The staff were very friedly and accommodating . First we were at superior king room with partial see view it was a great room. But we had to upgrate to a suite a day after since my nice joined us. The hotel staff Bayan did all the change before our arrival by email communication. She was very good and everthing went smoothly for room changes while we were there.

We had dinner at the roof top resturant. It was a disaster. The food came after 45 min and it was cold and tast was bad.. We complained to the resturant manger. He offered a free drink for next visit but we passed as we did not want to eat there after that bad experience. But the view was good.

The location was excellent! Near the airport and by the Rue Palais Anglais. Onsite parking was convenient and close to many shops and restaurants. The breakfast had many delicious options including made on demand eggs. The hotel gave us a bottle of wine and treats to celebrate my husband’s birthday, which was a lovely and thoughtful surprise. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Too bad the renovations to the rooftop restaurant meant it wasn’t ready for us to visit. But this gives us another reason to return!

Hotel is located just off the Promenade des Anglais which provided some wonderful walks each day to and from the huge number of good restaurants in the area. The hotel rooftop pool and patio offers some spectacular views of Nice and the region. The breakfast was good and provided a wide range of options for all palates. There is good access the the local light rail transit which we used to get from the airport.

Would prefer a proper king mattress rather than two twins pushed together, but this is typical of most French hotels we have stayed at so not unique to this one.

The hotel is in a great location and the room was very comfortable. The hotel pool on the roof is beautiful and very relaxing. Second time I have stayed in this hotel

The roof top pool was being refurbished and it was a little unexpected to us, as this was the main reason for booking this hotel, but we were lucky that it did open mid week and we were lucky to get to use it and take advantage of it. It didn’t damper our holidays.

Location was the best thing... Close to bus stops on both sides and also close to tram. Grocery store right behind. Food places close by. Happening street with shops and restaurants right behind.Location was just perfect!! It has water filter with sparkling and still water on each floor, bidget in bathrooms and a big space to keep luggage in room.

Each day new staff at reception. Stayed for 5 nights but couldn't build a rapport (which I like doing).

Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff were so nice and welcoming. The pool and terrace are gorgeous. As far as distance goes, It’s a 30 minute walk to Colline Du Chateau, but you get stunning views all the way to it.

Lobby and public areas look great, but once we reached our room there were a few things we noticed. The water stopper wasn’t working for the sink, pulled it all the way out so water could drain. The hot water kept going away. Rooms are not sound proof so there was a baby keeping us awake, and lastly our beds had a huge dent in the middle. This wasn’t too comfortable to sleep in.

Approx 5 mins walk to beach and bus routes . Tram service is approx 10 minutes walk. Easy access to wide variety of restaurants and shopping areas in south of France.

Additional daily holding fee on credit card on arrival at the hotel. It would be helpful to have specific and clear information when booking online so that a real choice can be made to book with the hotel or not.

Pricilla on the front desk I had booked for the wrong day and she sorted it out for us, just fabulous and Vincent on the driveway recommended places to visit those members of staff made our stay give them both a pay increase they deserve it

Didn’t like being in a room above the bins very noisy and also my booking on booking.com reserved me a price and the hotel charged more didn’t quite get that

I liked that the hotel was clean, the roof top, pool and friendly staff. The location is close to the beach but far from the more the more ‘charming’ part of Nice. Close to public tram lines though. We got a room upgrade which we appreciated. Overall a very good experience.

Breakfast could have had more variety and if it is busy there is not much space.

Location was the 10/10 could not have picked better hotel, along the riviera, lots of hotels and places to eat, fresh pizza baked while you wait, massive shopping area with many different types of shops including food supermarkets. weather in Nice in October was 10/10 blue sky all day, hotel staff 10/10, very friendly, extremely helpful especially our first point of contact Gwen, always happy to help with advise on places to visit locally, he was amazing, our room was courtside suite, was spacious with light, shower facilities we loved, rooftop pool was also nice, clean although pool is not heated, but hot weather daily is just awesome, the breakfast buffet lounge consisted of helpful members, accommodating at all time with my vegetarian needs, our room was cleaned daily by lovely house keeping staff, It was a short stay 3 nights, which we throughly enjoyed, best weather possible, whole experience at Ac Hotel Nice 10/10.

There’s some building work going on, side of hotel, we could hear some noise early mornings, but that’s all, everything else was great from staff to hotel to weather.
