We only stayed here for one night as it's close to the Nice Airport and we had a flight the next day, but we wanted to stay in a town other than Nice for our last night. Cagnes-sur-Mer is a nice option but would recommend staying a couple of nights so you can explore it. The front desk staff is very accomodating and friendly. The rooms seem to be newly renovated, so very clean and modern feeling, also very spacious. They have a covered parking lot right next door for 10 euros per night and was very convenient. We did not have the breakfast so cannot comment on that.

I don't know this city at all so I did not know where this hotel would be before arrival. It was close enough to walk to the public beach so that was a plus but if I was staying for longer I would probably try to find an accomodation that is more in the Centre Ville area of the city. We were also here on a Sunday so alot of businesses were closed except for those located closer to the beaches so Centre Ville would not have been convenient either! The rooms were renovated nicely but the lobby and breakfast area may not have undergone the same work yet. But all in all it's the room that counts!

A good hotel in an excellent location, with everything close by. The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive to the guests’ needs. The hotel room was spacious and very clean. It was nice to be able to make tea and coffee in the room. The bed was large and extremely comfortable, with quality pillows and blankets. We truly had a restful stay. The air conditioning worked well and efficiently. We were very satisfied, can confidently recommend this place, and will definitely return.

Nothing negative came up during our stay.

It was a very pleasant experience of staying at the hotel L’Empreinte: the room and bathroom are very clean, the linen and towels are fresh, actually you have everything for your comfortable stay including a small fridge. Excellent location, very near to the center of Cagnes-Sur-Mer and within 5-minute walking distance to the train station. I am also giving 5 stars for the customers service and communication with the hotel staff. Saira, Vivienne (day receptionists) and Imad (night time receptionist) are all very polite and always ready to help you with solving any issue or enquiry. Actually I and my little daughter felt very secure with 24-hour reception service.

The hotel is very very clean, quiet and comfortable. There is everything you need (a fridge, a kettle, AC which has several modes and is very very quiet, extra pillows). The staff including the cleaning ladies are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on a big street but not on the main noisy and crowded street so it is very suitable if you want to rest and not hear loud tourists at night. It is within a walking distance to everything (the supermarket is 50 metres away, bakeries and cafes are right near the hotel, the beach is about a 12-minute walk).

We got a room on the first floow with no balcony so it was a bit of a challenge to dry our swimsuits and big beach towels after the whole day of swimming and sunbathing.

A very clean & comfortable room, with a large bathroom & separate toilet. A king size bed, very comfortable. A very quiet room. There is a small fridge which was an added benefit & free secure parking. A great bonus was a parking bay out the front of the hotel to book in & unload luggage before securing your parking space underneath the building. A lovely lady on reception who suggested we have a ground floor room due to the amount of luggage we had. We only had an overnight stay here & the next morning I relocated the car from the parking back to the street bay to reload our luggage. The kind lady on reception helped us with our bags. An easy walk to the seaside esplanade with lots of restaurant options. We felt very safe walking around & it was a shame to only have one night. Definitely a 10

Very nice staff, really tried to help in all aspects. The size od the room is better then usually for a 3-star hotel in France. Big TV with a lot of French, but also some international channels. A small refrigerator as well as a small safe are in the room. Nice big shower. The room has also an air-conditioning, what is pretty important as getting fresh air through the balcony is not recommendable as the street is pretty busy. However, due to double doors, the street noise is rather low. Railway station (TER trains) as well as buses are only 5 minutes walking from the hotel.

The choice for the breakfast could be a little bit better, or at least not the same each day.

Breakfasts were just what one needs for a start to the day ++++++ Excellent. Regarding TAXI from Hotel to Airport. The Lady driver did not have any EURO apart from a single €10 note -- which caused complications when paying her. This was not a Taxi either ---- as there was no meter installed. My advice would be to recommend that such a car collection/delivery service should have adequate notes/coins to assist in payment by a tourist.

The TAXI driver (lady) --- trying her best to get more that the agreed fare. Nice Airport is such a simple run -- that a simple tip is all that is involved

Friendly and helpful staff. I was able to leave my suitcase during the sightseeing of the city as I had my flight back at night time. Bed is very comfortable, perfect to have a good rest after 17 kms walk in the Sentier du Litoral and surroundings. Just a few minutes walk from train station. Supermarket opposite the hotel. Thanks for great stay!!

Short stay

Location, close to supermarket, pharmacy, SCNF trains, good restaurants, and 12-15min walking to the beach. The staff was great all the time, mainly with our late check-in.

We looked the breakfast but we think it could be improved, like more fruits and kind of yogurts. Nothing super special, we liked everything.

The bed is very comfy and the location of the hotel is very good, near the beach and restaurants.

There is nothing I can say that I did not like
