Facilities for the family and location which is on the promenade with stunning views.

Few things e.g no coffee/tea/ milk provided. Sofa cum bed was not comfortable as it was in two sections making a gap in the middle. No cleaning service as we started for 5 nights. At least one cleaning after 2-3 days would be ideal.

Oh mon Dieu as the French say. The location was something to die for. This apart hotel is situated bang opposite la Promenade des Anglais. Do you want anything more than that? The shimmering Mediterranean sea would entice you to go for a walk or a run. It is a pebble beach and there is no worry of dirtying your feet with the wet sand. Most envious location. Next the complimentary breakfast. Julia the person in charge of this section was super friendly. She would strike a conversation with us despite being busy. The food on offer was also really fresh. Fruits, dry fruits, cold cuts, hot beverages, breads, yogurt, cereals so on and so forth. Plenty of options. Our family room overlooked the sparkling ocean. Fabulous. But this place didn't have complimentary cleaning service unless you stayed for more than one week. This is a minus as far as this hotel goes. Tho we were there for 6 nights. Two separate bedrooms for two of us each was a plus point for sure. Front staff were not bad. Please give this hotel a try. Royal time.

The hotel was right across the street from the promenade. Easy 15 minute walk from the train station (15 euros for Uber). Very quiet, our room faced the city but would definitely pay for sea view next time. Room was very clean. We had a problem with the shower and maintenance came within 5 minites and fixed. Cocoon Beach was amazing! Great service and amazing staff! We rented 1st row loungers for 25 euros each for the day. You have to eat at CASA LASAGNA ( best lasagna we had in Europe). NICE was so easy to walk, little markets for all your essentials. We took the train Monaco (20minutes) for the day which was amazing and 'dripping in money' loved seeing all the yachts and cars!

The two gentlemen at reception while we checked in and checked out were super kind and helpful. A good sized apartment, has almost everything you need for a long stay but some furniture is old. Kitchen and bathroom look renovated. Good location. There is a tram line going into the city and airport, stops very close to Adagio. There are supermarkets and a bakery also very close.

The mattresses were very hard, beds not comfortable. There was no double bed - two singles put next to eachother, a gap in between. Same issue with the sofa bed. Not comfortable.

Staff were very friendly, perfect location. Room blinds were fantastic and kept the room dark at night. Larger than expected room size. Comfortable bed. Easy connection from airport via No. 2 tram.

Stayed for 4 nights but cleaning was only once per week so wasn't cleaned during our stay. Kitchenette very basi and not well organised eg Microwave situated too high to safely remove heated contents. The WC was tiny - if you're a large person, forget it :)

The property was right beside the sea and right beside the tram with city centre only a few tram stops away. The staff were very helpful and very pleasant to deal with throughout the trip.

Although we were told the air conditioning had just been upgraded, it wouldn’t work. We asked for an additional fan but we were told it wasn’t possible.

The location of the hotel is very good, about 20 min from the airport by tram, the city center is about 15 min by tram, all the train stations are reachable, most conveniently the Saint-Augustin (Grand Arenas tram stop). It is just by the long promenade of Nice, by the sea. The apartment was very clean, and all the kitchenware were also clean. The apartment itself is a basic apartment, but with all the necessary equipments (kitchen/bathroom). The staff was kind and helpful. The beds were convenient. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay there. I think it offers a good value for your money.

The noise cancelling of the window could be better. We had no problem with it, but the noise of the trams could be disturbing if somebody is a bad sleeper.

Sea view. Huge apartment. 2 double bed settees in living room and double bed in bedroom. All comfortable amd bedding for 6. Good aircon. Seperate shower and toilet. Very well equipped kitchen. Right on the promenade. Supermarket and patisserie on street at back of hotel 2 mins walk. Bus route in front of hotel. Tram at the back. Tram direct from airport to block adjacent to the hotel for €1.50 single trip or 10 trips for €10. Goes right from the airport to the Port and runs every 2 to 3 mins. Very easy and far far cheaper than a taxi. Very clean. Good roof top solarium and able to leave bags on checkout day in baggage room and use shower room and toilet up on the solarium to freshen and get changed before headed back to the airport.

Great location and great sea view from balcony. Close to bus and tram stop and only a few miles from airport. Large room with one bedroom and plenty of space for 2 sofa beds. Air conditioning worked well and made the room comfortable but not too cold. Breakfast was good although a little cramped when busy. Staff friendly and helpful.

Breakfast staff seemed overworked and could have used a little extra help. Some of the fixtures and fittings were a little tired although fridge and dishwasher seemed newer.

Location outstanding, beach 1 minute away We arrived 3 hrs earlier than check in time to drop our bags and our room was ready! What a bonus as we'd been on the go since 3.30am. Jerome checked us in, went over some main points on Nice map and gave us so many useful tips on the area... he was so welcoming. The studio was spacious with all the facilities we needed including a metal blind that cuts out the light for a good sleep. We slept very well. There was no noise disturbance at all. Line 2 tram that travels from airport to port runs past the back of hotel and is so convenient and cheap.. note it also did not disturb us at all and added to the entertainment of sitting on the balcony.as our studio was city facing. It got the lovely evening sunshine. There is a very handy convenience store less than 5 mins away, plus bakeries and carry out meal providers, restaurants and cafes within reasonable walking distance. The staff were all very pleasant.
