Excellent location, a minute walk to the Nice-Ville train station and about 10 minutes on foot to the nearest tram stop. The receptionists were very nice and welcoming. Check in was a breeze, I was allowed to check in early without an issue. The room was clean, the queen-size bed was comfy, and the bathroom was very spacious.

The TV didn't work. It can be loud at times both from the streets (I was on the first floor) and from the other rooms as well. The bedroom felt cramped, I presume because the bed was too big for the size of the room.

The staff were lovely, and very accommodating. They let us store our baggage whilst waiting for our room to be ready ( we were a few hours early ), it was perfectly located , right by the train station, tram station and beach all close by and near a lidl which was great . Made check in really easy and comfortable and staff were easy to communicate with (I don’t speak French so the English spoken was helpful). Then room was spacious and very clean and had a really nice shower .

Great place near the city and super close to the train station! The staff was amazing, we arrived super early and they managed to do an early check in ! Always every kind ! If I’m traveling to nice I’m definitely staying here again

It’s smaller - but I didn’t mind that, there is a big enough bed Maybe the only - is bathroom privacy (just for someone who isnt comfortable with that - we don’t mind)

First I have to say that room was very clean, they changed our towels everyday and also they changed our sheets 1x (we stayed 6 nights). Hotel is in great location, near one of the main streets Av Jean Médecin, and 5 min to train station. Only suggestion that we had is that there is no enough wardrobe hangers in closet, and also towel hangers.

Superb location - close to the train station and all the sights in Nice. The hotel was clean, room was spacious and beds were comfortable. We packed a lot in to our trip so did not stay in hotel for long periods of time but served us well and if returning would rebook

Excellent choice! Exceptionally friendly stuff (gave us the room with the terrace, the cattle and the hairdryer upon our request) and cleaners, spotlessly clean and exceptionally maintained, very stylish and the location is superb (everything is close, yet still preserves a local and very authentic ambiance) and safe. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and clean. The variety of lamps and lights in the room makes it very photogenic.

Maybe equipping every room with a cattle, coffee/tea cups would benefit the costumers who don't have breakfast in the hotel.. but when I got ill and asked for a cattle, they provided it immediately for the rest of our stay..❤️❤️

Awesome location and awesome staff. Very friendly people. Overall pleased. Nice is magical! Hotel is just next to train station so very good to visit nearby cities. But also few minutes from crowded area.

Our room was kind of old, so you get that impression that it is not clean. And when we entred the room, we found few hairs maybe. But nothing major, really. Overall we were happy.

Two minutes walk from Nice main train station yet away from traffic and noise. Wonderful and very friendly welcome and someone always available at the desk ready to help and offer information. The rooms are very clean and even though at times small, they are well laid out and very well provided with towels and necessities. Air conditioning very efficient you can choose to use or not in very room. Top class cleanliness all round, and lift to take you and your luggage up to all floors. Excellent and fresh breakfast , and very efficient and friendly staff . Will certainly be back. Can't wait.

We can't think of anything we did not like.

Hotel located in front of the station. The location is very good, there are many eateries nearby, and the supermarket is nearby. Can be reached on foot. It's a bit far from the department store and the beach, but it's acceptable. The hotel is tidy and clean, but the space is extremely small, and it is even difficult to open the luggage. There are inevitably minor problems in the room, even the sound insulation is not good, and the shower space is also small, but it is acceptable. This is pretty much the case with hotels in the city.

Very nice and cozy hotel, rooms small but everything you need if you’re traveling solo ! I didn’t experience any outside noise ! Great restaurants within 1 minute walk and a wonderful Asian restaurant which is very popular as the food is amazing ! Good value breakfast and very helpful staff ! Perfect location
