The location was decent, and we had a slight view of the beach from our balcony. For two nights, there was plenty of room for four people. Staff was helpful and kind. Enjoyed being between the Airport and Old Nice. Everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance which was great. For young travelers on a budget, this place was a great find.

Walls were very thin, so could hear when other guests woke up and left in the morning. Older facility, so older accomodations. Bathroom did have a weird sort of smell but nothing unbearable. Tiny bathroom, but still plenty of room to get everything done.

The main staff are very very pleasant. It's a small but cute hotel.Don't know about other rooms but in our room we couldn't get the AC to work. Breakfast is 12€ per person which feels like alot since its just two croissants and a baguette with a few jams and coffee to share. Location is very good with a great restaurant and a supermarket near. All and all we liked our stay!

Read the reviews so you know what you are getting. It says on all the others how old and dated it is, depends what budget you have an how much you will be in the property. It’s set back from the road so I didn’t notice traffic noise, the bathroom shower head falls off so you have to hold it, but overall I liked the location across the road to the beach, hair drier you have to borrow, bathroom door is a concertina affair and cracked and old windows and tiles so know all of this and you will enjoy your stay!!

Nice is overgrown with high rise buildings. Once the home of a Russian Countess Villa Eden let us travel back to an earlier time. It's architecture is early 20th century bourgeois style. Property is set back from the street and beach, and in more or less original condition. No luxury but not miserable. Parking behind hotel was simple but good. Restaurants in walking distance.

Could have been better weather. Not much to do about that.

We had a very nice stay here. The building is old and a little bit worn but i has lots of french charm. The room was clean and well furnished with a nice little balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Promenade and the beach of course - just across the street and a tram station nearby makes the location really good.

The location was excellent. Across from the ocean, fresh breezes cooled the private little courtyard. The beds were very comfortable and we slept so well. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Housekeeping kept us in fresh towels and made up beds everyday 😊

The bathroom was very small and the walls were thin, but still for the price was reasonable.

Very clean, large room. Enjoyed being able to step out onto the balcony which overlooked the promenade and the beach. Clean bathroom. Staff were kind and let us leave our bags until we could check in later in the day.

When we arrived there was noone at the check in desk so we did have to wait a little while to try and get hold of someone.

As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe and welcomed. Tony was incredibly kind and helpful. The ocean view filled me with joy, the room was full of charm, and the breakfast was delicious. Amazing location, warm atmosphere—I’ll definitely be back!

Location of the hotel is perfect. Restaurants, grocery, train station, bus stop, coffee stands, and beach are steps away. Bathroom was very small in our room, but it worked. We had an ocean view. Highly recommended for this location. Really beautiful to see the ocean every morning. the staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating here. Really wonderful people to meet.

Bathroom was small, and the shower was small. But all workable things.

Loved the little balcony, from which you could see the ocean! Room was much bigger than I was expecting. Perfect location, right across the street from the beach. Would return!

The bathroom was a little funky smelling (old pipes smell?) and they didn't have towels to borrow for the beach.
