The most amazing words are about reception staff We were served in very nice manner Especially big thanks to the young man that was so helpful and gave us an excellent and exceptional service. His attitude towards guests is amazing Rooms are clean, well maintained. Beds comfortable.

Swimming pool was clean and nice, however sauna had been switched off earlier than pool closes. if it was for adults only hours, would be much attractive Food was fresh and tasty, but the kitchen staff quite bad trained- no greetings, no one asked what room are we staying, tables weren't clean as soon as guests left, staff was gathering inside and talk, talk , talk. Housekeeping staff didn't greet us, even didn't put the smile on the face after we greeted her. Strange.

The location was great - on a quiet street but walking distance from the main Place Masséna shops and restaurants. Our room was a good size, but the hanging space was small. There was a safe in the room, but again quite small. Toiletries were provided and the towels were nice and thick. The reception staff were helpful. The breakfast buffet had a reasonable choice of cold and cooked items, but the juice was a bit watery. Secure underground parking was available and very convenient. The daily charge was less than many other hotels.

We hung our towels up every day to reuse them, but the room staff hadn't had the memo about saving energy and water and changed them anyway 🙄

Location - excellent. 200m from Jean Medicine tram station. Direct line to the airport - Line 2, the Blue line(about 40 mins) 400m from Place Masséna and the entry of the Old Town, with the Promenade just beyond. Perfect for for exploring Nice and close to the station for exploring further afield. The airport is the new hub for bus services, or train to Cannes and bus from there. Room was simple and comfortable. Comfortable twin beds, a big bathroom with a bath and over-bath shower. Plenty of hot water and lovely fluffy towels. Fridge with water on day one. Buy additional water at the corner shop across the street. They are a bit stingy with coffee/tea so bring some with you. The hotel is has a small pool with sauna (get towels from reception) and a bar. But why drink in the hotel when there are so many great places to drink in town? They do provide breakfast, €18 each I think, the usual cerial, pastries etc but we didn't try it. So many lovely little cafes in town. We would definitely use this hotel again.

Mmmmh! took 2 days to get the safe fixed!

It was a lovely experience. The staff were helpful and very professional. In terms of the quality of the room, the housekeepers tended to it often and it was very clean throughout our entire stay and we never were short of supplies. However the WiFi connection was weak sometimes and the YouTube on our TV didn’t work which was a shame. I also thought there weren’t much breakfast options and that it was a bit pricey. I did appreciate the lovely view from the room and would book again if not for the TV.

The staff at breakfast were rude, unpleasant and not very welcoming. They acted like they didn’t like their job and anything you asked them was a bother. The first few days there was fresh lemon but none after that and when I asked the staff for some they didn’t make any effort to get any. There was none any morning after the 3rd day which was disappointing as I have lemon and hot water first thing every morning. On checkin we were not informed about the reduced rate for sunbeds at Opera Plage beach and that you needed to buy a ticket at reception. I noticed an advertisement in the lift for this beach club and only got how it worked by asking at reception. Some days reception would not issue is a ticket with no explanation which was disappointing and confusing.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Nice Riviera. The location is fantastic – very centrally located and easy to reach from the airport by tram, which made getting around the city super convenient. The staff was very friendly and always tried to help as much as possible, which I really appreciated. There’s a special deal with Opéra Plage beach bar (discounted rate of €22 for sunbed in September), but you need to mention that you're staying at the Nice Riviera hotel to get the discount.

There were a few areas for improvement. In my room, there were a couple of maintenance issues – the shower wasn't working properly, and one of the lights was broken. I also noticed some miscommunication between the reception and the housekeeping staff, which led to a few small mix-ups during my stay. In addition, the WiFi was quite slow. Another point to note is that I only found out about the discount rate at the beach bar after asking at reception, so it would be great if such information was shared more proactively. Overall, it's a nice place, and with a bit more attention to detail, it could be even better. Thanks again to the staff for their kindness and efforts!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location was excellent and the staff were attentive and helpful. Everything went smoothly and the facilities had all we needed. And even though the sauna and pool area was a bit too small for the amount of people, it was still a great added amenity to our stay!

The bathroom could’ve initially been a bit more thoroughly cleaned and it’d been great if there were more food options besides breakfast.

The hotel was in a great location for exploring nice. The perfect distance between the old town and the beach and going out towards the new area. The pool was lovely though a bit small but this was managed by having to book through reception so meant only a certain amount of people can be in at a time.

I found the breakfast quite disappointing. We only had it one of the days that we were staying. Due to a lack of any allergy friendly options. If I was to go back I wouldn’t pay to have breakfast I’d just go out to a local patisserie or cafe.

Fabulous and superb! If you want to taste the Nice atmosphere („Niçoise” in French), definitely choose Nice Riviera Hotel. The staff at the reception made our stay pleasant and joyful. All the staff members were incredibly friendly and very professional and made us feel welcome from day 1. A big thanks for all of them, apologize if I forget someone: Audrey (very efficient and if you are a fan of K-Pop and anime, you will find a very good partner to talk about), Marina (very helpful, she was our first contact with the hotel and arranged a smooth and pleasant early check-in), Carina (always attentive and calm) , Clement (friendly and always with a gentle and joyful smile, very efficient also), Rafael (very attentive and friendly) and the friendly Ali. The breakfast was rich and tasty, with eggs, 3-4 sorts of cheese (the Emmenthal was delicious) and ham, fruits, a large range of patisseries (some of them adapted to the festive moments like Christmas and the New Year Eve), a good range of confiture (Clementines and Myrthilles were my favorites, but the confiture of figs was also delicious), and various other goodies. Besides coffee, cocoa, and milk, they had a variety of good teas for tea lovers. An extra for me, there was also a toaster for having toasted bread (besides the baguettes). But the most important thing is the staff, very nice and warm ladies, very calm, and trying to remember the guest’s room number. It was a pleasant and familiar atmosphere. They are keen to offer explanations about the food. The breakfast room is very refined decorated. Just a recommendation for the future, if possible, to enlarge the range of cheese with some traditional French cheese. For the French touch lovers. The room was nice, elegantly decorated, comfortable and spotless clean. The ladies who cleaned it were both attentive and professional. The bottles with shower gel were always full, and we always found the room very nice arranged.

Everything was Perfect. Thank you. If is helpful for other travelers: The hotel is perfectly placed, near the main Shopping Street (2 minutes), the tram stations are at walking distance, so you can easily reach all the parts of the city, the Old City is at 10 minutes walking distance and close the hotel are to 2 supermarkets, a Shopping Center, and many restaurants. To sum up: a perfect holiday at Nice Riviera Hotel.

The hotel is well located and it has a private warm pool where you can book slots of one hour per day.

We had a good experience in the hotel and we found the price of one room correct, however we found: - family of 5, with thee kids under 6, we could fit in one room with a king bed, a sofa bed and a cot bed but for 5 was mandatory to have two rooms - the price of breakfast was exaggerated for the offer - They were doing some work in the hotel and in the parking, it was annoying yet understandable but the price of parking for the day was 25€ without the possibility of charging the car.
