The Ibis Styles hotel has a great location - not far from the train station (5 minutes) and also quite close to the Promenade des Anglais (under 10 minutes). The staff was very helpful. The room was a good size, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The continental breakfast was excellent, with a lot of variety. The water filling station and popcorn machine in the lobby were a nice bonus.

The room was too hot during the night (on an upper floor) so we needed to open the balcony doors several times so we could sleep comfortably.

Excellent choice if you expect to do any excursions by train as only about 300 meters (0.2 miles) from the train station, although a bit uphill. Beds were a bit hard for me although my wife thought they were fine. Otherwise comfortable, clean roomy, and modern, with a single desk-like chair. Elevator was handy. Very nice hot/cold breakfast - a wide choice of items so well worth the extra charge. Free snacks, coffee, and water filling station in the lobby, as well as some free games like foosball and an electronic game - free popcorn in the afternoon. Staff very nice and helpful, and most spoke english. Hotel on a main street but about a kilometer to the Promenade. A lot less touristy and beachy than further in but a nice safe area. Decent restaurants nearby. Would reserve again.

Not much to dislike. Only wished they ha better seating in the room, especially considering there was the space. Should be more than one hard metal seat for a two person room.

The location is great, is almost in straight line with the train station and the seaside. Super easy to walk around. The hotel is nice and clean, the stuff speaks English very good and offers information about touristic points, places to see. Super nice breakfast, a great variety of food, french patisserie and freshly squeezed orange juice. Another thing that impressed us was the fact that you can fill some bottles with water, for free, and take them to your room. Also, every evening you have access to a popcorn spot with fresh popcorn and lemonade. This are small things offered for free, but very appreciated! We will definitely return!

I had a great stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, and the staff, especially Jean, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My room was very clean, spacious, and even had a lovely terrace with a beautiful view, which was a great touch. The daily cleaning service ensured everything was spotless throughout my stay. Breakfast was delicious to start the day right. The hotel’s location was perfect—close to the city center, the train station, and just a short walk to the Promenade des Anglais. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Ibis Styles is perfect for a relaxed vacation in style! It offers you touch-of-class features, such as freshly squeezed orange juice (yes, fresh, with real oranges!!) every morning, as well as a Nespresso machine, quite handy during a craving for good coffee! The location is ideal - just within a quick walk to the beach, Nice Ville Gare and the old town. The staff were always helpful but I must make a special remark on those in the breakfast area. They were always around, checking for what needed to be refilled or taken away. 3 stars? I guess this hotel shines more brightly than that! :-)

99% of the stay was flawless. The one point I'd say wasn't so positive was the AC vent pushing the air out right on top of us! That could be changed. We managed to sleep with no AC by keeping the door half open and it did the trick. Apart from this, though, nothing to point out!

Location The hotel is located in 2 adjacent buildings in the city center, 5 minutes' walk from the train station, 10 minutes' walk from the shopping Avenue Jean Médecin and a 20-minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais. Check-in It was very easy and the receptionist spoke perfect English. He gave us a map of the city and gave us useful information about the city and the hotel! Common use spaces At the entrance of the hotel there are sofas and chairs for resting, games such as table football, a coffee machine with a fee of €1.50 per capsule, a machine for free drinking water and a machine for free popcorns. The corridors are all carpeted and very summery on the walls with painted palm trees. Room The room was very quiet, with daily cleaning. When we arrived there were gifts waiting for us on our bed: a soap and 2 glasses with the lovely cute dog that is the emblem of the hotel. Parking There is no parking at the hotel, but there is plenty of paid street parking around the hotel, as well as a large underground parking in Mozart Square.

Room It was fully equipped, but missing a second sheet on the bed for us to cover ourselves with, instead of using the blanket and a clothesline on the balcony to lay out our bathing suits and beach towels. Breakfast There was a buffet breakfast until 11.00, but it had very few choices. We only liked the variety of breads available and that they were always warm. We didn't like that the cheeses and cold meats were served out of the fridge, meaning at the high room temperature in the summer. We also didn't like that there were no boiled eggs, but a device that boiled everyone's egg after 10 minutes. The breakfast is served in an indoor area and an outdoor area that has many pigeons. If you leave your breakfast alone for a while, a pigeon will definitely eat it.

It's pretty and has nice decoration. It's also focused on ecological sustainability so that's nice. Bed was very comfy and cleanliness was great. They upgraded our room to a bigger one which we appreciated. Breakfast was nice, with cheeses, hams, fruits & cereals, several types of bread and freshly squeezed orange juice. It would be nice to add the option for scrambled eggs too.

The TV was not smart tv and there was no possibility to connect phone to it, not a major issue but smth to take into account maybe in the future.

I liked the hotel's location: close to the main beach area, main train station, grocery shops, and main city attractions. The beds were quite nice. They had irons and ironing boards to loan which was quite handy. AC was working very well. 24-hour reception was available: receptionists I encountered were quite polite and hospitable - sending regards to them.

I didn't like the breakfast: it is not something you expect for a hotel of such a level and price tag. I expected at least the availability of scrambled eggs. The guests have to boil the eggs themselves. The egg cooker has a place for 8 eggs, and after putting the eggs there, I saw that none of them were available because other guests took them - it would be nice if eggs were cooked for guests beforehand, it is not a difficult thing to do.

Location is good for both City and Train station. Staff were very obliging and helpful. The property was spotless and room size was good for France

Whilst the breakfast Buffett offered lots of choice and was very satisfactory , it was the same everyday. Maybe a different bread or a different cold meat would make a difference . We were their 6 days , this would be as noticeable for propel staying for a shorter term. It’s not really a dislike , just an observations .
