Super clean rooms and hotel with great amenities. The rooms were very comfortable and everything was in working order. The staff for checking in was outstanding.

I had unsatisfactory customer service on the roof as a solo traveler. It ruined the great view and did not make me want to go back up to enjoy it because the service was not good. I had to get up several times to ask for a drink grab my own menu etc.. and was told someone would come to my table for my order so I had to go to the bar again to request an order. They took priority over other groups even though I had asked for a table first.

This is a really lovely hotel with pleasant and helpful staff and great facilities. The breakfast is delicious and varied, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the rooftop bar and pool are incredible. The food in the bar is very good quality so if you want to spend a day at the pool you can simply have a nice lunch at the bar. If you want to be right in the middle of Nice this hotel might not be for you. The area is nice and quiet but not particularly interesting but trams and busses will take you straight to the old town or the new town in about 10 minutes, from right outside the hotel. .

There was very little soundproofing so in the rooms you could hear TVs from other rooms, loud voices and noise from the hallways. There are not enough sun chairs by the pool so get there before 9.30 if you want to grab a few chairs. These are small details that don't change the fact that this is a great place to stay.

We chose this hotel for the pool and location. The rooftop pool was exactly what we were looking for. As the wheather was also great, we enjoyed spending a couple of hours at the pool every day. It was a 1 km walk to “restaurant street”, and 2 km to waterfront and more restaurants. It is good location if you are in a good walking condition. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. We did not buy the breakfast, and we did not use the small gym/ training room.

We used the rooftop bar with a very good city view a couple af nights. Service could be a bit slow in the most busy times.

We stayed for my husbands birthday and we really enjoyed the NH Nice hotel, staff were amazing, so helpful and gave us lots of information. Clean room with everything you need. They even gave us a selection of desserts for my husbands birthday which was really thoughtful 😊 Good breakfast overall, a decent amount of options. Omelets made fresh with plenty of pastries, cereal, fruit and drink options. Location was also great, we walked pretty much everywhere we needed to be and used minimal transport unless visiting other towns/cities

Only thing was the fact the TVs in the rooms were not smart tvs and couldn’t use Netflix etc but I didn’t mind so much as I had my laptop and we didn’t spend a lot of time inside anyway

Staff were very helpful with our requests. (Thank you Diego and Maëva). The pool area and rooftop restaurant were very nice and a relaxing way to spend the day. Convenient parking garage next to hotel and a 2-minute walk to tram line into town.

A series of little details could be improved upon. (i.e., scrambled eggs were tepid/cold 2 out of 3 mornings, no ironing board/iron in room - needed to order, no toilet brush in bathroom). Nothing major, but for the price/level of hotel, these details should be taken care of.

The room looked bigger on the pictures, however it was decent size, had a bathroom, with ropes and slippers, hairbrush, shower cap, toothbrush. It had a mini bar, safe, tv. The breakfest was really tasty, quite a big range of food, everything was fresh, topped up, the restoraunt was clean, staff was friendly and very helpful. I got quite sick on my holiday, my son was able to order the food from the restaurant and it was delivered to our room. The hotel had a swimming pool on the roof top, it had a really great and calming atmosphere. The hotel was far from the town, however, there is a tram station outside the hotel as well as bus station. Taxi also available. Rooms were cleaned every day, the hotel was really clean which i really loved!!!

The keycard sometimes didnt work and it was a bit confusing how to use the lift. Also read a small print as i didn't and the hotel takes a deposist, which is returned fully if you dont use minibar or forget to pay the bill on the rooftop restaurant. Otherwise no complaints.

Friendly staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, clean and everything you'd expect from a suite The Sauna and rooftop pool were clean and functioned well The location was ideal for getting around whether that was travelling to the station to go to Cannes. Getting an uber or as we often did, getting a limeback around the city

The breakfast was standard at best, the staff were attentive but the food wasn't particularly fresh. To reiterate it wasn't terrible value for money but unlike the rest of the experience it was quite up to it's own standard.

The staff were really friendly and informative about the area and what to do in the city. The hotel was clean and we had everything we needed. The Tram stop was right outside across the road and needed as the hotel is a little walk to the busy areas and the beach. The robes and slippers in the room.

The location, we were in an area a little walk from the busy area of the old town. There is not a lot going on near the hotel. We could use the tram though which was reliable. The pool is not heated.

Very good stay. The staff in general were great here (reception, bar, services, etc). Spacious room. Although the hotel is not that close to the beach, the location is very good, across the square you find the Palais des Expositions tram station and a bus stop at the side of the hotel with several lines that go to, for example, the Matisse or Chagall museum and also to the Pomenade des Anglais, where some beaches are. I enjoyed the pool, as well as the panoramic views from the rooftop, the food and drinks were good and priced as expected for the region and for a hotel.

The cleanliness of the rooms, coffee machines and in general could be improved.

We liked the place and the super helpful staff, especially Nathaniel, who supported us while we were checking in (and also during our stay by regularly checking if everything was fine and if anything was needed) and two ladies who helped us find new accommodation to extend our stay on the last day ( sorry, I could not get their names, but I wish them the best). Those people are the biggest assets of the NH Nice Hotel. Please keep them happy. The hotel is central so you can get to the landmarks and the beaches easily via public transport and by car (15-20 minutes)

The breakfast could be better, considering the hotel has a beautiful food selection and bakery in France. The hotel has no in-house parking since hotel is central, so we needed to book a parking lot nearby (5 minutes walk). ( Hotel staff helped us to find and book the lot with daily tickets; kudos to the hotel staff again)
