The location and the cleaning of the room, that they give you tea and cups and some plates as well, for free. Close to the 🚆 stop.

Wel,l when you book the room in the "what is in your room "... it say mini bar,hair dryer non of them are there,but the guy from the reception offers to keep your groceries in his refrigerator, helpful but is not the same, also it says in the website that has satellite channels Not true , only few French channels and when we arrive there was not the remote of the TV in the room, I had to ask the next morning and wait until the guy from the reception fund one for me. The hair dryer I didn't bother to ask for. This hotel is good for the price to sleep and take a shower.

Excellent staff, Room was to a very high standard, Location was just a few minutes walk to promenade & beach. Stayed over Christmas Day, nothing was open and I needed a charging adapter, luckily the hotel staff were able to provide me with one. Loads of shops/cafes restaurants situated all around the hotel. Price was very reasonable for a private room as hostels/dorms are a similar price around Nice. A good place to start, if you are visiting Nice for the first time as the staff will show you maps of the area, places to visit, best methods of transports for trains/busses/taxis and places to eat/shop based on budget requirements. Will return in the future for sure. Thanks everyone!

A unique option in this great location for budget travelers! The rooms are basic, but very adequate and clean, Wi-Fi worked well, the owner and his family—staff are very personable and friendly and speak French/English/Russian/+ languages. Toiletries are provided, tea and cutlery are available in the foyer, some rooms have kettles, excellent free coffee is offered in a morning. One can leave luggage before check-in/after check-out. Late check-in is easy, as the entry door has a code.

Nothing big. I got mostly lucky and the other guests were not too loud, although the hotel is in an old building and hence not soundproof. The location is off main streets, but occasional loud passersbys were there.

I consider my stay at the hotel successful. The room is located on the first floor on the one side and the half-level of the other. The staff is very helpful, especially since there are no hairdryer or hanging space for weath clothes in the rooms. The hotel is conveniently close to the sea and the L2 (airport) line, nestled among dense blocks of buildings. Exceptional service!

Fouges should be reneved, water bottles should be welcoming guests in the room. Some small changes can be very refreshing.

The hotel was located a short walk from the beach and very close to the Musee Beaux Arts. We were welcomed by friendly staff who allocated a room on the cool side of the house. The room, albeit small and not the twin we originally booked, was practical and functional. We paid extra for breakfast and this was plentiful.

There is no air-conditioning in this hotel and we were experiencing a heatwave during our time in Nice making this a very hot room. The hotel did provide us with a fan and that did help. I

By far the very best of mattress quality I have encountered in my long "genious 3" Booking career. An absolute pleasure. The price is decent, good wifi, very clean, very quiet at night. Only 2 tram stops from the town center as such, and 300 meters from the sea.

Reception is closed at 8pm, unless arrival arranged before. So when you arrive, don't forget to make a note of the entry code to the building, as you will need it.

The accommodation is really basic. But if you only need a place to sleep because Nice offers so many wonderful places to explore, then Danemark is the place for you. The room is clean, there is no noise, the bed is very comfortable and the sleep is really good. I especially like the part in front of the hotel, where you can sit down, have a drink or lunch. Near the accommodation you have a Lidl and many other markets, bakeries and fast food where you can buy food The hotel has kitchen utensils (plates, knives, forks, spoons, cups, etc.) that you can use, which is very practical. Most of all, the host is very kind. We will definitely visit again. I am very grateful that you made our stay in Nice very pleasant. I almost forgot ☝️The location is very good near to the promenade and beach and near to the center

When I booked the room, I didn't immediately realize that the toilet was shared (which shocked me when I read it in the email🤣), but I have to admit that it really wasn't a problem. In the room you have a small bathroom with a shower and sink, only the toilet in the corridor is shared with several other rooms.

Good location: next to the riviera, tram station-easy arrival from the airport, walking distance to the old center, museums, train stration. The rooms are basic but its a good value for money for Nice and the location, very clean, with heating and window. Quiet hotel and neighbourhood. Easy communication + they let me to check in much earlier.

The location is great!. Close to the beach and shops for reasonable price! Lemon tree outside I liked that due to our flight in the evening we could leave the bags in the hotel instead of walking around the town with it. Big +!

Didn't like the spiderwebs in the ceiling, tiny sink in the room and thin walls as could hear what other couple was talking about :) but I would come back again to this hotel!

Very nice area, very close to the tram station and multiple different shops; cafes, shops etc. also free Wifi which is always a big plus. Friendly staff, allowed us to check in earlier and when checking out held on to our bags until we were ready to leave to the airport. All in all very nice hotel and would defo recommend especially for the price.

The only downside is would say is the very small bathroom but again for the price this is what you would expect
