All staff are friendly and welcoming , rooms are good size , clean and comfortable. We had a balcony with stunning views, liked the fridge and tea coffee making facilities. Breakfast is plentiful with excellent choices, fresh and tasty- and stunning views in the breakfast room. Bus stop, supermarket, patisserie and brasserie nearby, 5 minute walk into old town, 10-15 mins to train station. We have stayed here 3 times- and will be back next year!

Very friendly/helpful staff who spoke several languages. 15min walk to the Old Town but all uphill on the way back of course. AMAZING views from breakfast room. Lovely pool. Good soundproofed doors to balcony. Very handy having some food that could be ordered on site (charcuterie board etc). Pharmacy, small supermarket, park, amazing Italian restaurant, Tourist Office all within 5 min walk. Very handy to have parking. They loan towels for both the pool and the beach which was great.

It's right on the main road in to town. Soundproofing was great but if not in a sea facing room, it does feel like passing drivers and houses on the other side of the road look straight in to your room.

The view was insane! So beautiful, looking over the bay where all these luxury yachts were floating about. The room was very cool, which was nice in 36 degree Celsius weather. Breakfast was nice, but a little small. The safety of the hotel was nice, you couldn't just enter from the road without appropriate badges/scanning cards. The pool was lovely. Very nice and helpful staff. They speak English well. I wouldn't stay here if I was planning on spending a lot of time in my room. I went to the Côte d'Azur for a wedding, so I was basically out all day every day. It was great as a home base.

The hallways were quite noisy with people arriving late at night. There was a bright red light right over my balcony, so sitting there at night overlooking the bay was not an option.

A hotel with a fantastic service and atmosphere and with an excellent location. The room was quiet and very clean although a bit on the small side. Beds were very comfortable, and pillows and bedlinen were really good. A fairly small but well functional bathroom. The balcony had a lovely view. The breakfast was just superb and with a spectacular view from the terrace.The pool and poolarea is small, but it was never crowded during our stay. It was our 5 th visit to Villefranche but our first stay at La Flore. We had a fantastic stay there and will definitely choose La Flore again.

If anything- Room could have been a bit bigger as well as the pool and pooarea

The terrace and the view from there were beautiful. The room was adequate and had everything we wanted. However it was an attic room ( which we could knew)and as I’m not very tall I couldn’t see out of the window. The breakfast was excellent,though we had to wait for some things at times as they’d run out. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant at all times and were able to provide some cheese and meats on a very wet evening when we didn’t want to go out

Lovely hotel with a great location. Everything within walking distance and staff extemely helpful in booking activities/assisting with local public transport.

Breakfast was slightly expensive so we opted for other options most mornings but it was delicious when we did have it!

Full Windows View was wonderful; too hot to use terrace and didn’t use the jacuzzi in bathroom. Liked the night tables/lamp by bed. Setting so pitturesque and lovely hotel. Good AC. Chef for breakfast was delightful—quite a breakfast buffet but only ate once. Coffee machine was great

The location was good and our room had a lovely balcony with a sea view. The pool area was nice and relaxing.

The door was closed/locked when we arrived and there were no instructions on how to get in so I stood there for about 5 minutes wondering what to do. Eventually someone came and opened the door and there was indeed a receptionist, but apparently no means for them to communicate with whoever is waiting to be let in - that was frustrating.

The hotel is ideally placed, close to the old town, but very handy for bus stops. The swimming pool is great, and the view from the breakfast room is lovely.

The wifi is very patchy. A strong, bad smell of drains whenever I turned on my bathroom tap. Inadequate power points to charge devices. I managed to find one spare power point under the table.

Great location. Friendly staff. Safe. Lovely pool and hot tubs. Beautiful terrace area for morning breakfast.

Might be challenging for anyone with mobility issues as the hotel is on many levels with steps, stairs everywhere. I think there are elevators but good for people to know.
