Clean and comfortable room though quite small. Definitely better than any private appartment in Nice city center/Promenade des Anglais, and cheaper than other hotels. Still expensive compare to other towns. Maybe best this town can offer. The room with balcony is very much recommended. You'll get at least two chairs and a breakfast/wine bar table with sea view. Bulangerie and a supermarket is just over the corner will make your continental breakfast in teh room perfect. If you prefer restaurant, it is also there just down the stairs in the street. Ah yes, the east-directed windows will be very sunny brite 6 in the morning if you'll not use the perfect automated Nice-stile blinders. AC works perfectly too. Check out the very useful public transportation options (tram or Lime e-bike) as its 30 mins walk to the city center (good that the walk is by the Promenade). ...and do not buy the 10e/person tram ticket in the airport. They sell only these over there. Do like the locals: make a FREE tram ride til Grand Arenas, get off the tram and buy ticket for 1.7+2e for the rechargable plastic (Summer'24). Ticket control is very tough. Google the forums for the uptodate rules.

Do not expect 5stars facilities in the hotel. All whats in the room is all what you have. Eeven laggage storage is limited. Wine glasses would be nice to have in a Nice hotel. Street is busy but noise isolation is excellent. Online checkin to give away my data to teh internet is smth not I was comfortable with.

I loved to sit on my balcony and see the sea! The room was bright and clean. I was here for a week, and absolutely loved walking to the market every morning. The tram is right there if you prefer! It was easy to get food delivered if you lost track of time during the day :)

Cleaning staff would come to my room after 16:00 for the cleaning, which always conflicted with when I needed to be there for a couple of meetings. I was unable to get them to come earlier.

Everything was wonderful. The room had a great view out to the sea and to the city, mountains. The room had a coffee machine, and a fridge which were very convenient. There was plenty of fresh air during the night thanks to the big balcony windows you could open.

The stay was excellent, but there was confusion regarding the booking because of scam messages before arriving at the place, but the property made up for it.

The view and location of the apartment were splendid. I wish we stayed longer! The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly.

The room especially the shower was dirty and there were dirty towels left for us with blood stains on one. I did inform reception and they told us there were spare towels under the coffee machine by thr lift and to grab one. We also asked for a second blanket, which we never received. Our room wasn't cleaned or restocked once during our 3 night stay, however we restocked daily ourselves which was okay, but unfortunate.

Lovely place, very nice. Staff was gentle and helping with advice.

The virtual service provided by Sonder is unpleasant, "stalking" and useless. I was receiving one-two emails everyday from the booking day to the day after the check-out (total around 50 emails). Too much I think... Virtual assistance like this is disturbing, especially for people looking for relax and holiday...

Everything was AMAZING! They gave us (as per request) room at the top floor with the most amazing sea view! Sun would wake us up everyday and invite us to sit on the room’s terrace for a quick breakfast. Bed was super comfortable and warm, two huge pillows each. Room was not very spacious but for us was perfect. Bathroom was amazing, with eco friendly toiletries. Wifi was very fast, and we could connect our streaming platforms to watch in the evening. Also on the last day we left our bags in the locker on -1 level of the hotel (code lockers). The only dislike was the fact that other people in the rooms next door to us, kept on trying to connect remotely to our TV (every single night) which caused pause on the movie we were watching. So please if each TV can have the NAME of the room number, not generic one (so that customers would know what is their TV). We definitely recommend this hotel!

Hotel was great, felt safe as a solo traveller and staff were super friendly and helpful! Location slightly out of the city centre but it’s a lovely walk along the promenade to get to the old town and there is tram stop right outside if you don’t fancy a walk! The rooms were also really comfortable and had everything you would need for a short stay with clean and modern furnishing- and the view from the balcony was perfect ! Only feedback I would give is that the balcony rooms were slightly noisy as the doors weren’t sound proof so you got a loud of noise from the busy streets at night/ and could also hear a lot of noise from the corridor at times. The TV also wasn’t working in my room unfortunately. Also if you are looking for a traditional/ large scale hotel this might not be the best place as the reception isn’t manned 24/7 and it’s more of a modern mobile/app focused style hotel.

The personnel was attentive. On one occasion I locked the box safe with a wrong password, hence wasn't be able to recall it and open the safe. But a guy at the reception helped me with my predicament, and in a matter of 10 minutes the issue was resolved. The room has a super view to the Promenade and the sea. You can sit at the balcony and look at the city. Everything is close to you. You also can reach the airport conveniently and quickly, using the tram, the tram stop is just 3 minutes from the hotel. If you are tired or just not in a mood to to some places, there is a nice restaurant just at the hotel door.

Really lovely, modern hotel in a quiet area of the town near the beach down the promenade. Could not fault it! Really friendly, helpful staff who helped us check in. Beautifully clean, spacious room. Great air conditioning. Right by the tram stop, so very easy to get to from the airport or from the town, with bags. Would definitely stay here again.

Only the 4pm check in we felt was a bit late. Later than most hotels. But they do offer a really simple locker system in the building to store luggage (although it was full when we tried to use it, so used a local luggage store for 5 euros, which was fine.)

The location is excellent, along with the room size and cleanliness it’s pretty good. The balcony has its own charm where you can enjoy a cozy eve. Just 2 mins walking from the beach, with the hotel providing mats and umbrella for comfort.

While the rooms are all sound proof. Some ambulance/cop cars with sirens may cause disturbance. Would be great to have a microwave along with the coffee machine in the pantry.
