A Memorable Stay in Nice – Thanks to the Staff! We had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel in Nice. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Tanguy, whose devotion and helpfulness stood out immediately. He offered great service, helped us with directions, and had thoughtful suggestions for our visit. The hotel itself is modest – the elevator is small, but it works, and the room, though compact, had a comfortable bed and a decent shower. There’s also a lovely café just below the hotel, perfect for morning coffee and breakfast. What truly made the experience special, though, was the staff. Check-out with Ada was smooth, and when we realized we had left something behind, she immediately contacted us and offered to mail it to us—even though we had already reached the airport. That kind of service is rare and deeply appreciated. This hotel may not be the most luxurious, but the warmth, smiles, and dedication of the staff—especially Tanguy and Ada—are what make it a place we’d happily return to. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable stay in Nice.

Honestly, I had to really think hard about what I didn’t like—it took me longer to come up with something than it did to write my positive review. If I had to mention anything, I’d say the elevator is quite small, and the room and shower are on the compact side. But everything worked well and served its purpose, so I can’t genuinely complain. The overall experience far outweighed these minor details.

What a charming little find! Such a welcoming and warm staff and I couldn’t resist the little mini cookies in the jar every time I went by the elevator! On a street where no cars are allowed but just steps from the number 1 tram line! 10% discount at the coffee shop adjacent. A pillow bar where you could actually go and choose the type of bed pillow you wanted! I was having trouble with my phone carrier and they even had free mobile hotspots that you could borrow for free!

I have no complaints! I had an interior room and the view from the window was an unattractive rooftop, but by being on that side of the hotel, I wasn’t able to hear the sound of the church bells that rang hourly!

We loved absolutely everything about the hotel specially the staff at the reception. Julien checked us in the first day and gave us a lot of info and recommendations. It was a great introduction to the city. The girl from Portugal working in the afternoon was also super sweet and always ready to help with a bright smile. We felt at home!!! The restaurant next to the hotel was an amazing option for breakfast, lunch, dinner. We kept going back :) The area is lively and with easy access to pretty much everything. Rooms are small but still comfy and full of details. The full minibar was included. We are 100% coming back

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel with my daughter! The wonderful staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The great location was a major highlight—right in the city center, 10 minutes walk from the beach, just a short walk from the train station, and surrounded by good restaurants, which made exploring the area super convenient. The room was relatively small and lacked closets, which might be a drawback for longer stays or if you have a lot of luggage. However, considering the amenities and location, it offered good value for money. I'd definitely recommend it for short stays or city breaks! We were very pleased with our stay. The location is a major highlight; its proximity to the city center and train station makes it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and day trips. The staff's exceptional service was another standout. They were not only friendly but also so responsive. When we mentioned a window insulation issue, they resolved it swiftly while we were out, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Their insightful travel recommendations were also a valuable bonus. The breakfast offered a good selection, and the coffee was surprisingly excellent for the minimal cost. Finally, the hotel's location is ideal for daily needs, with supermarkets and various shops within easy reach. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

here's potential for improvement with the window insulation. However, it's reassuring to know the hotel owner is actively considering options to better isolate the rooms and provide a more comfortable stay.

+ The location was amazing – we could walk everywhere! + We especially loved the café right underneath the hotel: sunny spot, beautiful view of the church, and really good drinks (matcha, chai latte, cappuccino) and croissants – we enjoyed it every day! :D + The staff were super helpful and friendly. They helped us reserve a table at a restaurant, which turned out to be one of our favourite dinners of the whole trip.

The water pressure in the shower was a bit too low. The rooms were also a little bit noisy. But honestly, that's just nitpicking – we had a fantastic stay overall.

The staff were really lovely, friendly and helpful. It was very nice of them to always reply to my questions on WhatsApp, and they also gave directions for exploring nearby towns. I also liked being able to get a free drink from the cafe when not using the cleaning service. It was also really nice of them to have a special Christmas breakfast for the same price. The hotel is in a prime location, very easy to get to from the Nice airport, near to the tram station, and the main train station in Nice. I thought it might be a bit loud, but the room I was in was nice and quiet.

It was mostly great, sometimes the room was a little bit cold and the shower water pressure wasn’t too strong at times - but on the whole it was really good. Great value for money. The WiFi was a bit patchy at times.

This hotel takes care of all the little details (filtered water, pillow menu, coffee at the cafe in lieu of a daily cleaning, tour options, a beach towel…). The staff are very helpful and friendly and the communications pre and during your stay are great, loved the use of WhatsApp. The room (superior) was small but cute and comfortable. Breakfast is lovely at their cafe which also seems popular with locals, you are just off a great shopping street which also connects you to all the sights, you can walk everywhere or jump on the train or tram. Highly recommended

Room might have felt tight for two people

Very good location with friendly staff. Air conditioning unit is on the wall and works well for heating and cooling as you wish. There is a cafe next to the hotel that looks out on the cathedral. You can have your breakfast there or in your room for a discount. All members of the staff were friendly. Cafe, front desk, housekeeping, you name it. They all also spoke good English. The hotel is around the corner from the train station, the cathedral, and the main shopping street of Nice.

The rooms are not soundproofed at all so you can hear people in other rooms cough, sneeze, conversations, go to the bathroom or things they do in the bed.
