I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Nice. The location is very central, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed—including a coffee machine, which was a nice touch. Despite being in the heart of the city, it was very quiet and peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated being able to leave my luggage after check-out. Just a note: the building doesn’t have a lift, so it may not be ideal for those with mobility issues. Otherwise, everything was perfect—nothing to complain about. I would definitely recommend it!

Excellent location, minutes away from seafront and restaurant/ pubs etc. Very clean, great housekeeping. Excellent Aircon.

No elevator. We were on the third floor and had a lot of stairs to climb. The stair lobby is not air conditioned and gets very warm and stuffy.

A wonderful location — close to everything (transport, restaurants, cafes, promenade, etc.). The room was spacious, very clean, and modern, featuring a comfortable bed with extra pillows available. The gentleman at the reception was very friendly and welcoming. Good value for money.

Every hotel I've visited has always provided tea and coffee in the room. Unfortunately, here, there was no tea available :( Some inebriated tourists on our floor were playing loud music and repeatedly slamming doors all evening. We didn't feel comfortable confronting them, and there was no one available at the reception to address the issue. The floors in the room are quite cold to walk on; it's great for hot summer months, but during winter, walking barefoot might not be ideal. It's advisable to bring slippers with you :)

Location of Massena Suites is excellent. Most of the restaurants and shops are in old town Nice. It's a short walk to the beach, so perfect for some recreation and shopping/eating. Our room was very large and nicely appointed.

The internet kept dropping out, so it was difficult to work. There is no lift to get to your accommodation so if you are older and don't want or can't lift your suitcases, then go elsewhere. In our case, we were grateful that we asked for someone to help with taking our suitcases to our room which they happily obliged. Our room which faced the Square was noisy, even with double glazing windows. If you are not a coffee drinker, there is no kettle to boil water to make tea, and there is no minibar fridge to place milk, or food that needs refrigeration.

The room was beautiful. Very clean, high ceilings and big windows. The location of the hotel could not have been better. We looked straight out on to Masséna square, with the fountain right outside. Stunning view to wake up to. We were on the edge of the old town, near the hundreds of restaurants, and also a minutes walk away from the promenade and the shops. The tram stop is right outside and the train station is around a 20 minute walk. Staff were friendly and helpful, booking a taxi for us to the airport on our return home.

The bed in the room was very creaky. The booking stated pay at property, so we took enough euros in cash to do this. However, the hotel took the payment from the card we had reserved the booking with without asking first. We asked a member of staff who said this is something that they now do, and did offer to refund the payment to the card so that we could pay cash. If you are wanting to pay cash it may be worth messaging the hotel directly first to let them know that’s how you intend to pay.

Great location. The room is quite spacious and cozy. Shower is good. Has a Nespresso machine and they give you capsules through the whole stay. The AC unit works wonderfully, which is definitely needed in Nice in the summer.

The stairs.. oh the stairs.. not only it's very hot there, but you need to go up several floors with your bag when you get there.. and without the bag every day.. wish it had some fans or something.. but at the end of the day it's not a big deal.. it was just those same 72 steps to the 3rd floor, 4 times per day... a plus is that now my calves look super good! Not possible to fully black-out the windows.

A lovely room that was modern, designer stylish without being fussy or cookie cutter. Many of the products used in the bathroom were Italian, not a surprise in Nizza la Bella but a very nice touch. The windows are divine…what little noise that there was disappeared when we shut the windows. Will be looking for those windows at home in California! We love Nice and return every few years and now that we have found you, we love Nice even more! Bravo for your fine work and thank you!

The room was of an expectional quality and meets the standards of a 5-star hotel in terms of "room" finishes and interiors. This was not expected given the need to take an elevator and the reception area having a more adminstrative-modest appeal. However, the room (suite) interiors in terms of ambiance quality is definitely a bench mark for many high-scale hotels.

The only exception would be to improve reception area or completely transform the reception area as a seamlessly intergrated reception/lounge area as the rooms are of TOP quality.

The room (Superior Suite) was spacious, and modern, with a great view of the "Fontaine du Soleil" and Massena square. The shower was spacious and the bathtub was a nice addition. This open concept "all-in-one" room is perfect for couples but not for friends to share with, as there is no privacy. Perfectly located takes just 5min. walk to the beach or to the old city. The staff was very helpful and polite. The room was soundproof with the windows closed and the a/c could keep a refreshing temperature.

Breakfast needs some improvement! Reception is closed during the night in case you need something. It is not a full-service hotel. In case you have a lot of baggage or some sort of disability keep in mind that there is no elevator. It is clearly mentioned though!

Amazing location and literally amazing!!! The bed is extremely comfortable and I am fussy! As are the pillows. Everything was so clean and staff were lovely. Would definitely stay here again and again!

Didn’t have a full length mirror (only one circle one in bathroom) which was difficult getting ready - being two girls that wanted to get ready to do make up etc. vain I know but that was the ONLY negative I could say.
