This is a very beautiful and well cared for villa in a very quiet area on a hillside but not far from the foot of the mountain, about a ten minutes walk to the beach. The villa like a beautiful and peaceful garden, we were woken up in the morning by the birds chirping! Cristina was very kind and welcoming, prepared a map to show us interesting places in nice town and a few places to visit in the neighborhood, and also prepared a metro card for us. She also gave us a great breakfast every day, and we had very pleasant conversations. We received very good and helpful travel advice and had a very nice vacation. We are very grateful!

Villa Bellabe is a huge secret of Nice . Host Christina is truly wonderful . She welcomed you with smile drink conversation in her pretty garden . Full of local knowledge and ideas of where to visit and public transport ways of getting there. Breakfast is truly delicious with plenty of choice. We will definitely return to Villa Bellabe. Nothing all lovely

We received a very warm welcome from Cristina and our stay was made very comfortable. We were given lots of useful information about the city of Nice and where to visit on our stay. A very filling continental breakfast set us on our way each morning.

Villa Bellabé is a great property with lots of space. The location is a little out of town from central Nice but a short walk (10mins) will take you to the Tram where you can easily access transport to the centre within 15 minutes.

The host was lovely! extremely organised, professional and made us a very good breakfast every morning, room was cleaned daily; highly recommend for a quiet stay in Nice.

Nothing, hospitality was 10/10 The only thing to note is that if you are attending cannes festivals it is about an hour a way by car/train

Exceptional place in Nice, while there are vast options in the city, the hospitality of Christina stands out and we’re coming back for sure. It made us feel relaxed as if we were at home, breakfast was superb and adjusted based on your time. We loved the location, very close to the Promenade yet calm enough to get a goodnight rest. I loved the garden and the overall concept of the villa, see you again :)

The studio with the kitchenette was useful as we stayed with a 2 year old and often needed to prepare food. The rooms were spotless. The breakfast was great. It was also useful to have parking for our car. Cristina also gave us some useful tips for what to do in Nice as it was raining for some of our stay!

Very quiet and charming Bed and Breakfast. We reserved the larger suite room with a kitchenette. Very clean and spacious room and bathroom. Cristina was a wonderful host. She provided breakfast every morning, gave helpful tourist information and kept our room very clean. Loved the resident dog - Roxie.

Cristina is the sweetest hostess ever. She gave us very valuable information about what to visit, transport options, beach recommendations and restaurants. We had a very short stay and Cristina helped us build a super pleasant schedule. She even made sure to adapt the breakfast to my lactose intolerance. The room was very cosy, clean, and fresh in such a hot weather. There was everything we needed, including a mini fridge. If you are travelling by car, there are good parking options in the street or at the property. If you don't have a car, you may have to walk a bit or rely on transports.

The only bad part is that the holidays are over and we couldn't stay more. 😁 But we will definitely come back to Villa Bellabé next time.

A bit far - car would have been useful

The area and property are beautiful. I felt comfortable and safe the moment I arrived. Cristina was very helpful and and a joy to talk to, she recommended things to do in town and when I mentioned the places I was planning to visit she gave me more suggestions catered to my interests. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. Staying at Villa Bellabé was a highlight of my trip and I will book a room here when I return to Nice.
