We had a great week staying at L’Abeille! I liked best the attention to detail. For example, on our last morning in Nice, it rained heavily. I was sure I’d be soaked by the time I got back from the neighbourhood boulangerie, where we had a habit of getting our croissants and baguettes. What a relief to find umbrellas in the lobby by the door! The room itself was spacious, clean and nicely decorated, including a window seat overlooking rue Bonaparte. The kitchen was tidy and well fitted out with everything needed to enjoy a glass of wine, make a meal, or lay out a leisurely breakfast for our family of four. The beds were comfortable, and we adults particularly enjoyed our sunny balcony. Although there is no reception downstairs, the manager and other staff responded to requests by email immediately and we felt well looked after. Location was better than we imagined! Walking distance everywhere and very near trams and buses, either at Port Lympia (bus to Monaco) or Garibaldi Square. Best of all was the neighbourhood full or shops and restaurants, as well as the Old Town only a 10-minute walk away.

Just the perfect stay in every way imaginable. Owner and staff were super helpful, location was perfect. The place was clean, modern, spacious and quiet. Bed was perfect. Breakfast was amazing. Courtyard was incredible. We could not have asked for a better stay and we were really sad when we had to leave.

My stay in Nice was truly wonderful thanks to this apartment. Everything was spotless, and daily cleaning with fresh towels and neatly made beds made the experience even better. Despite being contactless, there wasn’t a single inconvenience. The mini washing machine, towel dryer, and dishwasher made everything so easy and comfortable — I felt right at home. I had considered booking a place closer to the beach, but this location turned out to be perfect. The tram and bus were super convenient, and even after a day at the beach, walking home in a swimsuit felt completely natural. Some reviews mentioned noise from nearby restaurants, but I personally didn’t find it disturbing at all. On the contrary, I felt safe walking around at night, and the lively street view actually added a sense of charm and comfort as I fell asleep. Apartment-style stays often lack hotel-level service, but this place was the exception — everything was perfect. If I ever visit Nice again, I will definitely stay here without hesitation.

The location is spot on. There was a great buzz on Rue Bonaparte with charming bars and restaurants and a pleasant walk to both Port Lympia and Promenade de Anglais. The apartment is a good size and is well equipped. There is a lovely window seat overlooking Rue Bonaparte that is perfect for people watching with a coffee/vino !

Tip: you are very much left to your own devices and it is self check in , self access with codes so there is no interaction other than via email. This suited us but some may prefer an actual reception area.

Spacious apartment! Loved the minimalist decor combined with upscale appliances (towel warmer, blowdryer, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop), well-equipped kitchen, quality linens, comfy beds, lovely breakfast in a beautiful garden/patio and excellent staff- Eric and Kayleigh were wonderful. The location was perfect for us- a short walk to tons of cafes and restaurants, the old city and the waterfront. Eric is an amazing resource for every question I had, both before we arrived and during our stay. Responses to our requests were provided literally within minutes. Really appreciated that both Kayleigh and Eric are fluent in English because we are not fluent in French.

There was nothing we didn't like but it would have been helpful to have had some ports to re-charge our phones since we're from the States and needed to bring adaptors for our plugs. Also, it never occurred to me to ask whether there would be a walk-in shower. My husband is over 70 with back issues. The large, slippery freestanding bathtub was a bit problematic but we did adjust!

The location is very good. Walking distance to the tram from airport and train station to all the nearby towns. Lots of restaurants around the area. Reception staff Eric was very helpful with prompt responses to the request I had.

Might be a little noisy at night if you plan to go to bed early because of the restaurants downstairs but once past 11pm it’s back to a quiet neighbourhood.

I cannot recommend this apartment hotel highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the ultra-clean and organized environment. The attention to detail is unparalleled - they have thought of absolutely everything. A comprehensive manual placed on the table provides clear instructions and illustrations for operating every single electric device, including the dishwasher, washing machine, AC, and digital apartment lock. The manager is a tech wiz and always available for assistance, even via WhatsApp. Their remote control of the entire operation is truly impressive. We initially planned to stay for just one night, but the exceptional experience convinced us to extend our stay, not once but twice! We will definitely return as soon as we're back in town. Don't miss out on their delicious breakfast and the unique, magical inner garden. Bravo to the manager for creating such a remarkable and memorable experience. Thank you!

Location was fantastic. Very easy to walk markets , beach and Old town shops . Nice modern interior to the apartment. Gorgeous gardens . Busy bustling vibrant street with lots of restaurants and bars.

Kitchenette was not that well equipped. Not enough glasses plates cutlery . Ok for a short stay like ours but would be annoying if you had a week here . Not enough wardrobe hanging space or coat hangers .

We had a great stay at this apartment. The location was perfect - it was easy to walk to where we wanted to go, and close to public transport options. The decor was lovely and the apartment had everything we needed - even a teeny washing machine (much appreciated!) There were many dining options just below the apartment - we had a lovely dinner at the fish restaurant Peixes, and easy breakfasts at Clay. Do make sure you have received and read (!) the login details before you get to the keypad, and have to stand in the rain trying to figure it out!!

The bed and pillows were not so comfortable for us - but of course that depends on what you are used to!

Great location: close to the old port and old city, not far from the sea. The apartment has all the amenities needed for a short stay. Huge breakfast, that can be delivered to the apartment. Also, handy lockers downstairs to keep luggage before check-in or after check-out
