was perfect. close to restaurants, close to the public transport and to pubs.

We couldn’t control the temperature of the heater in our room.
