This hotel was really comfortable and great value for money in my opinion. We were walking distance to several lovely beaches and restaurants, and a really easy train ride away from Nice. Staff were really lovely, and it was very convenient to have the option of the car park on site.

My only small feedback is that our AC unit seemed a little old and it was really battling to keep our room cool. However, it was still comfortable (if a little warm) and in fairness it was a heatwave so it’s tough to stay cool no matter what.

The hotel is well situated, with walking access to the beach, town and the local area in general. Certainly a good choice if you want to stay in the locality. The small buffet breakfast was perfectly formed and our hostess looked after us well. The room was as per the photos (taken with a very wide-angle lens, I suspect) and our little terrace was perfectly adequate for a few days.

Clearer advice that parking would cost €12.00 per day. I see that it is mentioned in the FAQs but we hadn't seen that.

The owner is fabulous - very helpful. I had a balcony room and it was lovely to be able to sit outside at the end of the day. The showers are fabulous! Lots of hot water. A sufficient number of hangers.

The rooms are pretty small. I would have liked a little more room. Originally it was to be me and my husband but he couldn't make it - it would have been way too small for the two of us.

7 minutes away from the beach, public transport is close by, the train works till midnight, the beach in villefranche is much nicer though but its also very accessible by train

The room was large and spacious and a nice shower room, the position of the hotel was absolutely perfect for what I wanted. The owner was a real pleasure to meet and she was very efficient.

i didnt not like anything i would have liked the ability to make tea etc in my room. but that in the scheme of things was a very minor point

The bathroom is too small, there is no safe in the room also there is no elevator which might be a problem for some

The hotel owner is very friendly and helpful. The rooms have double glazed windows, which reduce the street noise dramatically. The floors are covered with wall to wall carpets, which reduce the noise levels in the corridors. The hotel is located close to restaurants and to Cap Ferrat. The hotel has well protected parking spaces and it is highly recommended to book a parking space together with the room. Very limited street parking close to the hotel!

The rooms don't have refrigerators and small garbage baskets. There is a garbage basket in the bathroom but it is very small. However, the hotel owner is willing to keep your food stuff needing refrigeration in one of the hotel refrigerators. There is no elevator in the hotel.
