Great hotel and very practical next to the airport. Clean facilities, easy check in, welcoming staff, safe location and great in room amenities.

Stairs at the entrance of the hotel make it very impractical as you need to carry all your luggages up with no lift. For an airport hotel a ramp would be appreciated

I had a wonderful stay at OKKO hotel in Nice. Its location is extremely convenient, just a few minutes from the airport and very close to bus and tram stops, making it easy to get around the city. The room was spotless, with excellent soundproofing that ensured a peaceful night’s sleep. The bed was incredibly comfortable, one of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel. Breakfast was of high quality, with a good variety and fresh ingredients. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nice! Last but not least, personnel was amazingly helpful and friendly for everything that we asked!

We loved our stay in OKKO it was super close to the airport and accessible via the tram. We used the tram during our entire stay and it was very easy to navigate and make it to the city center and back. We loved our room, it felt super chic and clean - the bed was super comfy. The access to coffee in the lounge area was a big win for us. The happy hour was also a fun component. On our last day we had the breakfast and it was delicious. The staff was super helpful and oh so kind! Other things we loved: the gym and sauna Would highly recommend staying here!

Very clean, comfortable and modern, and walkable from the airport terminal 1 so extremely convenient. Would definitely stay again. Staff were nice and friendly, and the room was small but very well appointed. We slept really well.

It seemed a little understaffed - sometimes it was difficult to find anyone to order a drink or to ask any questions. The hotel's commitment to sustainability is great - it means you don't have any water in your room and have to fetch it on a needs basis from the corridor. However, on a practical note, it would be helpful to have a jug you could fill to take back to the room for water glasses, as we found ourselves in a heatwave and frequently wandering in and out of the room for glasses of water. It's also difficult for one person to fetch 2 glasses of water and open the room door.

Great staff and very clean. Quiet location and slept well. Tram around corner bring you to terminal 1 and terminal 2. Stay for 2 nights as hotel in Nice very expensive for weekend. Got map of staff and took train around the corner into Nice.Train Station in centre of Nice right beside Department store and the Promenade at end of shops. Coffee machine in room but no kettle to make tea. Brought my own tea bags but water in boiler in Club do not heat the water hot enough for English tea. There is only herbal tea in Club and no English tea bags. I had like if electric kettle was available in room or Club and English tea bags too. Nice lemon and chocolate cake free in club with biscuits and coffee machine was there too. Gym was good with the Sauna attached to it. Big windows in room and the windows open too a bit. The air conditioning worked well too. Overall it is a good place to stay for weekend with trains and tram around corner.

No electric kettle available. Threre was no slippers either.

The rooms were nice and clean. They were very new and decorated very modern. The layout of the room and bedding was nice. Lots of nice seating in the lobby area.

The snack area was lacking. There should be more individually packed items. The items were stale and not good, especially for late arrivals after the kitchen closed. There were no food options. Dinner should be open to anyone not only reservations. We went to bed hungry. There should be some designated spots for unloading luggage at the door front and or someone to help get luggage. There should be some designated parking area not shared at other hotels. It was confusing and difficult and expensive to find at night.

The hotel was close to the airport and the train station, which made traveling easy. The room was spacious and clean, please be aware that the shower is IN the hotel room, not a separate bathroom. To get to the old town of nice it takes about 30 minutes with the metro but the station is also only a three minute walk away. Overall it fit our expectations and we were satisfied

We wanted to try out the club on the eight floor once, unfortunately the behaviour of the man who seemed to be leading the bar/restaurant was very off putting as he seemed stressed although there was not a lot going on. This majorly impacted the vibe inside the room as everyone was very subdued.

The gym and it’s amazing views, even boasts a sauna! Rooms were cozy, clean and comfortable. Also, really liked the club area and restaurant. Food was great, so was the vibe and the staff was super friendly. Liked the fact that unlimited filtered water, lemonades, fresh teas, coffees and snacks were available - good quality ones, free of charge and most of them at all times. Also lunch and dinner could be ordered at any time from noon onwards. I will definitely repeat!

Reception area could be a bit warmer, more welcoming.

This was a slick new hotel, easy walk to the airport and train station. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. There was also a nice lounge area on the top floor. The room was good.

The only two reasons I marked it not a 5 all around were: 1. the toilet (small enclosed room) had a bad smell when I first arrived. It was OK after I left the door open for a while. 2. the signage to find the hotel could have been better. I walked by it the first time because it is on the back side/upper floors of a building that has different signage more prominently.

steps on the entrance, (but mini lift available), reception at the 8th floor and lift are quite slow, no lounge chairs available around check in area, the first night I came back to hotel and found big group tour waiting long line to take lift to thier room, very in-convenience. Another thing is transparent bathroom even we are couple/spouse but never have a see-through bathroom door when showering.
