Perfect location in Themis city centre of Nice, surrounded by lots of restaurants and bars. Harbour is 5 min walk, beach 20min. This is where you want to stay! Perfectly reachable by tram as well.

The room is a bit basic and breakfast could have a bit more options. It’s a pretty basic buffet.

Excellent location with lively bars and eateries and a few mins from Old Nice which was super pretty and lovely. Excellent LGBTQ area. Really near port with excellent tram to airport (5 mins walk). Comfy beds. Clean room. Ample hanging space for clothes. Clean bathroom and shower room. Fab family room as kids had their own room off private entrance space. Great croissants and pain au chocolat! Clean towels and beds made every day.

Slow drainage of shower. Terrible dry omelettes and same stuff at breakfast every day (even flavours of yoghurt didn’t change) Toilet room in kids room and shower room in adults room. However, this was still good value, as far as we were concerned as the location makes up for it! Very friendly Portuguese receptionist when we arrived who was so helpful and went above and beyond!

Great location with easy access to the Old Town and the Port (and Lime bikes available outside). Used the hotel parking for 20 euro for the night. Clean and spacious room. Simple but good breakfast in the hotel cafe/bar, nice decor. Water and sparkling water are provided in the reception area

In the family room there are two separate rooms with a hallway - the shower is accessible from within one room (with the big bed), and the toilet is separate and accessible from the other room (with the two single beds). This configuration is certainly not optimal for non-families, but even for families it would be better to have access from the hallway (so that a person going to the bathroom in the middle of the night does not wake up the people in the other room).

It was a very good stay which I was very pleased with. The room was small but everything worked well, especially the shower and hairdryer, which are the things that I am often left unsatisfied with whenever I stay in hotels. And the bed was very comfy! But the best thing is clearly the environment - very good location and lively district that light up the ambience of the hotel overall! I’d love to stay in this hotel again!

The breakfast is something that could be easily improved with some fresh veggies and bigger selection of choices, but I’m not much of an early eater anyway.

The hotel has an excellent location. Several restaurants and bars around as well as within a radius of 400 metres. Nice Riquier Train Station is 800 metres away and Nice Ville is 1.2km away. It's a quiet walk with several stops to enjoy the shops. From these train stations there is access to Cannes, Monte Carlo, and other locations in a maximum of 40 minutes on a comfortable train. From Nice airport to the hotel is very simple. Take the Lignes d'Azur L2 Tram towards Port Lympia. Get off at Garibaldi/Lê Château Station. The hotel is 350 metres from the Garibaldi / Le Château Tram station. You must buy the ticket at the machine and register on the train. In case of an exhausting day, I suggest buying a pizza take away at Pizza Gillou. A small oven that is about 100 metres from the hotel. Room cleaning service is done in the morning and very well cleaned and organised by the friendly staff. By Jose Serpa

Points to improve would be to have a minibar in the room. It helps a lot the guest in a city where you spend the whole day visiting and arriving at the room and there is no cold or at least fresh water is not good at all. Breakfast is simple and good. It is served next door in a partner bar/restaurant that has excellent beers but most of the attendants are in an incredible bad mood. It's worth trying the beer like Ale and nothing else! The hotel staff are polite in the treatment and that's it. But it's the least a guest expects to find. By Jose Serpa

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Nice. The location is excellent, just a few steps away from public transportation, making it very convenient to explore the city. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, always available to assist with anything I needed. The services were well maintained and of high quality, contributing to a truly comfortable experience. Overall, a top-notch 5-star stay that I would highly recommend!

This busy hotel is very easy to find and conveniently close to the Port of Nice. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room had tea and coffee facilities, and there’s a water filter available in the reception area—very handy! It’s within easy walking distance to Vieux Nice, where you'll find plenty of great restaurants. We also appreciated the late checkout option and the luggage storage, which made our departure much more relaxed.

Room and bathroom quite small but ok for one night.

Spacious room and bathroom, clean, the air in the room was good, windows can be opened too, nice view. Convenient location near Port Lympia, restaurant, public transport and a supermarket. Walking distance to old Nice, market and to us the best part of the beach. Wheelchair accesible. Overall very nice, comfortable and convenient stay with sister and elderly mother.

Water pressure when using the rain shower was not enough, but the standard shower head had very good water pressure so we did not miss the rainshower. Bathroom is very clean and cleaned everyday.

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms had everything required for a short stay. There was a fantastic breakfast in the mornings. The restaurant also had a good offering of food and drink during the day. The location was perfect, right in the hustle and bustle of restaurants and bars. It was a 5 minute walk from either Garibaldi or the Port tram stops. It was also only a few minutes walk to take you into the old town of Nice for when you're exploring 🙂. I'd recommend this hotel to friends and family who were thinking of visiting Nice.

The room was quite small, but had everything required for a short stay. I think we may have struggled if staying for a longer period of time - it's perfect for a city break. Due to the location, it can be a bit noisy in the evenings. This wasn't an issue for us, but if you're a light sleeper perhaps bring some earplugs.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Nice. However, it can be a bit noisy in the evenings due to sounds from nearby terraces. The room was very clean and well-equipped for a short stay. It's also conveniently located near public transportation (including the direct L2 tram to the airport), the Old Town, and the beach.

The room was quite small. The breakfast was good, though not exceptional. There were no fresh vegetables, which is more of a personal preference.
