It is difficult to find the entrance to the hotel, there is construction all around and no signage indicates where the entrance is. The staff lost my bags and could not find them for a long time. The staff did not take into account that my breakfast was already included in the accommodation. There is no kettle in the room. Very little choice at breakfast, and it's not worth its money. Overpriced but for Nice in season it is OK

The staff notably Henri FNB Manager and Courtois Alexis were extremely courteous and professional. They made us feel welcomed.

Overall, everything were fine except the housekeeping didn't clean our room for two consecutives days even though I asked for service. When I finally, notified the front desk manager, he directly asked for the room to be serviced. Unfortunately, for 2 days, we were without clean towels.

The staff are overworked as you can see they are shortstaffed. They try their best but when busy you can see its hard on them. The location is not the best for a leisure trip. The construction right around the building was not communicated and a little frustrating.

The room was basic: no mini fridge to store drinks or snacks, only one usable pillow, and a large orange decorative pillow that couldn’t be removed. Unfortunately the management and payment handling completely ruined the experience. Be prepared to wait over a month for your deposit (50€ per night) to be returned. In my case, they also withdrew £271 from my card after I had already left, calling it “a mistake.” During my stay, an unexplained 3.50€ charge was also taken without me making any purchase. It seems staff at the bar don’t verify guest names meaning anyone could give your room number and charges would be applied to your account. Trying to resolve this has been a nightmare. Contacting them gets you the same vague response of “your refund has been processed”, yet no money ever arrives. I’ve stayed at many places and never once experienced anything like this. The hotel itself is fine, but the handling of payments, deposits, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable. This experience has completely deterred me from ever staying here again.

The breakfast was not good., neither was the dinner snacks. It tasted like processed food. It is still a construction site, the taxi could not even locate the hotel. The only good thing about our stay was the employees. They were all very nice.

Our stay at Moxy Nice was profoundly disappointing and fell far short of acceptable standards. The hotel's location in the middle of an active construction site made entering and exiting a daily struggle, and we constantly inhaled dust, which was a significant health concern. Housekeeping was consistently subpar, often neglecting the bathroom entirely and failing to properly clean the sheets. Air conditioning stopped working. Hot water stopped working. Wifi stopped working. Essential amenities like a refrigerator for drinks and snacks and a safebox for valuables were completely absent. Furthermore, contacting the hotel was inconveniently limited to the Bonvoy app, and there was no complimentary mineral water provided. These issues collectively made our stay incredibly uncomfortable and not worth the price paid.
