Rooms look clean and tidy, maybe there was some kind of recent renovation. The rooms are very basic, but it’s a good value for money

The room that we got was very large and comfortable. The garage for our car was very useful, because out in the street the car can stay only for limited amount of time. The position of the hotel is very convenintly close to the centre of Nice. The personnel at the reception is very kind and helpful.

The access to the garage is difficult and the parking lots inside are small are require difficult manovering for parking, expecially if you have a large car. On top of that, the cost of the parking is not really cheap. The breakfast buffet is acceptable, but surely not the very best I have ever seen. The habit of requiring a deposit of € 50 at arrival to be used to cover eventual damage to the room is, maybe, understandable, but does not sound very friendly.

Very clean, bright and comfortable. Room was a good size and very quiet, from both interior and exterior noise.

Some additions to the room like a mini fridge and rubbish bin would be helpful. For a four night stay I accumulated a bit of rubbish and had nowhere to put it. For me, the location was not very convenient. It was a decent walk to old town and the sea which are the main tourist attractions, especially in the heat. There were a few restaurants close by but everything else was a half hour-ish walk away.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, lots of infrastructure in the area. Spacious and clean room, good comfortable bed, good bathroom. Delicious and varied breakfast. I am satisfied.

I did not have enough overhead light, there are only local lights and the room is dim in the evening. Internet practically did not work, there is no hair dryer in the room (it's winter outside...). From my bank card at check-in they withheld a 50 euro deposit, which was returned to me only by 5pm the next day after check-out. This should be taken into account when checking in!

Overall, all aspects of the hotel work well together. Its focus is on providing value for money, comfort, and cleanliness. The rooms are spacious and well air-conditioned. It's conveniently located, with just a 10-minute walk to the start of the old town, 15 minutes to the port, and 20-25 minutes to the beach. The staff were friendly and accommodating. While the hotel doesn’t offer luxury amenities, it is clean, functional, and convenient. A notable advantage is the parking, which is a big plus. Although some spaces are small, about 40% are generously sized. The parking area is spread over two floors, and while it may be harder to find larger spots during peak seasons, in mid-September there were plenty of larger spaces available. The entrance to the parking lot is somewhat steep, but manageable, especially when compared to other parking facilities in Nice.

The mattresses were covered with a plastic-like protector, topped with a regular sheet. While you don't come into direct contact with the plastic, I believe this was the reason for the increased sweating during sleep.

Nice neighbourhood with supermarkets and restaurants available. Underground parking was an excellent facility as you just put your luggage to one of the two lifts and go straight up to your floor👍The reception and breakfasts are of perfect quality - no problem with English anywhere. Walking distance from the hotel to the harbour and city centre (buses also available nearby). Little entertainment area with table football next to the reception. Nice little garden - quiet rooms overlooking it.

The smell was a bit strange after we entered the room, but disappeared after we opened the window.

The awful smell from the toilet sink - we used bottled water to brush our teeth the smell was disgusting. The pillows are horrible.. too soft and when you put your head on them they separate in a way that your head is touching the bed .. never seen such horrible pillows. Lack of real sockets only 2 by the window far from the bed and under the bedside lamps only one USB connection each.

Paid for the triple room and this gave us extra space. Breakfast was particularly good value for money compared to other hotels. Great to be able to park in a secure garage.

Broken plug in the bathroom. Bed sheets didn't fit and kept coming off, pillows were uncomfortable. Couldn't get out of the garage! Evidently there's a bell but it was maybe too high for me to reach. Didn't realise there was no cleaning for the duration of the stay which is fine for 1 or 2 nights but not for more.

The previuos time I was with my wife at this hotel, I wrote a review critiziting the service at the breakfast room where the food was not refilled in due time when the various trays were empty. The hotel management took very seriously my remark and in fact this last time the service at the breakfast room was perfect: all the trays were refilled continously. For the rest the hotel is good for the price: the rooms are simple but confortable and the bed is very confortable. It is also very quiet during the night.

Only small fault is the lack of electric socket near the bed. It is not a big problem, but it would have been nice to have them.

The location is very quiet but convenient. The closest Carrefour is 3 minutes walking distance, and another big supermarket and shopping mall is also 3-5 minutes walking distance. lots of restaurants and bars are walking distance to the hotel. Another good part is there is free drinking water and a paid coffee machine in the lobby. The staff are nice and helpful as well. We can store our luggage on the leaving day. The breakfast is okay as well.
