Fantastic value for money, great location, lovely staff. The room was big with a small balcony and nicely decorated. Bed was really comfortable. Overall, hotel and area felt very safe for solo female traveller.

The shower head is propped on the taps, there is no holder that can be reached by most people and it’s very tricky to open a sachet of shower gel while holding the shower head without getting water everywhere. Would be great to have a shower head holder as well as a small shelf to put shampoo etc in the shower.

The view of the street from the room was great for people watching. The bed was extremely comfortable and clean feeling. The shower was absolutely fantastic with great pressure variability and a handy wand. The bathroom also felt extremely clean. Finally of course the location was absolutely exceptional being in the very heart of the tourist area, but it wasn't too noisy from the street surprisingly. I would highly recommend this hotel especially for the price. (The photos are from the end of my stay so it's a little messy, but it was perfect when I arrived!)

The room was a bit cramped with the big bed.

It's a typical "old fashion hotel" but recently completely refurbished. Quite close to Nice central station (at walking distance roughly 300 m) - at the tram (line n°2) station. 2 tram stations to reach Promenade des Anglais or somehow 15 mn walking. Excellent and crazily cheap place to discover Nice or to come few days for work like I did. Everything was clean and nice and finally for such a low price I cannot find any reason for complaining.

Excellent value for money, especially in Nice. The hotel is very well located, close to the train station, tram stop, the center and the beach are easily accessible on foot. Opposite there is a grocery store that meets all your needs, which is open for a long time and you can shop at a good price. The accommodation is small but tidy, the room and bathroom are clean, thoroughly cleaned every day. The breakfast is fresh croissants, juice and coffee, so for the price it is a perfect start to the day. The guys at the reception are very nice and helpful. We had a good time, we will book accommodation here again next time. :-)

The 50 euro deposit was blocked in my account for a whole month. This is not the hotel's fault, they released the block on the day of departure. The Hungarian banking system works slowly - expect this if you book a room with an OTP Bank account.

The location is probably central but this depends on where you will be spending your time! Either way it is not far from anywhere really and very easy to get to. Check in was smooth, a €50 deposit was taken when I made the booking and returned within a few hours of checking out. We didn't go for the breakfast option, there are plenty of cafes or boulangeries in the area if you decide not to. The room was better than expected simply because of the lower review score but I'm happy to say I was pleasantly surprised! Very comfortable bed and lovely soft towels, everything seemed very clean (except one of the water glasses!). They even give you some tea and coffee with a kettle in the room. The bathroom is small, however the shower has good pressure and hot water. Across the road from the hotel is the train station and there was some music coming from either there or somewhere in the evenings which you could hear in the room however after a busy day exploring it didn't keep me up for a second. Would stay again!

The location is amazing — honestly, just perfect! Super close to the sea and also near the train station, so no time wasted on getting around. Soundproofing is average — with windows closed it’s quiet, open them and of course, you’ll hear the street a bit. The room had AC and a hairdryer, which was great. Bedding and towels were all clean, and there was coffee and tea available too, which was a nice touch. The only thing missing was slippers — if those were included, it would’ve been absolutely perfect. Thank you! We’ll definitely be back!

Basic breakfast, but ok for the money

Area is really nice especially if you going to travel by train somewhere, train station Nice ville just a few min by walk. Central street, market and cafe next to hotel. 24/7 checkin desk

I didnt like just deposit story 50 euro hotel blocked for in case I'll broke something.) I made check in at night, came to my room - the kettle was broken, without even switching of/on button and same time near on the wall notice: if anything will be broken 20 euro fee) please leave kettle the same condition you find it.) But everything was good. Guys acted polite and changed my kettle for normal one without any questions. My deposit was turned back.

It was a great place, small but cozy and very relaxing with a great view in the night time, the night view opposite the mall was the highlight of my trip, the location is flawless, I didn’t spend a dime with buses to see the city because everything was a walkable distance and the heater was effective

I wish the TV worked because it was breaking a lot and wasn’t stable☹️and I would have loved to catch up with the TV shows but I would recommend this place for anyone, my husband and I had a great time here

The room was clean and of a good standard. The staff at reception were pleasant and helpful. For those that have an early flight, the option to check in early at 10:30 subject to an additional 15 euro was very convenient, especially as the nightly rate was so reasonable. The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk to Nice train station. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and the area felt quite safe. It was a 15-20 minute walk to reach the sea.

The hotel is on a main road and there is traffic noise, but it was not loud enough to be annoying.
