We liked the balcony. Kitchen facilities and rooftop. Superb views from roof top.

Nil but just for info … Only x1 bath and hand towel ea for 5 day stay but you could pay to get fresh ones.

A good apart-hotel in Nice with everything you need not far from the beach and half an hour ow working to the Old city. The stuff was friendly and helpful. We asked for a room with a garden view and that must have been the best possible choice! We could sleep without issues with an open balcony door and didn't need to close the curtains (on the 1st floor) during the day. The room had all we needed - a huge comfortable bed, a dishwasher, a stove, a microwave, kitchenware including the flower vase, dishwashing detergent and so on. Also, we had plenty of room to put our clothes in (even more than we needed). We didn't use the terrace at the building top much, but it was nice, though small. Very close to the tram (L2) and close to the beach. A lot of bakeries and supermarkets around. I would definitely recommend this place!

The walls as usually in hotels are not sound proof, so we heard our neighbours steps and snoring and so on. The curtain in the bathroom didn't protect the shower well enough from sprinkling the water. Also, a small cosmetic maintenance would be good to have in the bathroom - mostly the wall where the paint was all cracking and there were some traces of mold. A bit far rom the Old city and the train station, but it was pleasant to walk on the English embarkment or beautiful streets every day.

We liked the size and layout of the apartment, the kitchen facility, the comfortable beds and the balcony. The rooftop sun terrace was well furnished and provided a pleasant place to see out the afternoon. The location is excellent for the Promenade and access to the town centre. The airport tram (Line2) stop is an easy 3 minute walk away as are 2 supermarkets and eateries.

Our only complaint would be the strong sewage smells coming from the shower room every day. These eventually disappeared but for a short time it wasn't pleasant.

Had everything we needed, clean, functional and in a great location

The receptionist was really not welcoming when we arrived early, just said to come back at 3pm. When we did return to check in at 3pm another lady was on reception who was much more friendly and welcoming.

good location: only couple of minutes from tram stop which you can use to go to airport or old Nice (which indeed accessibly by foot too). Promenade is a few minutes' walk away. kitchenette is very small but there is a microwave, kettle, plates, glasses, etc Small bottle of welcome water also nice to get on arrival. We haven't used breakfast on site but few options are available there. Personnel on reception is very friendly and ready to help.

Nothing serious, I'd only dream about a bit lower price :)

Location was great. Very close to the beach and other amenities

The toilet did not have a sink attached. So did not like it. Also after paying so much money I was told to empty the kitchen bin and take it to the basement or I will be fined. Not good customer service and does not feel I am on holiday.

The location is perfect, close to the sea front- a five minute walk to Promenade des Anglais. We were very happy to have a good sized balcony with table and chairs. Also, loved having a fridge and kettle. The roof terrace solarium was an added bonus with 360 degree views including one down to the seafront.

Location is close to the beach, restaurants, and transport. Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Staff were courteous and helpful. Frequent room cleaning. Views from the 7th floor rooms facing the city were excellent.

City tax could only be paid with cards, as no change would be given if paid in cash. The kitchen was missing a dish rack. On departure, the kitchen was required to be cleaned. However, no cleaning products were provided.

Great place to stay. Close to the beach, has an excellent roof terrace with panoramic views, staff are friendly and helpful and the room was clean, modern and spacious. Short walk from hotel to the tram for transit to/from the airport

Some noise from the nearby road, despite double glazing. A room at the back of the property would be better.
