We loved absolutely everything about this hotel 🥰 the staff are lovely, the rooms are clean and very practical, the location is amazing. The entire vibe is very cute. We have been traveling through Europe for the past 10 days and this was by far the best hotel. I loved it so much I extended my stay by another night!

My only small feedback is the shower door and shower water pressure(low): it’s very small and does not cover the shower completely, so even when you are very careful the water goes outside the shower and wets the bathroom. Other than this, I am already planning my next trip back ☺️

The guy who worked at the reception is excellent. He goes far beyond to make sure that we had great stay. The main reason I gave good score is because of his excellent service. The room is pretty comfortable and has good size. But the courtyard view is empty with nothing to look at.

I think the hotel is a bit overpriced for what we paid. One of our rooms is in a different building which is a bit confusing to get to, and the connecting stairway felt not so safe. There was also no elevator but the guy who works there helped us carry all our huge luggages so this was not an issue at all.

The location is great and convenient in the border of Vieux Nice and close to the beach, Place Garibaldi and Port Lympia, and Massena. It is very well connected because trams stop a few blocks away so it is very easy to get to/from the airport and train station by public transport. The room was super comfortable, very well equipped, spotless clean, and very silent even though it is on an avenue. My room overlooked la Coulee Verte which is an amazing linear park in the center of the city. The staff was really helpful and kind. I just wish my first days in Nice I'd stayed there instead of staying on an Airbnb! Perfect stay.

Great mattress, firm enough to have a good night sleep. Perfect location with nice restaurants and shops nearby. We had a room with window into the courtyard so no outside noise despite being in the middle of the old town. Helpful and friendly staff. The sofa is also quite comfortable for sitting.

There's noise from inside the building because of thin walls, nothing too disturbing. The more disturbing noise was coming from the fridge. The kitchen could have a bit more cutleries and bowls. (e. g. There was only 1 bowl and 3 spoons in a room for 4) No paper towel in the kitchen, no tissue in the room. No bidet in the toilet.

Sebastian was the front desk person who checked us in. He was professional, friendly and super helpful. I woke up in the middle of the night with severe eye pain in my left eye. I was desperate to see an ophthalmologist as my vision was seriously impaired. Sebastian performed miracles that morning and arranged an appointment for that same day for me with a local ophthalmologist. He really saved the day for me as my eyesight improved dramatically with prescription medication. Without that medicine I would have had to halt my vacation and return to the U.S for treatment.

The location is great if you want to be near Old Nice. Easy to locate trams and get to train stations. The room is good size and fairly clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. The main door is locked and the area is very safe. The bed is comfy and the sofa bed was decent. All you had to do was ask for more towels if needed. Tons of great resturants close by!

The balcony is a nice addition but it just looks over a "courtyard"- nothing fancy- just good info to have. The property is on the high side for price. And just to know, the desk is not staffed- but you can reach them anytime- just good info to have. Very easy to get to airport.

The hotel is 100 points out of 100 possible!!! The hotel is located in the center of old Nice. There are many restaurants nearby. If you arrive by car, there is a multi-level parking lot within a 3-minute walk! The beach is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The rooms are small, but stylish and very clean. The room has a small kitchen with a coffee machine, kettle and microwave. In case of early check-in or late check-out, you can leave your belongings in the hotel's luggage room! Which we took advantage of😀 The girl working at the reception -Maeva is just a miracle, tried to fulfill all our desires! She told me which restaurants you can dine in and what to visit in Nice! We will definitely come back!!!

This was the perfect location and perfect place for us when visiting Nice. It is in Old town Nice which I highly recommend if you are wanting to base yourself in Nice. We loved after travelling so long having a kitchenette available to us as we were desperately craving some home cooking. But if that’s not your thing there is some great restaurants very very close by foot. You are right next to the tram and bus lines also making it super easy to get around. The staff were wonderful and the place was immaculate and felt very cosy. We will absolutely be staying here if we come back again.

The location was very good - right on the edge of the old town and near to a metro stop (lots of restaurants nearby, a small well-stocked Carrefour and an excellent bakery). The trip back to the airport was easy too with luggage storage not a problem at the hotel after we had checked out. The bed was so comfortable and we had 2 good pillows each. It was great to be able to make tea in the room and prepare some food (especially as I am vegan and finding good options in the restaurants wasn't easy). We also enjoyed sitting on our small terrace with our homemade breakfast (facing inwards to a courtyard). The staff were very helpful and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble, we felt that they genuinely wanted us to help us enjoy our stay there.

Honestly, I can't think of anything that needs improving.

Location was very convenient and the place was ideal for what I needed -- a place to work and go for bike rides for a few days. Safe, simple, secure and clean. Good internet and all the basics. Having a fridge and sink was super helpful so I could make my own breakfast etc. in the room. Steps away from a huge selection of cafes, restaurants and all the Vieux Nice sites.

You're on your own for pretty much everything but the room. Plenty of cafe's, bakeries and grocery stores within a few meters. Just be prepared to DIY.
