The hotel location is great, there is Carrefour supermarket , laundry and paid parking just walking distance from the hotel. Walking distance from the marina and beach. The hotel restaurant had many activities during evenings, music, DJ and karaoke . AC was really good, house keeping was available most of the time .

Nice and modern hotel and equipment. Very warm. Close to the city center, but in a not too noisy street. Staff was nice. We also appreciated the filtered water available in the hall.

The garage is very small and we weren't able to get a parking space, since we booked the same day. When booking, we didn't really see an option to book parking separately (or and info if it's available or not), but when we arrived, they just informed us parking was full. It was a bit stressful - I recommend you book well in advance if you're traveling with a car.

Staff were excellent, super friendly and very helpful.Excellent location.

We thought breakfast was poor. Seemed to run out of items on both our mornings, we had breakfast out on our last day !

Staff very friendly and helpful. Location excellent for easy access to the beach, nice restaurants and train station.

Only frustrating thing was controlling hot and cold water.

Really good location, renovated, fun design. Loved receptionist Karo. He really made us feel like PRINCESSES! :) Great energy and amazing sense of humour. The biggest compliments to him! Great professional!

Could have had body lotion and shampoo. Shampooing shower gel (2in1) not the best option🙄

The hotel is in a great location, in a quiet street and close to all attractions. The breakfast was excellent, varied, and the service period allows each guest to plan their time according to their needs. The interior of the hotel is beautiful, designed with care. The rooms are well maintained. I especially liked the beautiful terrace. All employees are professional and friendly. I especially want to praise dear Nicolas and lovely Amohada, who are very dedicated to their guests, very kind and always ready to help.

the decor was so good, unique, fun vibe to it. Not seen anywhere like this before. Hotel was very clean and new. 2 litre bottled water per person on request each night at reception. We loved the reception staff as they were really helpful friendly and their english was excellent. Maid service daily (clean, new towels).

We stayed in The family room. It needed better lighting in the hallway. There is a full length mirror there and so better lighting required. There wasn’t any orientation instructions in the room for how to use air con, phone, times of the food/bar service etc. that would've been really helpful.

The hotel was recently renovated to a high standard and had kitch and ‘groovy’ decor with very interesting furniture and accessories . Good attention to detail. Very comfortable bed and excellent location. Good breakfast included. On site parking for additional charge. We were upgraded to suite due to our honeymoon . Staff were exceptionally helpful and cheerful. Kettle coffee machine and fridge in our room very useful.

The basement carpark spaces were very tight and entrance from carpark which was our first impression of the hotel had not been decorated and was shabby and not carpeted

The hotel boasts a nice aesthetic, with clean rooms and a pleasant bathroom. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond by providing a detailed overview of the city and marking key points on the map, which we greatly appreciated. Additionally, we enjoyed the convenience of a free water machine that provided both still and sparkling water.

The air conditioning system in our room was faulty and began emitting terrible odors resembling those of a toilet. I had previously read a similar complaint in another review but underestimated the likelihood of experiencing it ourselves. When we reported the issue, the staff confirmed the unpleasant smell in the room. We requested to change rooms the night before, but there was confusion about the availability of another room. As a result, we had to sleep with the windows open and the air conditioning turned off. The next morning, as we were preparing to catch an early bus to Monaco, we were unexpectedly told to move rooms right then, which added stress to our morning. Additionally, it would be appreciated if the restaurant offered gluten-free options.

The cute Palm Springs style, rooms were quiet and air conditioned, very clean/ well kept, and the care into all the little details. The breakfast buffet was also great in the morning, the staff were all super friendly and helped us with late arrival and when our baggage arrived late as well. There was an elevator and they had a filtered water fountain on every floor. Great location for families.
