Great location. We got the junior suite which had a balcony which was great. Bit tight for a family of 4 but comfortable enough.

Cleanliness can be improved. The soap/shampoo was not refilled until we told them to even though it was almost finished. The policy is to change sheets every three days but they did not change till we told them on the 4th day.

This is an excellent hotel. You will not be disappointed. Only a 10 minute walk from the railway station or two minutes from the airport tram stop which is Jeanne Medicin. The breakfast is a superb Mediterranean buffet about as far removed from a 'full English' as you can possibly get! The hotel is immaculate throughout and the rooms modern and comfortable. At the rate we paid it is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.

Everything was first class.

Staff is really helpful and kind. Breakfast buffet is delicious and with so many options for bread, yogurt, honey and cheese.

Sound isolation in the rooms were poor.

The greatest advantage of this hotel is that is close by foot to almost everything in central Nice. It is also very close to the train station (about 10 mins walk) and the trams stop right in front of the hotel. There is a shopping mall really close, there are lots of stores and markets nearby. We used the hotel room only for sleeping so the fact that it wasn’t very spacious wasn’t so important for us. But it was clean, the bathroom was big and clean and this was sufficient for us. I appreciated the fact that there is also an elevator for the upper floors which can be used for luggage, for strollers and most important for disabled people. The breakfast is delicious and there are plentifull choices. The croissants are fresh, the bread is fresh, the honey is fresh from the bee hives on the hotel’s rooftop. The girls at the breakfast room were really hardworking, smiling and attentive, we appreciated their service and attention. All in all we had a very good experience with our stay and we recommend Hotel Florence!

The property in a central location. Very quiet the staff were very welcoming. There was an amazing choice at breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel.

My granddaughter and I stayed at the Hotel Florence Nice for a week. From the very first day to the end we were surrounded by warm attention and care. Friendly staff, cleanliness, free accessible water coolers, cafe machines and sweets, everything was a pleasant surprise. I would like to especially note the delicious and varied breakfast, the products were selected with attention, fresh. The wonderful location of the hotel, we did not use transport, since all the sights were close to us. Thank you Hotel Florence Nice!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Nice! The location is absolutely perfect—close to everything yet peaceful enough to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The attention to detail throughout our stay truly stood out, from the welcoming atmosphere to the thoughtful touches in the room. A special thank you to the staff for the lovely surprise for my husband’s birthday—it made our trip even more memorable. We felt genuinely cared for, and it’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. Highly recommended!

The staff was wonderful, very attentive and nice. The room for 3 adults was very spacious, and the bathroom size was great. The location was right next to the main street where all the restaurants and shopping were. The place is very clean and comfortable.

The only drawback was the air conditioning for a summer location was not very good. We thought we were doing it incorrectly, but it was not strong at all. We asked the front desk, and they said the technician will look at it while we are on our tour. They gave us a floor-rotating fan. After a 10-hour tour in the heat, we came, and they said it was working, and a technician never came, but once again we could not even hear the fan running from the air conditioner or feel it in the vent. So once again we showered and slept a bit hot.

This hotel was beautiful. The decor was very clean with bright and colourful thought-provoking pictures on the walls. The staff could not do enough to make our stay comfortable. There was always someone at the desk with a hello and a smiley face. There was a coffee machine on 1st floor so free coffee any time of day.

The room was a little dated, the shower was not the best as there was no door to the shower and the water would travel under the main door, there was signs of rotton wood on the main door. The extractor fan did not work fast enough to clear the mist. There was no fridge in the room to store milk or fruit. There was no bags in the bins. The Hairdryer stopped working mid dry. The Television did not have any UK channels not even Sky news so no tv to watch in the morning, maybe the option to sign into Netflix act would be better.

Early check-in request was accommodated. Breakfast was very good Comfort was very good. Location was excellent

I regretted the fact that there was no live sports action or international business news on the TV channels in the room. I would have liked to watch Champions League Football and international "English" language news programs like BBC, CNBC, Bloomberg etc. I only found French speaking (and mostly local) channels. There were also no international movie channels. I was told that this is normal for 3 star hotels in Nice, but I feel that service ) should be improved.
