This villa is like paradise! We spent 10 days at the villa with our family of five (2 adults + 3 children). We stayed in two apartments (both with kitchens). The building and garden are architecturally beautiful. The rooms are well-maintained, with stylish furniture and comfortable beds. The beautifully flowered, manicured garden has a swimming pool, which the children enjoyed several times a day between trips to the beach (there's a lifeguarded beach very close to the property). My husband was very happy because you can access the garden by SUP, which you can rent at sea (in the nearby Marina), and enter the Loup River, which is accessed by a jetty accessible from the garden. Trout swim in the turquoise river, and parrots fly overhead – it's beautiful! The owner of the property is very kind, and the property manager takes excellent, professional care of the property and is helpful every day. Delicious French breakfasts served daily in a stylish basket – very convenient. This was the first time we'd traveled without a car, and it was easy and close to everywhere! - by bus (the buses are air-conditioned, tickets can be purchased from the driver, but it's worth having some cash) or by train. The bus from the airport is just a few stops away.

Spacious; lovely terrace; luxurious bedding (didn't know towels could be so thick!); well-equipped; great location; lovely welcome, even from the ducks at the bottom of the garden! Very glad we "stretched our budget" - a restful stay...

Needed our own tea, coffee, filters (not capsules) etcetera (in some places it is provided); cupboards too high - couldn't see the cutlery drawer but the kitchen chairs are too beautiful to stand on! Only baguette and croissant (albeit fresh), coffee and orange juice for breakfast

The apartment is big and has beautiful views of the river. Our host was very helpful and accommodating. The apartment was clean, big and the bed very comfortable.

The bathroom has no barrier for the shower bot even a curtain so everything gets very wet, the shower is very weak but if it was a decent stream it would have been even worse. The apartment has a good kitchen but there is nothing there, not even some salt and pepper or some tea bags, these are little things that go a long way with travelers.

The location is excellent. If you're using Taxi or Uber the location is within easy reach of Nice airport, Antibes. I would recommend a walk to Villeneuve Loubet Village and Haut d'cagnes. The breakfast was excellent.

Just a couple of small things..Unable to make toast as no toaster or no oven grill and no bread knife. The French bread was fabulous, but trying to cut it with a small knife was awkward.

Fantastic stay at Villa Louise Rose. We had a gorgeous room with a terrasse, direct access to the pool, a big bathroom and well-stocked kitchen. We weren't even planning on cooking, but we ended up eating in a few nights just to enjoy our space. Giant supermarket just around the corner, a bakery with lots of good takeaway options, a bike rental within walking distance and only 15 minutes to Nice airport by car. Our host Guillaume was so lovely, texting us beforehand and having our room ready early in the day, and happy to help with any information or recommendations. It's a little bit of an "inbetween" location, meaning it is not touristy but rather feels like a quiet suburban neighborhood. Just 25 minutes to Antibes by bike or 10 minutes by car. The garden is beautiful with a pool and always space on the loungers, and it is so quiet and calm. We will definitely be coming back :)

Nothing to complain about!

Perfect location, quiet but close to the beach and restaurants. We liked our apartment with the terase where we enjoyed the breakfast. We also enjoyed the pool and the garden. Guillaume was very friendly and helpful. We rented bikes for a day and made a trip to Antibes.

The only thing are the mosquitos from the river.

Small Complex. Amazing room felt like an apartment. Stayed in the best room with access to the pool directly from the terrace although the terrace was very private. Excellent fixture and fittings. Bed very comfortable. Feeling of luxury everywhere. Breakfast delivered to your door every morning at your requested time. 5 mins walk to the beach. excellent communication and right on the river with a beautiful pool and garden. Host was attentive but discreet. Access to shops and restaurants only a few minutes walk. Water was crystal clear on the beach.

The suburb is not very pretty however the accommodation makes up for all of it. The beaches were a mixture of pebbles and sand.

Guillaume was super friendly and helpful. The little Breakfastbasket was magnificent every morning. Also the pool and view to the lake was very nice and the way to the beach was walkable. The Apartment was clean and nice.

The kitchen could use more Utensils like knifes, pots and bigger coffeecups. Also there was no filters (and no coffee) for the machine in the kitchen so we had to buy both first. The bed has a hard mattress but that is just our opinion.

Very quiet area and still easy access to Nice and hiking around. Very beautifully located by a small river and further out; the Mediterranean. Very friendly personnel!

Sparsely equipped kitchen.

Guillaume was our host and he is very friendly and helpful. Room is large enough, you feel at home in the entire villa. Also the garden and pool are clean. location is good with access to beach and supermarket.
