Excellent location, 3 min from la Gare de Nice and the Office of Tourism and about 8 minutes to the subterranean tram station L2 that takes you to the airport. Grocery stores, patisseries, restaurants and cafes are all around. Situated at the intersection of the train station street, Avenue Thuers with the major artery of Nice - Jean Medecin. The building has an elevator, so it was easy to get to the 4th floor. Easy access to and from the building and apartment. Nice cozy studio, provided with everything you need. Very clean, bright and quiet with a view to the Jean Medecin boulevard. The host, Rachel, was super nice. She met with us to give us the key, showed us around, and provided valuable info about the apartment, the city, and also about the tram station and how to get to the airport. We had an amazing time and no problems, due to the fantastic location and the well equipped apartment. We highly recommend.

- Wonderful location : Just within 5 mins by walk to the train station nearby and in the center of shopping street with a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, grocery store and so on! You can also easily reach to the beach in the walking distance (+plus, as the streets in front of the building are always busy so I didn't feel scared even while walking at night) - Friendly staff - Studio same as shown in the pics : the studio was spacious and comfortable enough for me as a solo traveller to stay in, a small terrace where you can enjoy the view of streets in Nice, the bed was so comfy, everything in the room was so clean and well-organized.

Thought the price was pretty higher than expected, but considering that you can use the whole studio alone I think it's reasonable anyhow.

Rachel was the perfect host from the beginning. She was very helpful and provided much guidance in how to get in and out of the building and how to get from the airport to the apartment. Our favorite thing about her apartment was by far its location. It is located on one of the more popular streets in Nice and has everything within a 1 to 10 minute walk from the building. There is a Monoprix and patisserie around the corner, Kfc and burger king among many other restaurants and stores, the tram passes right outside the building and there is a train station only 7 minutes away which my friend and I used for all of our day trips.

Perhaps the decor was a bit dated but that wasn't an issue for either me or my friend

Our stay in Nice couldn’t be better! Rachel and Dada are great, very organised and were there for us anytime we needed. The apartment is very clean and tidy, very well located (you can go everywhere walking, only 10 minutes from the beach and 2 blocks from train station). Rachel changed the shower towels for us during our stay and Dada was there in front of the building to give us the keys (we arrived 10pm). This place worth the money and we will stay again over there the next time we go to Nice.

Good location close to the central station. Kitchen was okay equiped. Staff was really kind. It was clean. Balcony with sunshine in the morning was lovely.

- No extractor hood in the kitchen. - A lot of noice from the street. This was duable when the doors of the balcony are closed.

I know Nice quite well so l knew these studios are in the perfect location for the trams, trains, restaurants, bars and shops. The beach is only a few minutes away by tram too. Lovely friendly owners with great communication. Unfortunately our flight was delayed but it wasn't a problem for our hosts Rachel and Dada. 👏🏼 Our studio had a great view. The bed was extremely comfortable and had great pillows.... I'm very fussy about pillows. There were great touches like his&her disposable razors in the bathroom plus shampoo, conditioner etc. Kitchen had everything we needed too. Although the evenings were quite cool outside, the studio was always warm. There's an extra electric fire but we never needed it. Definitely stay again 👍🏼

Honestly, there's nothing we didn't like. Only wish we could've stayed longer than 2 nights in wonderful Nice.

This is the best location in Nice for tourists in my opinion. It is 3 minutes walk to the Nice Ville station if you want a day trip to Monaco. There's a number of baggage storage stores around so you don't have to take the baggage with you. . There grocery stores and so many restaurants near by. Hostess Rachel was so kind and helpful, as we arrived a couple of hours earlier than the check in time and our room was not yet ready, She let us leave our baggages and gave us a tour map so we went to the beach lightweight. Highly recommended.

I ran into some trouble when arriving, because of a bad weather the trains to Nice were cancelled so I got stuck in Marseille for several hours. Rachel was very responsive and so kind, she stayed up until midnight so that I was able to get in the building and my studio so late. The room was like pictured, small but spaceous enough for one person, the kitchenette had everything I needed to cook up a cheap meal, the bed was comfortable, and the location is just fantastic. Keeping the window closed blocked out most of the noise from the street even on the weekend. I would love to stay here again :)

Bathroom is very tiny but there's a toilet, a sink, and a shower so I can't complain too much.

We had an amazing stay at Rachel’s. The neighborhood is super safe - the studios are in front of a central avenue at Nice (even though there’s always someone out, it’s not noisy at all at night). It was full of restaurants and local commerce. Worth to mention is almost next to the trains station, which was very convenient for a daytrip. At Nice, you can find everything you need (especially tourist-wise) at a 15 min walk tops from the studio. The place itself is clean, very resourceful (we found everything we needed at the kitchen) and well taken care of. The bathroom is modern and functional. Rachel and the guardienne were always prepared to talk to us and help if needed. We were able to leave our bags there after the checkout, before we left to the airport. Would definitely recommend and come back.
