We had a lovely stay at this sweet and clean hotel, it was located just a 5-minute walk from the beach. The location is great, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. There are also several bus stops close to the hotel, and it takes about 15 minutes by bus or 30 minutes on foot to reach the Old Town. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Special thanks to Lucrezia and Yazid for their warm hospitality! For parking, the hotel directed us to a partner garage about 5 minutes away. It costs €19 per day, and you need to pick up an access card from the hotel before entering the parking. Very convenient and straightforward. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place in Nice.

Location!

Overall, we had a nice experience, but the beginning was not what we expected. On the first night, we were given a room with a lower rate than the one we had paid for, and the hotel only offered an apology—no compensation or real explanation. The next day, we were moved to the correct room, as per our reservation. Breakfast was decent – cold cuts, cheeses, and fresh pastries, though the selection was the same every day. On the bright side, the coffee was excellent! The overall atmosphere was enjoyable, especially because we were with friends. All in all, it was a good stay, though the initial issue left a bit of a bitter taste

The location is excellent — you can walk to the beach, which is pebbly, so The hotel provides beach towels, beach umbrellas, and sunbed cushions for a small fee. The staff are very friendly. The air conditioning in the room cools well.

The hotel’s parking is off-site and about a 6-minute walk away. There is no space even to briefly stop in front of the hotel; while unloading our bags, we were honked at by cars behind us. The bed may feel a bit short for those taller than 1.85 meters. The water pressure in the shower is low. Breakfast ends at 10:00 a.m., and when we came down at 09:30, items like eggs were already gone. Overall, the location and the staff are great.

The location in proximity to the city was nice. The staff was exceptional in their service. Very caring, delightful, friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room and entire building were freshly cleaned everyday to perfection.

The parking was a bit of a walk and NOT included in the price. The price was a bit much but perhaps appropriate for the area. However, I think parking should atleast have been included, especially for being a 7 min walk. Which leads me to my final thing, i didn’t like that the parking was so far. Felt a bit scary for me to walk at night but the city appeared to be safe.

The staff was so amazing, kind and helpful. Thank you so much for making our stay so pleasant. The hotel is clean and cosy. The price is good for the services that you receive. The location is also very close to Promenade d'Anglais which was just perfect. Also, the breakfast offered various options, it was okay. The size of the room was just right and we also had a balcony :) I liked the fact that the curtains were blackout.

I think the eggs from the breakfast were an unfortunate choice, maybe they can be cooked more or other options could be offered (sunny side up, boiled, omlette etc.). I understand that it is a local way of cooking eggs maybe, but it's definitely not for everybody. Also, a tiny fridge in the room would have been great. Maybe you could give the option for the bathroom window to be covered. I found It really uncomfortable. And the soundproofing was really bad... I could hear everything from the other rooms...

The rooms are nice and cozy. The bathroom was clean. And very good location.

They were going through a refurbishment, and it was a bit uncomfortable because no one told us about it before booking.

Excellent location, 150 yard from the tram station, 50 yards from the beach. Lots of places to eat nearby. Nice rooms, very clean and comfortable. Excellent staff on the front desk, very helpful and friendly.

Strange decision to put an internal window in a bathroom - at least make it frosted glass or put a blind on it. We asked to move room and got a nicer room on another floor. But this is something you should change, it's fine for a single traveller but very strange if you're sharing. Put an extractor fan in the bathroom.

Yazid was the most helpful staff member we have ever encountered at a hotel. He arranged an early check-in for us and was always polite and accommodating with anything we needed. The hotel is in a perfect location, the rooms are comfortable, and the value for money is excellent.

Some days the room attendant would leave only one towel even though there were two of us, or forget to restock essentials like toilet paper.

The location was phenomenal. Right across from the beach in a quiet area. It’s a 20 minute walk from the main downtown/old town area which is so convinent. The breakfast was amazing and I especially loved the fresh baked crossiants. Rooms were very clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly. We loved everyone who we interacted with so much, especially Yazid, who from the first day helped us with anything we needed. He was so friendly and nice and we really just enjoyed talking to him. Highly recommend this hotel as it’s an amazing deal!

I was visiting Nice for few days, needed a place close to promenade, to be clean, not old, with value for money. This hotel offered me these facilities in a good combination. Ironing and fridge facilities are obtained at the reception. Expect that rooms are a bit small (at least where I stayed), for 1 person was fine. Last day I stayed at the beach club after check out as my flight was in the evening. Hotel has a good facility to take shower at 5 EUR, which is really convenient
