I was looking for a quiet location, easily accessible and located via GPS, with free parking, and lower level room for my mobility issues. This B&B met all of those qualities. The room was lower level, and the location was nearby to Antibes, Grasse, Saint Paul de Vence, and Nice. But it was in the "country" rather than in the crowded and cramped cities along the coast. The self-check in process was easy, and the directions to access the room was good. The breakfast was sufficient. Villeneuve-Loubet is a nice little village with plenty of options for food. This property is best for those who have a car, but public transit is not far away. I would stay here again.

There was nothing to dislike here. A hallway light was malfunctioning outside my room door, and the seepage under the door was a bit psychedelic, but I covered up the bottom crack with a towel. The light was fixed on day two, so that problem was solved. Otherwise, the stay was quite nice, and I'd stay there again.

This is an absolutely bare bones basic hotel, but it's a good value for money, clean and does the job well. The room was really large, with a huge balcony. There was pretty much nothing in the room other than the basic furniture and bedding/towels, but it was good enough for me for a one-night stay during my travels up and down the coast. The parking was great, which was important to me. It's not very touristy, a lot of locals use it too like workmen, which is probably due to its location. I'd say it's closer to a Motel for the US standards, or something like a Holiday Inn.

It's on a busy road, but it had good windows and air conditioner, so the road was not a huge issue for me. I can only see it a bit of an issue if you want to spend time on the balcony, which is huge and very nice and had furniture to use.

Near Antibes, Cannes & Nice! Plenty of good space for free parking! Big Balcony! Clean, Big & comfortable room & toilet! Comfortable bedding! Super cold Aircon especially great for this super hot summer! Would have been great if we got the first floor because of the convenient balcony just right next to the carpark, easy for luggages, bags etc.

We were on the second floor facing the greeneries so our balcony was quite dirty.

rooms were reasonably large, the food was very good, secure parking for a motorcycle group

poor communication between the hotel and booking.com meaning that changes to the booking were not captured. We therefore arrived to a) too many rooms and b) rooms in the wrong name. This meant that an early arriver had to wait for the organiser to arrive to unpick the issue before he was granted a room.

Typical traveler hotel. It´s perfect for somebody who is on the way and needs to get some rest. The room is good for 1 night, the bed is comfy and everything is so designed that can be cleaned easy by the staff, because for sure they have a lot of 1 night stay.

Nothing special, for the price for 1 night you can not expect 5 star hotel services

People are allowed to smoke right outside the front door and immediately above my room (80). This causes noise late into the night, I suggest providing a smoking area away from the rooms somewhere else.

Room was quite Ok for the hotel category; and I got the balcony I asked for. Good bathroom. Good parking. Very nice staff.

...unfortunately, pretty full regarding car-parking, I fully understand this is probably a big 'issue' with your location - everyone arrives with a car! Also the free Internet asking for confirmation every time you leave the room?? ...surely it should be fine/accepted for the two days you booked??

Has parking and is located in a quiet neighborhood .It is easy to self check in and check out.

There is no ice machine in the hitel and fridge in the room :(

Liked the fact that the family room easily accommodated my wife and myself as well as our TWO teenage children. A TRUE family room.

To be honest, the member of staff dealing with the kitchen seemed to be more interested in going off duty than serving customers. I appreciate that people have their working hours but we are customers who like to receive a full service. Maybe an issue between employees and management that needs adjusting.
