The receptionists are really nice and kind. This is worth my money since I only use it to sleep at night and we got our own private room with toilet and shower inside for under 40 euros a night and its very near the train station with lots of cheap restaurants around.

They are doing some renovations on the building so there are a lot of works inside. Also there might be a problem with the plumbing because every time we don't use the toilet for hours, there would be human defecation that comes out of nowhere and we have to flush. The walls are pretty thin and in the mornings i got woken up a lot by the sound of doors closing and opening. For air conditioner there's an extra fee you have to pay (I dont remember how much) and also if you need to leave your baggage for a bit at the lobby you need to pay 5 euros.

The staff was extremely friendly and caring. The beds were clean and comfortable. The balcony was a pleasant surprise. The AC worked properly. The room was very clean, albeit a little small for three people. There were lockers for personal items.

The bathroom could use a touch-up: the toilet didn't flush properly, and the sink was a little wobbly. However, the disruption was minimal and the bathroom was otherwise clean.

It was very difficult to move the heavy carrier because there were many steep stairs If you want to leave your carrier after check-out, you can only do it with 5 euros in cash (most of them are free services from hostels, which are quite expensive)

Everything is clean, the location is great, staff are helpful, great price.

You get what you pay for, you might be a bit less comfortable but the price makes it worth it.

It was amazing, excellent location, on a room with only girls and we had our own bathroom. There was a balcony very nice. There was power point to charge my phone next to my bed. We had a table and o prepare our food. It was great. And when I did the check out they let me leave my bag at reception

Friendly and helpful staff, excellent location near the train station and the tram. You have everything you need within a couple of blocks, including a supermarket . This hotel is perfectly fine! It does NOT deserve all the extremely bad reviews! If you're a seasoned backpacker trotting the world, you will be fine here. If you just are a holiday maker on a short getaway from the comfort of your home, then you might consider jack up your budget and look elsewhere, rather than complaining, because France isn't cheap. WiFi worked in my room. It clearly says it works in SOME rooms. It's a nice sitting area with tables and chairs near a good kitchen. The room was spacious, practical and clean. Common areas were clean enough kind of a thing. Room had a window, so fresh air and daylight. Sink in the room. Not so hot water in the shower on the fourth floor, but piping hot in the shared shower on the 1st floor. No big deal, as I only need 1 shower a day. 6 electric outlets in the room, and a fridge. I came with Zero expectations after reading the reviews and got positively surprised.

It was nothing I didn't like. The hotel is old and worn in the edges, but don't mix old with dirty. That is two different things! I liked this place.

Booked first night double room. Good price, clean, not noisy, good aircondition, clean bathroom, perfect location and helpful English speaking staff. Definitely over my expetactions! Booked another night and accidentally got a dormitory with 6 ppl. Its good price but quite hot in summer. So to summarize, a great hostel/hotel definitely. I would recommend the double rooms, seems to be the cheapest in town and yet, high standard. Thanks for this time!

I had a private bathroom!! Staff extremely friendly. Very clean and ver central , definitely recommend when visiting nice. Great location can walk to beach and downtown, lots of supermarkets beside
