Location was great. Free mini bar. Pool and beach facilities wonderful.

When we check in we were advised that we couldn’t access one of our rooms. Due to an Americans express client having a late checkout which affected our check in time of 3pm and therefore room was being vacated at 4pm and we were told we would be advised when room was Ready which we weren’t and had to ask for an update at 5.30pm. Also Mountain view rooms are tiny Given cost of room. Also you would expect breakfast to be included for the cost of stay.

This hotel is an excellent option for the South of France. It's located on Saint Jean Cap Ferrat which is a peninsula situated between Beaulieu-Sur-Mer and Villefranche-Sur-Mer (both cute little coastal towns along the Riviera). The peninsula, literally nicknamed the Billionaires Peninsula, is quiet and residential with a handful of 5 star resorts. It's stunning! The way this hotel is located at the beginning of the peninsula makes it easy to access restaurants and sites in Beaulieu-Sur-Mer, Villefranche, Eze, and even parts of Nice by bus or Uber (nothing is SUPER close, but I consider 10-20 min Ubers pretty easy). We were so comfortable at the hotel. The service was excellent and we felt like we got to know the staff. The restaurant on site was super delicious and we loved lounging by the pool or just hanging out and enjoying the view. More than anything I think the value for this hotel is excellent. It perhaps doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the other 5 star hotels in the area, but the price is better and the historic vibe and views make it a wonderful choice.

The spa and gym amenities aren't very good compared to other places I've stayed. It's simple.

Staff were incredible, fabulous room and facilities. Read reviews whilst travelling to the hotel, stating there wasn't any tea making facilities in the room, we asked as soon as we arrived and a coffee machine was bought to our room, we were also offered a kettle and tea making facilities. Lovely pillow spray was left in the room for us, and it gave us a great nights sleep. Staff that cleaned the room were amazing, everything was just perfect.

Thought the breakfast was very expensive as we didn't realise we had booked room only.

Breakfast was a beautiful and a luxurious start to the day. It has everything you’d want - fresh omelettes, fruit, yogurt, pastries etc. The hospitality at this hotel was truly the best we’ve ever experienced and the grounds are just beautiful. 5+ stars.

The Jasmine grille restaurant was not our favorite and a little overpriced for what it was. The menu was hard to put together as it’s a mix of Indian and French cuisine. That said, it’s still a beautiful place to dine.

Riviera Our experience at Hotel Royal Riviera in the South of France was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the reception staff, especially loic, Fabien, Sophie, and Xavier, who set the tone for our entire stay. The hotel's location along the French Riviera is stunning, offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and easy access to the beautiful coastal towns nearby. The room we stayed in was elegant and comfortable, with tasteful decor and all the amenities we needed for a relaxing holiday. The attention to detail was evident throughout our stay, from the cleanliness of the room to the quality of the linens. What truly stood out during our time at Hotel Royal Riviera was the impeccable service provided by the entire team. They were not only professional but also incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that we felt welcomed and valued throughout our visit. The hotel's facilities, including the pool and dining areas, were also excellent, providing us with everything we needed for a memorable stay. Overall, Hotel Royal Riviera exceeded our expectations in every way, and we cannot wait to return to this delightful retreat on the French Riviera.

Outstanding hotel. Private beach club and pool are both incredible. Interior design in common areas and room is exceptional. Really superb stay in a great location - easy to walk down Cap Ferrat or into Beaulieu-sur-mar

Value is just OK. Mountain view rooms are pretty good value, sea / garden view rooms are pretty ridiculously priced. Breakfast is good but not outstanding. Price of water + sodas is exorbitant at >11 EUR for a Coke

- the location is very close to remarkable destinations - staff are professional - with wonderful room and much appreciated upgrade - the concierge was very attentive - The sea view was wonderful - beds are comfortable - walked in the side of hotel and reached a fisherman town

- could’ve have a specific menu for the lobby and instead chose of coffee only before 6:30 pm - the tv is very small and bad idea having it inside a mirror

Exceptional breakfast, great food outlets, wonderful pool, beautiful garden and exceptional service level and treatment of guests. The hotel staff pays a lot of attention to details, therefore it's difficult to cover all the great sides of the hotel. This is an excellent 5* hotel, where I would be definitely happy to come back!

If it's important to write something here, then the building itself is old. But the hotel team is doing a gigantic and excellent work to maintain it. And during my stay I was rather treating it as something exclusive and original.

We loved the views, the restaurant ( but humus can be improved) , the service is amazing. Very helpful staff and pleasant ( especially the tall man that helped us with the luggages and car ) and the manager that planned our trip to Eze village - always smiling and nice with our kids. Want to mention also the blonde woman from the breakfast and the dark hair bar man from the lobby bar . Really a great team from the cleaning to the restaurant.

From my point of view the thing that makes the hotel imperfect is the breakfast. We really struggled to find something to eat in the mornings for breakfast. Not a normal cheese selection, only boiled and scrumbled eggs. Not enough vegetables….. although the restaurant that offers dinner is great and the food is good ( but pricey) .

The pool is a dream, beautiful to behold and warm water for swimming. Lunch at Jasmine was PERFECT! Thai salad, delicious bread and rose' with a splendid view of the beach and the ocean. We used the lounges on the beach and appreciated the umbrella for shade. Small pebble beach with large areas for swimming. We had a nice nightcap on the outdoor terrace of the hotel bar.

The room was tiny and we struggled to get our two, clam-shell style suitcases open and accessible while still being able to walk around the bed.
