The staff is super friendly and helpful, the room was very clear, the bathroom is quite new and clean as well. The location is 10/10. In the hearth of the old town, close to the beach and the tram station, which connects you directly with the airport. There is a locker room in case you come earlier than the check-in time, so you can leave your luggage and go explore the city.

The bathroom has a sliding door, which is not very isolating, so that might be an issue if you need more privacy.

Perfect location close to Garibaldi square, 10-15 min walk to the beach, Massena Place and other atractions. Room small but I had all needed things. Calm, clean, bathroom big enough to keep all my cosmeticqs, huge shower, lamp close to bed so I could read in the evenings, comfortable bed. Breakfast ok, even if I dont eat bread and sweets I could had oats and milk.

Room could be a bit bigger. I had small cabin luggage for 8 days so managed but with big would be problem with place.

The hotel, albeit a bit small and a bit old looking, is actually such a nice place to stay. Im coming back here for sure. Staff is super friendly and super helpful. Restaurant, Groceries, Shops, transport, they helped us with all and provided such useful information. Beds really comfy, and all amenities are clean. Location absolutely superb. 15 minute walk to beach/old-town. Less than 4mins to tram/bus/train station.

I had nothing which I didn't like. I would like to note that this is really a more budget 4-star option. So manage your expectations. But the experience for me was 5+ stars. Would return 10000%.

Clean, good location, air conditioning

Only poor thing was a worker gave a couple our room key instead of their own so strangers came into our room in the middle of the night. the staff didn’t even tell us the reason, we had to seek it from them ourselves and they laughed like it wasn’t a problem and said “hahaha sorry it was my fault, nobody was coming to get you, don’t worry” then continued laughing amongst themselves.

Amazing location! Cannot overstate how good the location is. Everything is within a minute's walk, from supermarket to public transport and the old city center. Rooms are a bit on the smaller side but still good enough.

Rooms are a little bit on the smaller side, and the air conditioning is dependent on the weather. We wanted cold air from the AC vent but it was set only to hot. Not a deal breaker but just something to look out for.

The location is fabulous , easy walking distance to anywhere in Nice . For what we paid it was very good value for money . A no frills hotel but rooms kept very clean and clean towels and room cleaned every day , Do not expect any sort of luxury but friendly reception staff and basic but spotless rooms . Tea / coffee making facilities in room were a nice touch and shower gel in shower , shower was also really good .

Rooms were very small however we were never in apart from to sleep .

The lady at reception was so kind and welcoming. We arrived a lot earlier than expected and we were tired after travelling and she checked straight away to see if our room was ready, we were in our room 15 minutes after arrival and it was before check in. The hotel itself was only a few minutes walk to Old Town, near a tram station and shops. They also provided brochures at reception with all the different things you could do during your stay.

There was road works outside the hotel that woke us up on Monday morning- this is no fault of the hotel

Well located being near to a tram stop and lots of restaurants and bars. Only a short walk to the beach and promenade.

Our room was very little, I’m not sure if we could have booked a bigger one but there was barely room to get around the bed and there was no fridge. Luckily we were out most of the day. I would still stay again though

Nice location, very easy to reach Port, City center. Good stuff. Clean room. We did not take breakfast, so there is much good places near to have it, just walk 3-5 min. They have also luggage hold, so if you arrive earlier, like we did, you could leave your baggage there in secure room.

Missing ventilation, so you have to hold your windows open. As city is quite noisy (additionally there are music pub near and road building works at moment - okt.2023 and seems some more months) sleeping is not so comfortable. Small uncomfortable pillows also do not add sleeping comfort.

Excellent location, less than a 5 minute walk, across a beautiful square, from the tram that took us from the airport, to the hotel. It was a perfect location across the road from the old town, and only a 15 minute walk to the nearest train stations that took us to Cannes and Monaco. The hotel was clean, quiet and very comfortable. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. A good selection for breakfast too.
