This is a perfect little room to book if you're having a short stay in Nice. The room is perfect for those needs. It's quite small but very clean, quiet, has good wifi, and easy-going. It's also super well located. It's less than a 10-minute stay from the main station if you plan on going somewhere else like Cannes or Monaco. It's also super accessible from the airport and is another short walk from the station you can get to directly from the airport.

Daily housekeeping, new towels, clean sheets and toiletries daily. Close to nice ville station and plenty of restaurants + minimarts below. Smart tv with Netflix access.

No elevator, we were allocated to level 5 and it was very difficult bringing our big luggage up. Walls are thin and our neighbour kept banging on the wall because apparently our tv was too loud despite putting it on low volume.

I loved how clean and spotless my room was, I am very fussy with cleanliness but I was very happy! Also I didn’t realise the housekeeping come and make your room/give you fresh towels everyday (super beneficial with the shower-situation!) which is very sweet. Room gets very cold at night so the heating and extra blanket was useful! The room was modern and comfortable, lots of desk space and staff were very friendly and stored my luggage pre/post check-out:)

Some hooks to hang up wet towels in the bathroom would be really useful as the bathroom does get really wet (no matter how hard you try!) with no shower door nor tilted floor. Also noise-insulation was poor with doors slamming. Also no hot water on my last night. But for the price I paid I am very happy with this hotel!

We stayed at Hotel Esperance for 5 days and everything was great! We had booked a room through Booking.com with 3 separate beds and a balcony, and that’s exactly what we got. The hotel is in a great location — close to the train station, a supermarket, and even a McDonald’s, which was very convenient. The staff, especially the receptionists, were extremely kind, helpful, and professional. The room was clean, comfortable, and overall the service was excellent. The only small issue we had was with the cleaning service — there was a minor detail that the cleaner overlooked — but besides that, everything was fine. All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend Hotel Esperance!

It's 5 mints walk from nice railway station and the location is amazing. Restaurant, general stores are all at walking distance of 1 mint.

The stay does not have a lift. Not suitable for elderly people.

The property was very clean. Exceeded my expectations. The location was very remote and local and very accessible to the beach, local neighbouring cities. Overall, I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to visit Nice and book this hotel as it was only a 5 minute walk to the hotel from the station. The hotel staff and management was very keen and helpful as the AC had gone out and they managed to rectify the issue in under an hour. For anyone being in doubt, don’t hesitate and book this hotel and you’ll be more than happy.

The toilet was good, however it was open shower and lots of water either leaked to the toilet seat or towards the door. No toilet paper holder although this was a very minor inconvenience. This was one improvement I would like to see but as it stands, the hotel was still very good considering it’s a 1 star.

The first most advantageous thing about the hotel is it is almost in the city centre and if you visit for the carnival, then it’s very easy to walk from here to Place Massena, just about 1.2 kms max and accessible to many food stalls and restaurants. The rooms are good. But be cautious of requesting hotel staff to provide the rooms in first 2/3 floors if you do/can not climb stairs as there is NO ELEVATOR. But everything looks good. Rooms are neat and the staff are very attentive and kind. They provide you a code for WiFi and entrance at the main door - do not forget to take it

Exellent location, we were walking every day in the city, didnt use public transport. Very clean rooms and cleaning daily. Lots of restaurants and caffess 5 mins from us. Really polite reception

Recieved an email from manager of a hotel telling me my payment didnt get through and to pay again just so transaction could pass, or they will cancell. I got into argument and he said they will cancel my reservation, but Booking didnt. This was official hotel mail. So dont answer and click the link and ofc dont pay!! also, bad wifi
