The room was clean, and well-maintained. The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient, situated just a short walk from local attractions and public transport. This made exploring the area so much easier! Despite being close to the city center, the surroundings were relatively quiet, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. I would definitely consider staying here again during my next visit to Nice

The only downside of my stay was the air conditioning system. It was a bit tricky to use—I had trouble figuring out how to turn it off, as the controls weren’t very intuitive. Despite this, the overall experience was still positive.

This is an aparthotel. The beds were good, there were basic cooking facilities and equipment though not needed. Room clean and bathroom/shower good. Small balcony was above a busy road but baffled by trees. Absolutely quiet when door was closed. Lifts fine. Nice swimming pool on roof. Breakfasts were good - ours were part of our booking price which was good because at 18 Euros a pop I thought them overpriced. We were very pleased with the place, the price and the overall experience.

Bedside lights for reading would have been appreciated.

For a group of 6 this apartment was the best choice we could have made for Nice. 2 bedrooms with full privacy and a living room with an extendable king size bed which was absolutey perfect. A mini frige, a small stove, a dishwasher (yei!), a coffee machine.. really this apartment was so well thought for a family and it was good value for money. In 15 minutes (walking) you are in the city centre of nice. Across the street is a huge carrefour (breakfast sorted) and a mall which offers a good choice of shops. Lastly, I need to give a shout to the receptionists. Everyone was so, so kind - offered us an early check-in, helped out with a public transport card, at our disposal with any questions we had!

The fact that I did not stay here the first time I came to Nice :)

The hotel is situated in a very nice part of town and I felt perfectly safe here. The room was very comfortable, and it was nice to have a kitchenette to make some meals. There was a place near reception where you can refill water bottles with filtered water, although I only discovered this close to departure. It would be good if staff could advise of this at check-in.

I found the air-conditioning inadequate, not sure if it was working? The room was quite warm and I needed to keep windows open. The shower is inside the bath, which has extremely high sides. This could create problems for less mobile people.

I liked the close proximity to everything (train station, beach, tram) and the hotel’s friendly staff

The fact that towels do not get replaced and rooms do not get serviced (only at a charge or when you stay over 8 days). We stayed for 5 days and the room and towels were disgusting by that point! Would have been a 5* visit otherwise

Excellent and central location to visit all corners of the city. Easy access to various modes of transport including bus, metro and train. The flat was located in a quiet area perfect for sleeping/relaxing, but close enough for restaurants/bars. Great options for food/grocery shopping with Carrefour and ample smaller convenience stores close by. Great option with a pool for a refreshing dip. Appreciated the air condition on the hot muggy days!

Not much to say here. Would have preferred if the room came with two spare pillows rather than one, given that we were travelling as a couple. Easy enough to request at the reception.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were lovely and efficient. The room itself has lots of positive, enough space for two adults. We had a kitchen included and were able to make breakfasts/snacks and keep water bottles and snacks in the fridge. Cutlery, utensils, toaster, kettle, microwave all provided. Bin provided here for kitchen waste. The bathroom was of a good size, towels, hairdryers, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper - all included. We requested more toilet rolls which were given without any hesitation. Water temperature was great! Bin in bathroom too. The room had a balcony which was great for space to dry clothes and to relax as well. A table and two stools, as well as a dressing table to place things, were provided as well. Enough floor and table space to put belongings. Bin under dressing table too. Bed was good, quite soft mattress (everyone has their own preference). Two pillows, two cushions and a heavy blanket provided along with a normal duvet - perfect for temperature. AC room, although as it can be very hot, it sometimes felt like it was controlled. However, the longer you stay, the more your body gets used to it. We were given two key cards and needed them to go on lifts and enter room. This made the setting feel safe and secure. The Reception was always staffed, during the day there were two staff members and at night I saw one. The cleaners can be seen throughout the day and were all very friendly and all did a good job. Swimming Pool - although it says open from 7am-10pm, the times may differ during the holidays (e.g. 8-10) so just be aware if you are planning to fit it in before a day out. The swimming pool is lovely, spacious and has enough space around for you to relax and dry yourself. I would say it’s the least busiest before 10, but even afterwards guests are very respectful and give space to one another. It’s also important to be understanding of children who may visit and are just having fun!

If I could give any feedback, it would be about the use of the iron. There was only one iron for the whole hotel and once a hotel customer had borrowed it, there would be no record of who has it and when they would be returning it. Therefore, every time we needed it, we couldn’t use it and there was not much that could be done about it. So I would suggest to bring your own iron/steamer as a visitor. Maybe for the hotel to have visitors check in/out the iron so others can use it would be helpful. Also, possibly extending the opening time of the pool to 6am for us early risers. I do understand that you need to ensure your pool staff can clean and check the pool before visitors use it so it may not be possible, just a suggestion.

Location was good and not far to walk into town,room was lovely and 10/10 for fridge and freezing was perfect.Breakfast was nice but mist some different cereals like Corn Flakes but it’s only cos I like them and not fruit ones.But otherwise it was nice so thank you and would stay there again as I drove and had space for my car which was excellent 👍.

Just more choices off cereals Ie Corn flakes like the other hotels I stayed in but otherwise it was nice.

Location was good, lots going on around the hotel. There's a massive shopping centre across the road which is great to pick up little bits for the kids. It's a little bit of a walk to the nice old town, and the beach. Train station is about five minutes away can get you to Cannes or Monaco easily. The pool is great and it gets lots of sun as it is on the roof of the building. Rooms were spacious with everything you need.
