The receptionists are really nice and kind. This is worth my money since I only use it to sleep at night and we got our own private room with toilet and shower inside for under 40 euros a night and its very near the train station with lots of cheap restaurants around.

They are doing some renovations on the building so there are a lot of works inside. Also there might be a problem with the plumbing because every time we don't use the toilet for hours, there would be human defecation that comes out of nowhere and we have to flush. The walls are pretty thin and in the mornings i got woken up a lot by the sound of doors closing and opening. For air conditioner there's an extra fee you have to pay (I dont remember how much) and also if you need to leave your baggage for a bit at the lobby you need to pay 5 euros.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a good experience. On the positive side, the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, which created a good first impression. The rooms have been recently renovated, which gives them a fresh and modern look. The hotel’s location is also quite convenient—just a short walk from the city center. Overall, I like my stay, especially in terms of service and location

However, there are several areas that need improvement. Despite the renovations, the rooms didn’t feel thoroughly cleaned. There was no fridge or curtains in the room, both of which are basic amenities I would expect. Additionally, the access to the kitchen is restricted during key times—closed from 12 to 3 PM and again from 10 PM to 8 AM.

The provided towels and body wash, there are glasses in the room, microwave and a kitchen sink apart from the toilet and shower also present in the shared room. Also good sir conditioning! The beds turned out to be pretty comfortable.

The canalisation smell in the toilet is absolutely horrible. When you open the tab and the shower. It’s a very bad smell. The shower wasn’t that clean either, and I found some hair and dust that wasn’t properly cleaned after the previous guests, around the room.

The staff was extremely friendly and caring. The beds were clean and comfortable. The balcony was a pleasant surprise. The AC worked properly. The room was very clean, albeit a little small for three people. There were lockers for personal items.

The bathroom could use a touch-up: the toilet didn't flush properly, and the sink was a little wobbly. However, the disruption was minimal and the bathroom was otherwise clean.

It was very difficult to move the heavy carrier because there were many steep stairs If you want to leave your carrier after check-out, you can only do it with 5 euros in cash (most of them are free services from hostels, which are quite expensive)

I was afraid because of all the bad reviews. But to my surprise room was very clean and modern. Staff was super nice and helpful. Location was excellent. Very good value for the money.

Room is quite small but was expected for the price

Everything is clean, the location is great, staff are helpful, great price.

You get what you pay for, you might be a bit less comfortable but the price makes it worth it.

Everything we wanted to see in Nice were on a walking distance as well as the Gare and the bus station we needed to visit Cannes and, respectively, Monte Carlo.
