Beautiful room, big windows and lots of natural light. Very comfortable bed and blackout blinds. Great location, 5 mins walk from the main station.

The room I stayed in overlooked the main street, so there was quite a lot of noise from trams and people. Was fine with ear plugs but wouldn't recommend this room if you're a light sleeper.

The design of the hotel is lovely. The location is both good and bad. It's walking distance to the beach and old town. It's also right next to the train station, which is really convenient for exploring the coast.

The area (and the people in it) aren't particularly nice at night. The street is really loud, with trams passing right in front of the hotel. The walls should be painted, and the room could be cleaner.

The staff was wonderfull, the room was awesome and full of nice details. We really enjoyed our stay!

I didn’t like the fact that cleaning wasn’t included in the price and that you had to download the app, order the cleaning and pay. We stayed 4 nights and one cleaning of the the room would have been nice.

Beautiful, modern, spacious room in a great location. Facilities were great. Everything was in good condition. Buffet breakfast was also nice. Overall, we loved our stay here and loved everything about our hotel room

housekeeping wasn't including in your stay, this was fine but just strange as it is a hotel so you expect housekeeping to be included in the money you spend. Staff weren't responsive to our messages via booking.com in regards to seeing if a transfer could be offered from airport to the hotel. They never replied and we messaged days before!

Really nice hotel with a good location and very friendly stuff. The bed and pillows were really comfy and the air conditioner was working properly during hot weather outside. It was really nice to come back to our hotel room after heavy heat.

The only one minus is that the room needs a facelift, some walls were a bit damaged and had a dark spots. It's just affects the overall first impression.

It would seem to be a bit hit and miss. My room was great, because overlooking a side street. I think the rooms on the avenue might not be so quiet. The situation two minutes from the station is great if you are planning on hopping up and down the coast to visit. But if you're just coming for Nice, it would be better to stay nearer the seafront and old town. Finally, this hotel group has the most frustrating check in process. You panic when they don't send you codes three days before, only to discover that this hotel has a perfectly normal reception desk with friendly staff

Nicely designed room with good amenities - tea/coffee/ toiletries- and in a good location for train station and walking into centre.

Deeply frustrating forced check in process which was not mentioned in the Booking.com listing and turned out by o be completely unnecessary as the hotel has a front desk. Wasted a huge amount of time trying to follow the clunky Sonder process which Sonder repeatedly insisted over email was essential to access the hotel. Lots of system glitches and eventually managed to complete using their tech support chat. Then turned up and found none of it was actually needed. Incredibly poor for a company trying to make itself very tech-focused and easy to use. Not impressed.

Large room. The staff was excellent, assisted me to get cycling bike to room when elevator broke until Monday. This allowed me to set up bike and follow TdF after 2000km race in Scotland/UK Pan Celtic. I spent a week with trips to Monaco, and staff was excellent.

I am a Maersk Container Ship Chief Engineer so I understand everything never works as planned. They had a team working on the elevator on the Monday after broken for more than a week, Three days undone when I arrived. It's done differently to solving issues for our clients on the ship, it gets fixed with our resources immediately not waiting regular business hours. For somebody who spent 250 Euro a night with a booking.com level 3 discount.

We had a pleasant stay at Sonder Yelo Jean Medecin, and I think it was good value for money. Here is what I liked most: - The staff is super friendly, speak great English and were very helpful. We were assigned a room on the 1st floor, facing the noisy street, and we were able to move to a very quiet room with balcony on the 5th. - The beds and pillows are very comfortable. - I liked the simple, but modern design of the rooms. - The hotel is centrally located, walking distance to all major attractions. - The hotel and the rooms were clean

What I liked least about my stay was the first night: I put in my booking requests that I'd really like a quiet room, because it was our first time away without our baby so we wanted to catch up on some sleep. Unfortunately, the room was on the 1st floor, facing the center with a lot of windows so we were kept awake all night by the noise from the tram, people, cars. Luckily we were able to move to another room the next day, which was a downgrade in room type, but at least it was nice and quiet. Lastly, I would not stay at this hotel again because of the location. It was in the center of Nice, but in a bit of a dodgy, dark part next to the McDonalds. Next time I'd stay in the old center or closer to the coast.
