The customer service was exceptional specially with Esther (receptionist) and Elvie. The location is perfect everything is close by. The room was clean and the staff always available if need it. Breakfast is also good salty/sweety as you would like. Friendly, polite, welcoming thank you for the amazing experience and memories from you guys.

Hotel 64 Nice exceeded my expectations. Despite facing the main street, the double glazed windows made it remarkably quiet. The air conditioning was just perfect, multiple controls to keep it on at night and quiet, kept the room comfortable at all times. Its central location was ideal, being fairly close to the beach and offering easy access to trains and trams. The staff provided the best hospitality, and the breakfast, especially the Croissants and mini baguettes, was simply divine. A truly unforgettable experience!Highly recommended! Rating: ★★★★★ (5/5)

The hotel located in city center, very close to the Nice Ville Station and Public Transport. You can just walking to explore to the center nearby there are a lot of shopping store. If you take the tram in front of the hotel it will pass to the old town nice or to promenade des inglais. The room look the same like on the website, I got my room with balcony view.

What I don't really like is you can hear the sound from the outside to your room like cars, traffic, people chatter outside, etc, since this hotel is in the center and surround by the construction 100m from the hotel. If they put the soundproof double glazing window it would help to reduce the noise.

First impression was of the warm welcome by a very professional lady at reception. The three ladies at Reception whom we met over the course of our stay were most helpful in advising on where to visit in Cannes and the surrounding areas. Their suggestions were invaluable and nothing was too much trouble. Also, the two gentlemen in the dining room were equally welcoming each morning and were most helpful. Compliments to Hotel 64 on their staff who are a huge asset to the company. I give each of them 100%.

I can’t say I disliked anything about the property. It is very central with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. An added bonus is having the Tram Stations outside the door and the train station a 2 minute walk. Hygiene is 100% and it is very quiet at night. No noise or disturbances.

The location was close to Nice railway station and the Hotel was spotlessly clean. The bedroom was very comfortable with a modern en-suite. The breakfast was excellent with a large selection to choose from. The staff were very courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. Good location at one end of the pedestrianised Avenue Jean-Médécin, which leads to Place Masséna and the old town, but also near the railway station Nice-Ville. Reception was friendly. Room was on the fifth floor facing a courtyard and thus quiet at night. Mattress was fine, also the lighting. Room service was good (although the daily changing of the towels is a bit exaggerated).

A/C was blowing into one's face, when in bed at night. WiFi had to be reconnected every time one had left the room. Bathroom and toilet (with no washbasin) on two separate sides of the room. No fridge (although not needed in winter). Limited storage space.

Fantastic, polite, friendly staff members and customer service. Excellent location (Safe, lively, centre, easily accessible from the airport and to other places by Train, Tram, bus and taxi - bolt). Many restaurants and shops within a minute walk. Free unlimited bottled water, tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Sparkling clean room. I love every single thing and attention to details. I so much love the view from my room, so beautiful.

It would have been the absence of a fridge and tea items in the room but it is available 24 Hours in the lobby for free, so that makes up for it. I love EVERYTHING

Room was quite good for people of two, with robes and cleaned daily and replenished with the daily consumables. Water bottles can be collected for free of cost as many times from the refrigerator. The Staff was polite and courteous.

The hotel is in perfect location 👌 2 minutes away from train station 🚉 walking distance from Old Town 👌 15 mins walk to Promenade and beach! Which is beautiful. In the middle of the shopping area and restaurants. We had breakfast in the hotel the last day and the offering was really good! There was hot and cold food on offer, good value for money .The hotel is very clean and the room was cleaned and towels changed every day. The staff were very friendly and helpful 🙂.

I honestly can't say there was anything we disliked about Hotel 64!

I like that everything is accessible like foods, shops, trams and train station. Water, coffee and tea are free of charge. Room or bed is very comfy. Minimal noise outside because of their excellent soundproofing eventhough the hotel is just right next to a busy street. They never miss to clean your room whenever you are out of the hotel so after coming back from a long walk roaming around, the room and bed is ready to welcome you back. From the reception to kitchen to housekeeping staff, everyone's been very helpful all throughout the stay. You can never go wrong when staying in this hotel.
