The hotel had everything you would expect from a 2 star hotel, so I was not disappointed at all. The room was big, the bed had a nice size, I also liked the big windows and the fact that there was a hairdryer in the bathroom. Also, it is placed close to the train station and tram stations. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here.

I think there is room for improvement for sure: - the room could use a little bit of renovation, - the towels had some stains (I am sure they were washed but it is not nice to have towels with stains) - and our room was next door to a stuff room I think, and I was woken up every morning before 8 AM by (I am guessing) very loud cleaning ladies

The location was great, and the staff made me feel safe as a solo female traveler. I really appreciated that the reception was open 24/7. It was also very convenient that I could leave my luggage at the hotel for safekeeping both before check-in and after check-out. Even though the room was small, it was well maintained and quite clean.

For the price I paid, the room was quite small. If I had brought a large suitcase, I might have felt a bit overwhelmed. But I booked last minute, and they were ready for me when I arrived, which was great. I booked on the same day and still didn’t feel like I was an inconvenience… that was a big plus. So I don’t want to complain too much about the room size or price. Still, with a big piece of luggage, it could have been tight. Some people mentioned a smell in their reviews, so I was prepared for the worst… but I have a pretty sensitive nose, and honestly, I didn’t have anything to complain about. There was a smell, but nothing bad … just the kind of scent you notice when you enter a new environment.

Great location, super close to the train station and metro station, you are literally in the city center, also the place was clean and the staff is very nice, they were helpful. We overall really liked our stay here and I definitely think people should check this place out.

The only thing we didn't like was that the walls were thin, and we heard our neighbors a lot :D but that's overall fine. Its just happened for us to have a rowdy neighbors. Also we couldn't connect to WIFI- we didn't ask tho at the reception if there is an alternative so take this with a grain of salt

Hotel has 24 hour desk - didn't need it but always reassuring should you need it. Staff friendly and welcoming. Hotel is a short walk from the tram line. Metro very good in Nice - took me time to get used to the fact you need to go to a separate location to change lines but easily done. Room very comfortable and a good size. Not far from the main railway station - a short walk only (about 5-10 minutes). Plenty of restaurants and takeaways close by so you won't go hungry. Supermarket near the railway station as well and so useful for those extra bits you always seem to need. I found Nice a really pleasant city to visit and was grateful for the 3 day travel ticket -- which you can use on buses too (which were useful to get to the museums uphill for this old geezer).

It wasn't a problem for me but the lift is very small and so if you were a party or had a lot of luggage you might have to make several trips. Hey, you're in a City so the night time bustle and early morning wakefulness of a city might disturb some people, but it didn't bother me.

A very comfortbale room with en-souite bathroom. A very central location next too Notre-Dame and 15min from Promenade des Anglais. Avenue Jean Medecin is couple of meters away from the Hotel's entrance.

The parking is an issue. You should consider a rather big amount ( i paid 42 euros in Notre-Dame Parking) as an extra to the room price. Nevertheless, you are still in the very centre of Nice and it might be considered as self-evident(?)...

Great location, very helpful and friendly staff. This hotel is a good budget option for 1-2 days stay (especially if you need to be closer to the train station).

Quite shabby, lots of things require renovation or replacement (e.g. blankets, pillows). Walls between the rooms are very thin - cardboard like - so you’ll end up listening to other people watching TikToks at 2:00 AM, or if/when someone coughs, farts, snores, etc. Make sure to take earplugs with you.

We stayed at the hotel for one night, and it was a pleasant surprise. Based on the comments, we expected a less favorable experience, but the room was simple and clean. Personally, I liked the bed linens and the comforter, which were perfect for the night. The hotel is very close to the center, with a McDonald's just a 3-minute walk away. After our stay, the receptionist kindly allowed us to store our luggage.

Although the television was small and not ideally positioned, overall, it was a good stay.

Check in was at 3pm. We arrived at 11.30am to ask if we could leave our luggage and come back and check in at 3pm. They said the room was ready and we could check in then at no extra cost which was wonderful. The staff were all very friendly and polite and helpful. This would make me book this hotel again.

The room was in a good location - just a short walk up the main strip and not too far from the train station. The room and bathroom were acceptably clean.

There were some renovations happening when I was there so the hallways were dirty and filled with workers and materials. The room did have a faint smell of cigarette smoke (nothing terrible - very faint). While the room was clean, the floors, walls and linen felt dated and could do with replacing or some touch ups.
