The Hotel is in a very quiet place surrounded by beautiful buildings and not far away from the museum "des Beaux-Arts de Nice" and only about half an hour away from the airport and a 10 min walk from "la Promenade des Anglais". Regine employed by the owner of the Hotel has been looking after us very well. After we had arrived she brought us a cup of tea to our room and always made sure that there was hot water for tea. Regine is a very friendly and helpful person. She also made sure we had everything we needed for breakfast. We can really recommend this place to people who like a personal touch and who like peace and quiet and a safe neighborhood. It is very easy to get from this Hotel to any place in Nizza.

The room was beautifully decorated and spacious. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Beautiful garden and building. The hotelier was warm and welcoming. The area was very quiet and I did not hear the other guests in my room so it was well insulated.

I would have liked a more powerful shower but it was good enough. I would also have liked different pillows as I didn’t find the ones I slept on very comfortable. These I think are personal preferences and others might not have any issues.

Quiet tranquil position, very close to promenade and beach, also closest tram stop was only a 5 minute walk. Room we stayed in was large and had lots of traditional character.

Unbeknown to me, when I booked the weekend away, it was the Monaco Grand Prix weekend and thee end of the Cannes film festival, so I had to pay more than normal for the room , hence me not scoring a 10 for value to money.

Regine was wonderful, very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. We communicated through WhatsApp and Regine was very responsive. The breakfast was delicious, the room spacious and well equipped. The hotel is in a quiet residential area, but only a few minutes walk to the tram and Promenade des Anglais. I look forward to staying there again.

Clean, comfortable, large and the balcony was a plus. There was a small fridge in the room, but it was not very deep, so more for yoghurt, cheese and medicines than for bottles of wine or anything large/opened. I could keep some bottles of water in it, on their sides unopened. It was close to the Tramway, bus, shops, cafes. Musee Beaux des Arts and the beach/Promenade des Anglais. It had a lovely garden and the toiletries supplied I thought very pleasant. There was much needed air conditioning Nicholas greeted all guests with a free bottle of cold water (very much appreciated) and showed you on a map where you were and how to get to places (short cuts for walking, tram and bus stops etc).

I really missed a kettle (there was a coffee pod machine downstairs on a honesty payment system) and hot water in a mini urn in the morning and 6.00pm at night, but it was not the same! The TV (there was a DVD player also) had just French options, and there were no notes, in English or French, for how to switch to the DVD.... It was a quiet area (which suited me, but possibly not those wanting to roll in very late at night). It was up a hill/steps, so coming from the tramway to the hotel, with luggage, was a tough ask, so I paid for a taxi when moving luggage. Rooms 5 and 6 are upstairs and the kitchen is downstairs, so you may want to consider this if stairs are an issue.

It was an excellent stay, beautifull light clean room, excellent breakfast and very friendly helpfull lady Régine at the reception. Very recommend for a nice stay. Also, great location, the villa is just nearby from the station, easy to get (straight tram/train from the Nice airport)

Very nice accommodation. Big room and a terrace where you can seat very confortable. It's new renovated. The bathroom is big also. Very quiet area and easy to go to the tram station. The host Regine is very nice and helpful!

There is nothing to say bad about it :). It's a lovely place to stay in Nice :)

Needed a place where we could work comfortably for a couple days and then explore Nice for a few days. This hotel was a great option. Evocative historic maison, but had all the necessary modern amenities - comfortable bed, fast wifi, plus a nice little balcony area to catch the afternoon sun. It's a quick walk to the promenade and maybe 10-15 minutes to Le Negresco - anything in the city is walkable from here. Nicholas was a thoughtful and attentive host.

We were very happy with it. Whatever wasn't available on-site (it's a small place, so things like laundry, baggage storage), Nicholas helped us find.

The hotel was beautiful , a Villa built in the belle epoque, but renovated tastefully. Our bedroom was large, well decorated, spotlessly clean and the bed was large and comfortable. The en-suite was beautiful and the best we had seen. The hotel staff were really welcoming and friendly especially Nicolas the Manager.

The social area was a little cramped and the coffee/ tea facilities were communal.

The location is great: quiet, beautiful neighborhood, close to the sea, tram station. The hotel itself is gorgeous: very aesthetic interior and exterior. But the real gem of the villa is Nikolas. Very helpful, generous, attentive, friendly and warmly welcoming person. In this property we felt like real guests. Definitely want to come again
