lovely cosy hotel in a quiet green area not too far from the centre of Nice! The staff was helpful for transport to the hotel and provided a map of Nice and even agreed to serve breakfast a little earlier to accommodate our early flight. The views from the Terrace were stunning and it felt nice to look onto a greener area of the city.

the breakfast did not have a lot of variety, both for an omni and a vegan diet, with the pastries being store bought plastic-wrapped madeleines instead of fresh viennoiseries and the quality of the bread not great either. The jams were delicious though and the tea was good!

The owner and/or receptionist was really nice and helpful. It was a bit distant from the city and the beach, late night we usually had to climb/walk our way back up, but it’s called Panoramic for a reason. The view was amazing from here.(There is also a bus available (num. 84) but it does not run that often so we usually walked instead.) Our room was nice as well.

Cleaning and breakfast (portion, selection) could be improved a bit.

I asked to have a room with a view and my request was met, and I couldn't wish for a better view overlooking Nice which was magical both during the day and at night. The view from the breakfast room is also superb due to the location of the hotel, a great way to start the day. The hotel is very cozy and run by the great Gino and his staff who made me feel always welcomed and very looked after. The tram station and a bus stop are also within walking distance. I truly enjoyed the stay at the Panoramic Hotel.

The view is amazing, the room for four was comfy and large enough. It was easy to use air conditioning unit. Very easy to access the hotel after hours - we arrived very late, about 1am, and everything was made easy for us, thank you. The staff are really lovely and the owners very friendly and welcoming. We visited without a car and the city was easily accessible and affordable via Uber.

Nothing to complain about, was all lovely however, could hear some noise from other rooms but didn’t bother us much and didn’t affect our stay.

The view of the room was really nice. The beds were comfortable. The location has free parking, which was a plus for us since we were traveling by car. The booking process went really smoothly. We needed to shorten the stay due to our flight delay. The owner was really nice about that and accommodated the request immediately. Also, the instruction to get to the location was very clear. We felt welcoming going to the hotel.

Very interesting unusual building perched on a hillside overlooking Nice towards the water. . Very friendly staff - everything was neat tidy and clean. pretty decor Veranda room 4 had the best view !

Check your email especially on Sunday. We couldn’t and without the help of a neighbor would have been locked out! Long walk down ( and up again!) a big hill to restaurants - However good pizza just down the hill a little .

The view was truly amazing! Our window overlooked the entire city. It made our balcony a great place to relax during sunset. The staff and owners went above and beyond and each of them were incredibly kind. They helped us navigate through the city of Nice. The room itself was comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend!

The view is not directly of the sea, but is stunning nonetheless. It is important to note that you must be able to walk 10 minutes up and down the hill to reach public transport. It is a fairly easy walk, and the staff will be happy to direct you.

Very polite and helpful staff. Easy check in. Nice clean room, comfortable beds. The views from the window were lovely. We parked up for free a couple of minutes down from the hotel. Overall very good value for money.

The walls are a bit thin and we could hear people talking in the room next to us, but not a major issue. A kettle in the room and some tea or coffee would be nice to have.

We liked the ambience and in particular having breakfast in the terrace every morning overlooking Nice. Our room was comfortable and very clean. Also worth mentioning the staff/owners have been great, very polite and accomodating.There was free parking on the road in front of the hotel but finding a space will depend on the time, so after 17:00 is a bit more difficult; having said that I did manage to park.

Absolutely stunning. Beautiful terraces along the stairs winding down to each of the rooms. Some were right by a specific room but others were along the path or side of the hotel so even the inside rooms could come out and enjoy the view. Perfect place to read a book or sit with friends. We had breakfast at the hotel twice. Delicious food with a panoramic view of the city. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We booked three rooms and all of them were comfortable.

We spent a lot of time in Old Nice so it was a bit far (we knew that when we booked though. The vibes and the price were worth it to us!). It made up for it by being away from the bustle of all the tourists though. It's a very peaceful location. You can take the bus, tram, or taxi. We ended up taking an Uber into town pretty often for the convenience. The bus stop is right outside, the tram station is nearby down the hill.
