This is an excellent hotel. You will not be disappointed. Only a 10 minute walk from the railway station or two minutes from the airport tram stop which is Jeanne Medicin. The breakfast is a superb Mediterranean buffet about as far removed from a 'full English' as you can possibly get! The hotel is immaculate throughout and the rooms modern and comfortable. At the rate we paid it is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.

Everything was first class.

The greatest advantage of this hotel is that is close by foot to almost everything in central Nice. It is also very close to the train station (about 10 mins walk) and the trams stop right in front of the hotel. There is a shopping mall really close, there are lots of stores and markets nearby. We used the hotel room only for sleeping so the fact that it wasn’t very spacious wasn’t so important for us. But it was clean, the bathroom was big and clean and this was sufficient for us. I appreciated the fact that there is also an elevator for the upper floors which can be used for luggage, for strollers and most important for disabled people. The breakfast is delicious and there are plentifull choices. The croissants are fresh, the bread is fresh, the honey is fresh from the bee hives on the hotel’s rooftop. The girls at the breakfast room were really hardworking, smiling and attentive, we appreciated their service and attention. All in all we had a very good experience with our stay and we recommend Hotel Florence!

The property in a central location. Very quiet the staff were very welcoming. There was an amazing choice at breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was beautiful. The decor was very clean with bright and colourful thought-provoking pictures on the walls. The staff could not do enough to make our stay comfortable. There was always someone at the desk with a hello and a smiley face. There was a coffee machine on 1st floor so free coffee any time of day.

The room was a little dated, the shower was not the best as there was no door to the shower and the water would travel under the main door, there was signs of rotton wood on the main door. The extractor fan did not work fast enough to clear the mist. There was no fridge in the room to store milk or fruit. There was no bags in the bins. The Hairdryer stopped working mid dry. The Television did not have any UK channels not even Sky news so no tv to watch in the morning, maybe the option to sign into Netflix act would be better.

Early check-in request was accommodated. Breakfast was very good Comfort was very good. Location was excellent

I regretted the fact that there was no live sports action or international business news on the TV channels in the room. I would have liked to watch Champions League Football and international "English" language news programs like BBC, CNBC, Bloomberg etc. I only found French speaking (and mostly local) channels. There were also no international movie channels. I was told that this is normal for 3 star hotels in Nice, but I feel that service ) should be improved.

This hotel is wonderfully situated, within walking distance to the train station, the trams and the boulevard which leads to the sea. The hotel is quiet, clean and comfortable. The best feature of all is the staff and the culture/ethos of the staff and management. They are friendly, professional and welcoming. An example is that the day after we arrived it was the final of the world ironwoman's championship. The staff opened the kitchen and had breakfast at 4:30am so that competitors could eat before they had to assemble at 6:30am for the start of the race. Excellence all round and for a very reasonable price

Excellent location, minutes walk from main High street, 15 mins walk to seafront. Very friendly and helpful staff. My husband and I arrived for a 4 day stay for our anniversary. On the 1st day there was a maintenance problem in our room. I spoke to Elise the next morning the day of our anniversary, and she said the issue would be dealt with and asked us to pack our things and leave them in the room. Upon our return to the hotel, we were given a lovely room with a few extra touches (see photos) very thoughtful and much appreciated. The breakfast staff also kindly accommodated my gluten intolerance and provided gluten-free rolls and biscuits for me. Also, a wide range of good quality items for breakfast. We had a wonderful 1st visit to Nice and stayed at a fabulous hotel. Thank you to all the staff.

1). Very friendly staffs 2). Very good location, especially to take Tram. The tram station is less than one minute walk from the hotel. 3). Breakfast was simple, more than sufficient.

1). The shower head was mouldy. The reception staff and maintainable staffs were very responsive to rectify. But, this shouldn't have happened. 2). We were not familiar with the heater/ air-conditioning control. Thought it was for air-conditioning and left them full blast and was hot throughout the first night. Clarified the next day and was fine.

Perfect location in a side street off the main street where the tram number 1 passes. Round the corner is the stop for tram number 2 that takes you directly to the airport. The rooms are comfortable and the beds are good quality. There is a small fridge and kettle and espresso machine. Blackout curtains and walk in shower. Round the corner is the main shopping street, lot of cafes, restaurants, train station is 7 min walk. The breakfast is very tasty with a variety of healthy options.

Great hotel, helpful welcoming staff and tasty breakfast. The room was a good size and we found being between the train station and the prom to be a perfect location. It's about 10 minutes walk to the old town where you can find amazing places to eat every day. We asked for a baby cot and it was already set up, which was a welcome relief after a lot of travel. The room was cleaned well each day. I would happily stay again.

We had a fantastic stay, but the shower was a little tricky/slow/unpredictable which was a minor downside
