The staff are very friendly and polite.

the only thing is that, whatever the people doing on the room next to you, you’ll hear it. That’s the only downside of my stay in this hotel. The rest is ok.

Was a near perfect stay in an ideal location, with a very friendly and helpful staff, comprehensive and tasty breakfast, and good size room and bathroom. The location was right next to Av Jean Medecin and right in front of the train station.

The stay was nearly perfect, only issue was I did find a bug in the toilet on the morning of check out. I assume this is uncommon in the hotel, but was disappointed as it was perfect up until then.

I stayed in room 102, on Sunday morning at 9:00am there are two cleaners talking loudly in Italian language in front of my room. I was waiting for a while but they didn’t stop. So I had to wake up from bed and went out to ask them to be more quiet. At the arrival day(Friday night around 11:00pm) We informed the receptionist that the shower gel bottle in the shower is empty. The receptionist gave us small bottles of the shower gel and shampoo. Well also put the sign “please clean the room” but nobody refills the shower gel bottle in the shower area until we check out on Sunday. Please kindly check it more carefully.

We appreciated the location in relation to the train station after a long 5.5 hr train ride from Paris. We were greeted in a friendly and helpful manner by James at the Reception Desk. His professionalism and assistance set the tone and bar, high, for our overall rating of this hotel. The rooms were generous in size and offered wonderful amenities for a good night's rest before moving to an Airbnb.

The breakfast could have been more presentable: I had to get my own place mat and utensils. Serving utensils were not available for the scant offering of food. The variety and quality of food for the price that was charged for breakfast was adequate; it could have been better. Staff seemed to be hiding out in the kitchen instead of being available for guests. When they did show up, we were not greeted in a friendly nor welcoming matter. I am a Flight Attendant for a major US airline. Setting a warm, friendly and supportive atmosphere is crucial to the overall feeling.

Comfortable and spacious room. Hotel located near the main train station, making it easy to explore other cities. Friendly and helpful staff. Provides complimentary sparkling and still water, with the option for refills. A sustainable approach to hospitality!

Unfortunately, there was an issue with the hot water in the shower. It seemed the shower tap might have been faulty, making it difficult to regulate the temperature to a comfortable level. I reported the problem to the hotel staff. The hotel requested a deposit, which I found unusual considering there was no minibar in the room.

Very comfortable little hotel, at the convenient location, great for short stays. We stayed two nights and wanted to explore the city. For this it was very good. For beach holidays it might be better to stay closer to the sea. We liked the small details like comfortable bed and very nice cosmetic in our room.

One member of the staff at the reception was rather unprofessional although helpful. We are not used to receptionists rolling their eyes and giving obviously forced fake smiles. We had two rooms and one had extremely low ceilings in the bathroom and for someone who is 190 cm tall it was almost touching the ceiling while showering. This room had a flight of stairs to reach the door. We didn’t mind it, but it would have been politer to mention this before handing in the key. The missing information at Booking is that there’s a deposit of 50€ to be paid at the check in.

The room was big, it was comfortable and it met my every need. I have plenty of towels, the room was very clean and the bed was big and comfortable. The fact that I had 6 pillows on the bed was nothing but luxurious, the bed was perfect, I felt like I was sleeping on clouds. The bathroom had all the amenities I needed and had a very chic style. The staff were all pleasant, inviting and smiling at all times, I felt welcomed and at home. The lobby is also extremly gorgeous and beautifull, everything in the hotel exceeded my expectations. All in all, I would come back to this hotel if I ever go back to Nice :))

The TV didn't have have many channels and none were in english but this is just me being picky.

We liked the fact that the facility was central, the rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Especially Madam Thao's travel suggestions were very helpful. When we realized that our car had been towed by the police on the last day, the gentleman and lady at the reception were very attentive. Many thanks to all of them

We were in this hotel for the third time, unfortunately this time the room was very small with a tiny bathroom...the first night in the room next door (108) was very loud, we couldn't sleep until 3 am...generally the staff is extremely helpful and nice, they are wonderful hosts...the breakfast is delicious, every time fresh and of excellent quality. We will definitely come back. Thank you

Location to main station Gard de Ville was exceptional, 2/3 min walk. Also the main thoroughfare with loads of shops, eateries, trams 50 yards away. Easy to locate due to location as some small streets in Nice can be confusing, but not this one. 15 minute leisurely walk to beach straight down the main tram thoroughfare. Excellent Wi-Fi quality at all times.

Nothing really as I chose it for location. Typical French small boutique type hotel with small quiet bar area.
