Super small ‘apartment’ — in our case, frankly, just a room sold as an apartment. No dishwasher — in 2025, seriously? No washing machine in the unit either. Instead, a single shared washing machine for all guests😱Sometimes people run 2-hour intensive wash programs, leaving me waiting for my turn. 😡Ridiculous. One washing machine for several apartments is an absolutely low standard. Reception works only during limited hours and is not exactly the warmest or most welcoming. Pets and car parking are considered extras to be paid per day.

Nice apartment. Quiet area of the city. Close to the beach, bakery, and supermark. Fantastic smell from the flowers covering the wall.

There are a lot of mosquitos on the north side, hiding in the shadow. Some stain in the fridge. The freezer was full of ice and door didn't close properly. We missed a good kitchen knife and wine glasses. The hub extractor could do some cleaning - it was full of oil.

Excellent, calm, central, near to the Beach, Airport, Shopping Center. Friendly staff and helpful. Clean and nice guests in the Villa.

Maybe a lift would be helpful to carry luggage into the second floor. But ok, if you are not restricted. But there are also Appartements on the ground floor.

The big terrace was a big plus for us. It is close to a supermarket and if you like to walk, there is a lot to explore in the neighborhood. You can park around in the neighborhood as well as the gated parking of the apartments. By the time we were there, everyone could walk in and out, without a code. The owners are very polite.

There is only one sun bed on the terrace. So we had to switch everytime.

Good location, a few minutes' walk from the beach. Feels like a quiet neighborhood. Spacious terrace outside room. Private entrance into room. Helpful and kind staff.

Very friendly welcome. The studio was quite comfortable. The hotel is located in a quiet area but at walking distance from the see.

Good location and value for the stay! Very clean and had everything we needed for the trip. Kitchen and coffee and stuff. Room was slightly smaller but made very good use of the space that it did have.

Literally everything

Only downside was it is not conveniently located near a train station. Everything else makes up for that

The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The building was stunning, the room clean and in a good location.
