Excellent location, couldn't get more ideal. Lovely extras, like cold water taps for re filling out bottles, Beach equipment, brilliant idea, borrow items and return them. super for a few nights in the city.

Space is a premium, a few days was fine but would run out of space with 4 people in our family room. could have put another big bed in the loft instead of a sofa bed. but brilliant for a few nights.

Well located in front of the tram to the airport and short walking distance to the center and train station. There was free tea, coffee, candies and also hot wine at the reception lobby. It was commemorative date and they decorated the room and offered a gift. The room was comfy.

Breakfast was fab. Location very central. Coffee machine, water and even mulled wine for guests in the foyer. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful, helped me to find a cobbler when my shoes broke!

The hotel is in a great location. The breakfast is plentiful, varied and very delicious. The lady who handles the breakfast service is very kind. At the entrance, there is a coffee machine and a water dispenser. You can make yourself coffee or tea and take a bottle of mineral water to your room. The reception staff were also very helpful whenever we had any questions. The room and the bathroom were of a comfortable size. Every day, they came to tidy up the room and change the towels. The bed was very comfortable.

There was nothing. Everything was perfect.

First things first, staff was very friendly and accommodating! Breakfast at the hotel was also nice with variety and fresh made dishes. The room (for 4) was clean and the bedroom was spacious. Great location within walking distance from both the main train station and the beach front. Next to the main street that also provides with access to lots of options for shopping and food.

There is only one relatively minor thing, that the couch-turn-bed once deployed, there was no space (in our room) for someone to go through if there was a need to go to the bathroom. But i guess this could be adjusted in the future.

There was an incomprehensible moment with breakfast. For some reason, the receptionists said several times that it was included in the room. Although I knew that it was not in my booking. In the end, we used it and, of course, when we checked out of the room, we were billed for it. This was not a surprise to me, considering that the price for the room was very low to include breakfast. But it’s still unclear why we were told twice what was included.

The location is perfect. It is within walking distance to the beach and in the heart of the city. Since it is very close to the central train station, it is possible to travel to other cities and countries easily. The breakfast is very good. The hotel staff is very helpful. The decoration of the hotel is very good. Enjoyable

We stayed in room 101. The windows of the room overlook the garden and are at floor level. Therefore, it is very cold coming through the windows.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. They showed us on a map where to go in the city and directed us to various interesting locations. The cafeteria was nice and the bathroom was quite good - spacious and clean. The bed itself was quite big and comfortable.

Unfortunetaly the walls are just paper thin. We could hear all of our neighbours and specially the ones next to us since they were loud Americans, we could easily hear everything they were saying. The door to the room was also not properly fitted so there was a big gap which just increased the noise quite a bit. The pipes were also very audible and we could hear people showering or flushing. Decor was somewhat cheap and the chairs were uncomfortable in the room.

The location was good, in-room facilities were sufficient. There was free water, coffee and tea facilities in reception 7/24.

We found the daily room cleaning inadequate. During our stay of 5 nights in total, our dirty sheets were not changed after we made our request. In fact, after asking why it had not changed during the daily check-up, they were told that it was now late and the hosekeeper shift was over. Fortunately, they later realized that their behavior was not correct and offered us a free breakfast the next morning as an apology. I think the daily hoosekeeper should be more careful about daily check up of the rooms.

One of the best three star hotels I’ve stayed at - think it deserves four! Rooms were so clean and nice, the breakfast was great, the staff were very helpful! Cannot find anything bad to say. We were celebrating a special occasion and they even decorated the room which we thought was super cute. Would definitely return! PS I left something behind and the staff is very helpful and accommodating in helping me retrieve it. Super professional staff!
