Fantastic location in Beaulieu ~sur~mer, very safe and secure, top choice for a quiet and relaxed stay, very accommodating and talented staff, fantastic restaurant (across the road). Location is quite close to the train station, near to most bus routes, and near to the rejuvenated Port area; with some new restaurants, and smallish beach beyond. The ‘bay area and old port’ are also close by, leading on to great walks to St Jean etc. Well equipped kitchen with most utensils for the odd ‘night in’. Great air conditioning, and electric shutters!

It was very clean

The telephone in the apartment didn’t work so we couldn’t contact the reception. It was quite hot in the apartment and the aircon was not turned on yet so he had to have the bedroom windows open which made it noisy. Also we were told by reception we could use the pool area and we didn’t mind being asked once if we were staying at the hotel but we were asked 3 times by different waiters, which made us feel unwelcome

The room was large, comfortable and had everything we needed. This was our 2nd Stay there and we hope to return for a 3rd visit.

There were 2 bottles of water in the fridge when we arrived but we would certainly have been very happy to have seen some milk.

We have stayed many times in La Residence de la Reserve, and have never been able to find any fault with it. The apartment is delightful, faultlessly serviced every day, and of course all the amenities of the hotel are available to us. For us, it is the perfect place to stay on the Cote d'Azur.

There was nothing we didn't like, although it must be said that we preferred the Gordon Bennett bar in the hotel before it was modernised. That said, it remains a lovely place to have a drink or two...

The Residence de la Reserve is superbly situated, we did long walks to Cap Ferrat and elsewhere. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and extremely well equipped. We would willingly return.

Nice location, clean, cozy and well-organized. It was much more than I expected. The best place to stay with groups or family.

I wish I could stay longer. There were some misunderstanding about the date of stay. And I was suspicious that this hotel may be disorganized before I visit there. When I arrived and checked in, I could erase my concern. They were so professional and perfect.

It’s a perfect location, the apartment is wonderful, spacious and comfortable. There is a cleaning service. Great bistro across the road.

Location. Cleanliness and friendliness of staff

There are apartments with better views and bigger rooms - would have been good to have one of these! Hotel was closed so couldn’t use any of the facilities - didn’t know this when we first booked

Excellent location and modern clean space

Air Conditioning was advertised - but ‘not available at this time of year’. Opened the windows instead and got bitten by mosquitos. For the price paid, we expected a/c

Centrally located and the staff at La Reserve we're great. Convenient and secure.

The bathroom could use some updating. Sink was clogged at times and shower was a bit messy as water flowed to the floor. Towels that were replaced, some were a bit old
