The service was very good, especially by the receptionists Gaiya and Sofia, who were very attentive and professional. The breakfast service was also extremely attentive and friendly, thanks to Rostam. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bed in the room was so comfortable with clean sheets for everyday. The location in Beaulieu is ideal and Beaulieu is the perfect base for visiting the Côte D’Azure. We enjoyed to see very beautiful mountain view from the balcony every morning.

She shower area size could be greater.

It's right downtown, close to eateries, the marinas, beach, mountains and train station. The lobby is clean and it was generally cozy to stay at. Worth the price and I stayed in October 2024. Staff all speak English and kind. There are WAY more positives at this place than negatives.

The A/C and TV (which is small - 24 inch-ish) did not work btu they fixed it right away. A maintenance guy just walked in randomly after our check-in while changing. The view of our room was some roof tops and buildings but not bad.

Wonderful front desk staff,especially the woman (forgot her name-wears hair pulled back) who helped me as I was on crutches for the full week I stayed there. Good wifi signal, adequate air con,pleasant room,very comfortable bed. Roll-down shutters block all light. Double-panned windows. Rooms have small but pleasant outdoor terraces.Hotel's location is a 30-second walk (without crutches!)to the town's charming center-which has half a dozen very good restaurants and cafes. Hotel is in a quiet area.Breakfast offered healthy options. 2-3 minute walk to train station.4-5 minute walk to port/beach. I had a wonderful stay. Villefranche one train stop away,or pleasant walk.

Very good location

The place was clean and in a convenient location, but the furniture and interior could really use an update. Everything felt a bit dated, and it would make a big difference to modernize the space. The room was also quite dark – adding proper lighting would greatly improve the comfort and overall atmosphere. In addition, the outdoor area on the balcony could use some attention to make it more inviting and comfortable.

My kids had the 3bedroom suite so it was super spacious and even the bathroom was great. It is very close to the train station and also nestled in near some boutique shops. Not many food options around though, but you can always catch a train to Nice.

Our double room was clean but the shower is tiny. You can barely clean yourself without making the floor wet. A little dated but still good.

I was satisfied with the hotel. The room could have been a bit bigger, but the size was pretty typical for a French hotel room. The room was dated, but well kept and clean.

Excellent breakfast with so much choice and quality food & beverages. The female staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming.

We had a twin room but the mattress on one of the beds was broken with huge dip and broken springs. My daughter didn't sleep. In their defence the hotel did let us swop rooms the next morning but that was only an option as they were not fully booked. Hopefully they have replaced the mattress as it was the only negative in an otherwise great stay.

I needed to work, so they let me stay extra time in the room and offered me to use their desk at the ground floor anytime afterwards. They also called me in the evening, to ensure i have the code to enter the hotel no matter when i arrived - which came handy as Ive arrived pas midnight. The breakfast was very nice in a causy little room. The staff was extremely friendly all the time. Very happy with the hotel, would happily use again!

Clean, comfortable rooms. Good location, close to the main square and market of Beaulieu, 10 min walk to the waterfront. Nice cafes nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room we stayed in overlooked another building and sometimes there was noise from the street. The coffee in the breakfast room wasn’t great.

The hotel is located quite close to lots of local shops, bars and restaurants. It is a walk downhill to the beach, so be aware that it's uphill all the way back. The beach was very quiet (UK half term week and of May), clean and the water fresh, but not too cold. The staff of this 'Boutique' hotel were very polite and helpful. There is some very limited parking, but if you find a space nearby on the street, it is safe and only €20 for a week. The room was very nice and clean and the bed comfortable. The aircon was a little loud, but bearable. The breakfast was quite limited with the only hot food available being a boiled egg.

There was nothing we didn't like, as much as 'could be improved'
