We stayed for 6 nights in a room with 3 triple beds. The room was nice and clean and it was great that the cleaning staff came in and emptied our trash and made our beds everyday. Also the location is 1000/10. It's close to the main train station (Nice-Ville) so it was easy for us to travel all around the French Riviera including Monaco. There is a monoprix (grocery store), uniqlo, and yummy food places by the train station which was a plus too.

As other reviews have said, the bathrooms is quite little. Our knees did touch the wall when we were sitting on the toilet, so we had to use the toilet sideways. Our sink base also leaked so we had to wrap the sink around with extra towels, but those were easy fixes. Free wifi was nice, but it did keep kicking us off of it every so often.

Everything was great. The location of the hotel is very good – the tram station to the city is very close, as well as the train station if you want to take day trips to other cities. The hotel staff was extremely kind and helpful. My sister had a severe toothache, and they even called emergency services for us since I don’t speak French. The room was very clean and tidy.

The only thing I would point out are the thin walls – which normally wouldn’t be an issue, but the family staying next door was extremely loud until late at night. Otherwise, I wouldn’t even mention it. Luckily, I had earplugs with me and was able to fall asleep.

Excellent location, old town is 10 min walk, station 2 min, tram 5 minutes... The staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were great, bigger than expected, great beds, and cleaning every day. Breakfast was a bit poor even for continental (only hard boild eggs, no salami/bacon), in my opinion it is not worth the price but you could have only coffee for 2Euro which was great quality (seldom is in hotels :) All in all we liked it a lot!

At breakfast there was nothing for people with food intolerance e.g. no gluten free bread option, no milk substitute.

The room was clean. The location was very good for a short stay. Staff were "meh". They did the very basic and weren't welcoming, but they weren't rude either.

You literally hear everything when the guests next door flushes the toilet. Not something the hotel can easily fix but it does wake you up if you have a light sleep like me. Despite the location being so good, I did feel a bit unsafe late at night when an apparent druggie followed me till the hotel entrance. I did not engage with this man at all. The next morning I noticed many homeless people in the area. But again, it isn't the hotel's fault and it is city centre, to me sadly it is normal.

In a great location, great value for money, 5 minutes to train station and a straight walk down the street to the beautiful promenade. The staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The room was spotlessly clean. I had a veranda with table and chairs that faced out onto the street. The hotel is in one of those old elegant traditionally French townhouse style buildings. There were lots of cafes near by where a mixture of locals and visitors went every evening to eat and there was a fantastic Vietnamese restaurant just around the corner.

Very good location in Nice Centre. Easily reachable from the Airport. Take Tram No. 2 from Terminal and change for Tram No. 1 at Jean Medicine. Get off at Gare Thiers. It took 30 minutes. It is 20 min to the beach as well as to the food market. We had four-bed room, which was clean and spacious enough. Breakfast was pretty good - fresh fruit, bakery, sweets, eggs, cheese etc. Train station is 2 minute away. I do recommend this hotel for short stay.

The property is very clean. They cleaned and changed the towels everyday. The room looks good and you have everything you need in it: desk, closet, hangers, hair dryer etc. The location is great For those who want to go with the train in Cannes, Monaco, Eze, because is in the front of the train station. You have AC, so you can set the temperature that you want in the room.

The room is very noisy. During the night you can hear all the sounds from outside as well as from the neighboring rooms. The garbage truck passes every night after 00:00 to collect the garbage making a lot of noise. So For those who have a sensitive sleep it Could be a convenience.

It was close to train station and walkable to old town and promenade. Breakfast was nice. Not too many choices but enough to fill you. Staff helpful and lovely.

Triple room was very small but because we were not staying in the room during the day it was fine. Bathroom could be better, a bit of canalisation smell sometimes and outdated.

Nice and convenient placement in terms of public transport, getting around Nice and so forth. It's clean, but do not expect luxury. I booked it to have a comfortable bed and shower when I wasn't out exploring nice or nearby cities and for that purpose it was perfect!

I think the sink in the bathroom of room 41 was leaking water on the floor everytime the water was turned on, but other than that no complaints.

Friendly staff, good hotel, cleanness, good location, kitchenette with oven and fridge. The room was available much earlier than the standard check-in time, so we could leave our luggage in the room immediately and explore the city.

The extended sofa was ok, but not very even. The door of the fridge was a bit difficult to open.
