Our room was on the 4th floor looking towards the port and the amazing white steep rocks. We loved waking up every morning seeing that spectacular view! The size of the room was perfect for us two. The bathroom was a good size as well. Since we traveled without a car we needed good connections with public transport. The hotel is situated in a strategic location: in 2 minutes you are at the bus stop for bus 600, 83 and 601. Bus 600 gets you to Menton, Monaco, Nice and all other small romantic villages between them on Cote D'Azur. It runs until 8:30 pm from Nice and 9:30 pm from Monaco. Bus 601 makes the same stops but only in the evening hours on and before holidays. The train station is 5 minutes walking from the hotel. Next to the station there is another bus stop for bus 15 that runs regularly and gets you around St. Jean till Nice. On the port in front of the hotel there are all kind of restaurants, a small beach and long paths for walking.

The only thing was the noise from the street during the night. I was prepared for that and used my ear plugs. I always travel with them;)) After all the view was worth all the noise ;))

The vicinity of the room to the port - lots of restaurants - and to the train and bus stops was very convenient. The staff were very friendly and super helpful in helping us prepare for the day with tips on transport options (drive vs public), where to go etc. The breakfast at the property was good for the family - additional payment required.

The rooms could've been bigger - we took the quadruple room but it didn't seem too much bigger than a double room. The room didn't have an iron and we needed to keep going to the reception to borrow it. There was no phone in our room. The air-conditioning was not very effective (summer months) and we were provided an extra fan to help keep the room cool through the night.

It is very well located, very close to the port, and at walking distance from some beaches. The staff was friendly and the breakfast overlooking the port was very nice.

It is noisy, particularly the rooms that look to the sea, because there is a busy road separating the Hotel from the port. It is not in the city centre, but slightly isolated. My room had a stain on the floor when I arrived and I reported that to the cleaning lady the next day. She cleaned it quickly and apologized to me for the inconvenience. The furniture in the room was very basic, particularly the table, chair and side tables, but neither the chair nor the table were very comfortable.

Pool. You have access to the beautiful terrace overlooking the marine where you can enyoy. Rooms are big enough and comfortable. Clean. Breakfast was ok. They could add a little more vegetables though.

No parking. I missed a mini fridge in the room. There and there was paint falling of the walls. And a weirdly designed rooms (at least our room was like that)

The View was outstanding and the Staff were very friendly, especially the lovely lady who cleaned our room, which was spotless - the entire hotel was very clean. There was a good choice of food for Breakfast at a good price. Staff were very hands on doing all that they could to help In terms of location the hotel was ideally situated near the bus stop for Nice and Menton and just a short walk to the train station

Room was clean and beds very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious with great shower. We were in triple room and had spacious balcony with sea views and mountain views. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Just across the road from Port. Great cafe/restaurant on corner opposite where breakfast / lunch available. Short walk from Beaulieu sur Mer train station where you can get trains to Nice / Cannes or to Monaco/Menton.

Nothing really, but a suggestion would be to have tea/coffee making facilities in room.

Room on the top floor of hotel. Very clean. Nice conformable beds. nice bathroom. Excellent shutters to keep out the light. Nice view of the harbour. Our room was next to the lift although his didn't bother us. Staff at reception were lovely and very knowledgeable about the local area. They would also make hot drinks and alcoholic drinks from the bar. breakfast (continental) was also lovely. very quiet at breakfast. We went to Monty Carlo tennis so was excellently situated to get there - 12 min on train.

Outdoor pool was not heated as I assume early in the season hence too cold to swim (mid-April). Hotel is right by the harbour with the coast road going infront of the hotel. Didn't bother us but was quite busy at times.

The hotel is ideally located at the front de mer with easy access to the restaurants, the city centre and the railway station.

If you choose the sea view rooms, you need to be aware that the main coastal road going from Nice to Monaco is just under your balcony. Certain cars and certain motorcycles are particularly loud ;)

Great location and view was amazing over looking the Harbor. Pool was fantastic. Rooms were always very clean, although we had an issue with water coming on to the floor while showering.

Having an ice bucket available in the room and a small fridge would be very helpful. I know the staff accessed ice for us but that was very inconvenient. Facecloths we’re not available, finding that’s a Europe thing. Furniture on the deck could be updated.

Location was perfect, staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was beyond expectations and room was serviced every day. We really enjoyed the relaxation areas and 24 hour reception and bar was much appreciated.

Absolutely nothing, everything was to our satisfaction.
