I definitely liked the location, you can reach everything on foot I liked the kitchen, it was really good equipped and clean I asked for a quiet room, and I got one, also with a big balcony

They will freeze minimum the half of you due payment money as a guarantee in case if you break smth, and in my case they did it like a week before my arrival and i got it back only on the day of my check out (evening), wich was really inconvenient for me. As I booked, in conditions was: you can pay at the property! waf? booking didn't react to my complaints.

+The studio was pretty big, well equiped, clean, confortable bed +The kitchen from the studio is practical, you can find basic tools to cook +Delicious tipical french petit dejeuner, we really envoyed it +The staff is very helpfull in the reception desk, in the kitchen area also nice, great interaction with them and they speak well in english +Central location near to the main objectives like: Place Massena(10 min walking distance), Albert 1er Jardin, Nice city center, amazing Nice beach(15 min walking distance) +Great connection with tram from the airport, buses etc, many bus stops in the area which is great when you want to visit the city of Nice +A lot of stores, parcs, restaurants in the area. Also the Centre Commercial Nice TNL is at 10 min distance, there you can find many shops and Carrefour hipermarket.

-The building is more like a classic style, the hallways are old, a refurbishment would be recommended -The furniture is old but practical, we didn't have an issue with that -Cleaning service is offered only once at 8 nights, I would say this should be improoved

Great Stay in Nice – Highly Recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Nice. It’s about a 17-minute walk to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the sea while still staying in a quieter area. The location is very convenient—close to shops, bakeries, and public transport. The room was clean and modern, with a fully equipped kitchen, which was perfect for preparing our own meals. The air conditioning worked really well, which was a lifesaver during the warm days. One of the nice touches was the espresso machine in the hallway we really appreciated being able to grab a good coffee anytime. The staff were kind and even allowed us to check in an hour early, which made our arrival much smoother. Overall, a great value for the location and comfort. Would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was very good, beautifully set up in a quiet atmosphere. My room had everything I needed--a nice cooking area with equipment, microwave, tea pot, fridge and small table. There was also a balcony with a table and chairs. There were several markets close by where you get food to go so there was no need to rely on restaurants. The tram was 5 minutes away.

Some of the staff were helpful, others not. There weren't many restaurants in the immediate area; most were about 10 minutes from the hotel. The safe in the room was hard to open.

Location is super central and safe - everything is in walking distance. The staff are really lovely as well. My boyfriend and I arrived late at night and they were so welcoming of us, giving us tips on things to do and restaurants to try in the city. As a French learner, something I really appreciated was the staff happily speaking to me in French even though they could speak English. It makes the world of difference when people are kind and patient with someone trying to learn their language, so thank you! We were very happy with our stay here.

Location was fantastic, beds were comfortable, bathroom was cute and cooking facilities in room were perfectly adequate

The ongoing massive construction in front is annoying which is not the hotels fault but it does result in the car park access being blocked almost every time we needed to use it. The pool not being available was also frustrating.

Great location for getting around the city, restaurants and shops. Easy access to the tram. When the construction in front of the hotel is completed it will be lovely

On two occasions, the taxi / bus tour drivers were unable to pick up the location of the hotel on their GPS - It seems the mention of Garibaldi is important More pillows on the beds would have been good.

The hotel is in a pretty good area, somehow between the old city center and the train station. Also within a reasonable walking distance from the Airport Tram station The place is quiet and the room is pretty big in relation to the french standards. The furniture doesn't feel old and is in good shape, the bed was pretty comfy and there were 2 sets of pillows. The room was clean and there were no funny smells or anything. It also has a balcony, airconditioning and the mini kitchen, which is a great addition, is equiped with the basics if you want to prep something up. There are also some options to find food around the neighbourhood, like pizzas, burgers, kebap and pastry shops, as well as a Lidl store which is 3 minutes away. The staff is really nice and helpful.

The bathroom is pretty small, luckily there is a heater on one wall otherwise you can catch a cold in there. The heater has a button with a 5 minutes timer. Also the shower head is eco friendly, so if you want to take a shower...well be prepared as you will barelly touch the water with, and with that level of pressure and the fluctuations in water temperature it will be a challenge (especially if you have long hair) - don't forget to ask at the reception for a haird dryer, it's free. Another thing is garbage sorting: they ask you to sort and take out your garbage before your checkout, yet they only provide one huge garbage bin and one bag. They could have 3 smaller bins for ease of sorting.

The staff greeted us very professionally and helpfully upon arrival. They explained how the hotel service worked (for example, no room service unless additionally paid if staying for less than 8 nights) and gave clear instructions on what was expected when checking-out. The room was clean and the facilities all worked well. The kitchenette was smaller than I expected (a little alcove in the wall) but had a cooker top, microwave, fridge, kettle, and all crockery and cutlery required. The location of the hotel was amazing. A 3-minute walk to the closest tram stop, an 8-minute walk to the closest bus stop, and a 15-minute walk to the train station. The reception area of the hotel was very calm and comfortable. They were also very accommodating for letting us leave our suitcases on our departure day at the hotel whilst we went around town.

The kitchen was smaller than I anticipated but still had all the required facilities, crockery, and cutlery. There was only two of us so the room was a good size but slightly on the small side. The bathroom sink drains slightly smelled.

The room was exactly as I expected. It was smallish but it had a small kitchen area with enough space and equipment to cook if I wanted to, and plenty of room to make snacks and cups of teas. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean and crisp. There was even a small balcony which was great . The location was extremely convenient, close to the tram system, but in any case within easy walking distance to the old town and the beach. I guess that the hotel could do with a bit of redecoration and refurb. but it was clean and everything worked.

The room didn't get any sun , but I imagine that during the summer season which can be very hot that would be a bonus. It was at the back of the hotel which meant that it was vey quiet.
