The location is great close to shops, restaurants and transportation. The bed is very comfortable. The room is clean

We stayed there for more than 2 weeks so I would appreciate to have a little fridge and more place to store my stuffs

Very well located hotel right next to tram line 1 and just a 5-minute walk from the Nice-Ville train station. Spacious and clean room with a balcony and a big, comfortable bed. The bathroom and shower were excellent. The room was really well soundproofed and had good air conditioning. Very helpful staff. Very nice breakfast. We especially appreciated having access to coffee, tea, and cold bottled water in the dining room at all hours.

During our 7-night stay, it would have been nice to have a fridge in the room, but unfortunately, that was not an option. However, we were offered the possibility to store anything we needed in a staff fridge.

The customer service was exceptional specially with Esther (receptionist) and Elvie. The location is perfect everything is close by. The room was clean and the staff always available if need it. Breakfast is also good salty/sweety as you would like. Friendly, polite, welcoming thank you for the amazing experience and memories from you guys.

Hotel 64 Nice exceeded my expectations. Despite facing the main street, the double glazed windows made it remarkably quiet. The air conditioning was just perfect, multiple controls to keep it on at night and quiet, kept the room comfortable at all times. Its central location was ideal, being fairly close to the beach and offering easy access to trains and trams. The staff provided the best hospitality, and the breakfast, especially the Croissants and mini baguettes, was simply divine. A truly unforgettable experience!Highly recommended! Rating: ★★★★★ (5/5)

This hotel is exceptional. I stayed in room 503 which was very nice. It had a balcony which I didn't expect. The bed was very comfy with amazing huge pillows. The shower was lovely and warm. Breakfast was mainly continental but bacon and scrambled egg was included. Free tea, coffee and bottled water was available which was very welcome. All staff extremely helpful and friendly. Would be nice to have a fridge in the room

The hotel located in city center, very close to the Nice Ville Station and Public Transport. You can just walking to explore to the center nearby there are a lot of shopping store. If you take the tram in front of the hotel it will pass to the old town nice or to promenade des inglais. The room look the same like on the website, I got my room with balcony view.

What I don't really like is you can hear the sound from the outside to your room like cars, traffic, people chatter outside, etc, since this hotel is in the center and surround by the construction 100m from the hotel. If they put the soundproof double glazing window it would help to reduce the noise.

Good location at one end of the pedestrianised Avenue Jean-Médécin, which leads to Place Masséna and the old town, but also near the railway station Nice-Ville. Reception was friendly. Room was on the fifth floor facing a courtyard and thus quiet at night. Mattress was fine, also the lighting. Room service was good (although the daily changing of the towels is a bit exaggerated).

A/C was blowing into one's face, when in bed at night. WiFi had to be reconnected every time one had left the room. Bathroom and toilet (with no washbasin) on two separate sides of the room. No fridge (although not needed in winter). Limited storage space.

First impression was of the warm welcome by a very professional lady at reception. The three ladies at Reception whom we met over the course of our stay were most helpful in advising on where to visit in Cannes and the surrounding areas. Their suggestions were invaluable and nothing was too much trouble. Also, the two gentlemen in the dining room were equally welcoming each morning and were most helpful. Compliments to Hotel 64 on their staff who are a huge asset to the company. I give each of them 100%.

I can’t say I disliked anything about the property. It is very central with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. An added bonus is having the Tram Stations outside the door and the train station a 2 minute walk. Hygiene is 100% and it is very quiet at night. No noise or disturbances.

Very clean, comfortable and convenient - at least for us as we needed to visit various places along the coast and the hotel was close to the station. Welcoming staff who dealt with a problem we had with air conditioner very promptly, moving us to a larger and blissfully cooler room. Our first room had a balcony which we enjoyed and excellent soundproofing - once the French windows were closed the room was incredibly quiet. A really excellent breakfast too. All in all, top marks!

Prime location, steps from key sights and super convenient for public transit—getting around was a breeze. Some staff were fantastic, warm, and helpful, though others seemed distracted. The hotel is spotless, a big plus. Some areas of the hotel feel stuck in the ’90s, but modern touches like fast Wi-Fi and sleek bathrooms make up for it. The area around the hotel is noisy, but they have soundproof windows.

Breakfast is too expensive for what they offer. The area at night doesn't feel safe.
