The location was perfect to discover Nice by foot. It was also very close to the main station that brings you in 20min to Monaco and other beautiful destinations. The decor was cute and the staff very friendly. We slept well since the beds were comfortable and there was an ac (really needed in the months of July/August). We enjoyed the beautifully decorated terrace.

The street was a bit loud at night. Breakfast was alright but for us not worth the price. Be prepared to walk stairs since there is no lift. But the staff helped us to carry our luggage.

A nice hotel, very close to the old town and the main street with lots of shops and restaurants. You can go on foot to both locations, no need to take public transport/taxi. There is a supermarket right below the hotel. The hotel was very quiet, the furniture was rather new. Spacious room and bathroom There is hair dryer provided. Everyday our room was tidied and cleaned. The hygyene was ok.

There is a fridge which can be used but only until 9 pm. After that the room where it is situated is locked. The room's floor was not clean. There are no toiletries provided besides liquid soap. The beds are rather smalll.

The location was perfect - you are in a walking distance to everything and that was definitely the best part!! The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond. The only problem is that most of the staff doesn't speak English so be prepared for that. The rooms have AC which is a big thing in France. I personally had nice views from my window. There are towels you can use to go to the beach.

There is no elevator so if you're living on the top floor it might be a challenge. I was ok walking up but of course elevator would've been more comfortable and bringing your luggage up and down is also not that easy in that regard. The cheapest single room is VERY small. Expect just a twin bed and a space to get to it. Nevertheless, it's cute. It was alright. Most of the staff doesn't speak English.

The hotel is located not far from center around 15 min walk so keep this in mind. If you are looking for relatively central and quiet neighbourhood, than this is your place. For the price, i have paid , it is definitely a good deal. The room is very clean and has all needed facilities.

Takes a bit of walk to the center everytime

My room was perfect for one person, but very comfortable bed, great air-conditioning. Good wifi and I used the roof terrace to do some work which was very pleasant. Nice neighbourhood, an easy walk to the beach or shops. Also a short walk to tram to the airport.

The room was generally clean, but corners were dusty and dirty. There is no lift. The reception was mostly unattended - I personally did not have much need for them but I do not know who I could've spoken to if I had a problem.

The decoration style is pretty! Our room had good curtains keeping out the morning light, and the voices from the street didn't carry much inside to our room. There was good, quite basic breakfast available (12€/person) in a nice breakfast room with a cozy roof terrace option. There is a grocery store Carrefour right next to the hotel. The tram lines 1 and 2 are both quite close, a couple of blocks away in different directions. It was also easy to walk to the city centre, old town, beach... And the train station was quite near as well (good connections to many cities on Riviera and beyond)!

Our room did not have very much shampoo (the small packages were not replenished during our stay). All of the staff members did not speak English, but luckily we could still understand each other enough.

Room was clean and basic comfort. I liked the terrace seating area and really appreciated the beach mats and towels which saved us some money. Convenient grocery store next door, but the hotel location itself is a little out of the way from both the Nice Gare and the beach. Walkable but better to grab a taxi, since either destination is about 15-20 minute walk.

The room walls were razor thin. All nights of our stay we heard couples who were loudly amorous. Too much yelling and rowdiness in the middle of the night. Breakfast was just ok.

I am delighted with the hotel and the staff! I thank the manager who agreed to change my room to a nicer one, with a balcony and a view of the city! I enjoyed my stay. Wonderful hotel, very cozy. The room was warm, for me it was important. Great area with many authentic bars and shops. There is a supermarket next to the hotel. The Old Town is a 10-minute walk away. The train station is close! I am happy and will come back again.

The only downside of the hotel is the shower cabins. The curtain does not protect the floor from splashes, and when you take a shower, the entire floor gets flooded with water...

We stayed 3 nights at hotel Lepante, we were lucky they had availability during new year's time since our previous accommodation was cancelled. We had a double spacious room with a king bed and also and extrs single bed with a french balcony. All requests such as getting extra towels, wine cups, wine bottle opener, kettle were provided with little or no delay. A big thanks to our receptionist and host Alexsandro who not only provided what we needed but also did us a huge favour. We had left our ipad in the room after checking out and he made all the available effort and steps to safely send it with the Post back to our address in Spain. We very well recommend it for its professionalism.

The balcony was very small and thus not worth the difference in pay.
