Location to the airport was great. The room is clean and the bed comfortable. Small kitchenette. Small bag with cleaning supplies was provided, which was a nice touch.

There was a sewage smell in the shower.

First of all the stuff was super helpful and nice and I thank them a lot for their service . The hotel is okay and the room is let’s say a good value for its price , but the hotel policies are kind of scam . You should be aware before booking this hotel that the cleaning is NOT included. I have been travelling a lot and this was the first time ever I rented a 3 star hotel and you had to pay extra for the cleaning. Also the parking that they work with is pretty bad and it was inconvenient for us to use , it’s not entirely their fault but still they work with someone that has also bad critics . Regarding the location, it’s great if you want to be close to the airport and close to trams to take you to the centre , but if you want to live close to the centre is far away

We loved the spacious hotel room, both its bedroom and bathroom. Much more room than in a typical hotel. In addition, it had a kitchen with a microwave, a mini refrigerator, and a dishwasher. Dishware, silverware, and pots included, so this is a perfect setup for those who plan to stay a few days. It's also conveniently located next to the airport and a literal 5-minute walk to the train station, which took us to Nice in 6 minutes and 30 minutes to Cannes and other beach towns. It is an excellent location. The staff is friendly, and the hotel and room were extremely clean.

The breakfast was £17 per person, which is about the going rate in hotels, however, I didn't see much more than lite breakfast fare and coffee offerings. Nothing substantial for what you pay. There is also a strict check-in time at 4pm, but they do have a nice check-out time of 12pm.

The apartment complex is located next to the airport so ideal for a stay before/after your flight or if you have a car and want to visit the places nearby on top of Nice. If you don’t have a car I don’t recommend staying here as there are no places to eat and the city center is 50 mins by public transport. For us it was great though as we had the car and wanted to travel around so it really depends on your needs.

The car parking is on the 5th floor and a bit challenging to drive up there because it’s extremely narrow so if you have a big car is nearly impossible. Also the bedsheets were stained but they did change them when I let them know which I really appreciated. It would be good to provide fresh towels without an extra fee to pay and also the machine to get coins for the laundry was not working during the night so we couldn’t get the coins nor the washing detergent.

Newer rooms. Studio was convenient for longer stays. Bed was nice. Nice by Messena and Old Town is really pricy, so I guess this could be an alternative if you don’t mind a 30 min. tram/train commute or 20 min. e-bike.

Staff wasn't too friendly, even the guys (managers?) in the "prive" rooms. They just looked up from their screens to glare at people passing by which is really strange. They is very little signage or indication of how to reach by car. There were PLENTY of empty rooms but no chance for early check-in. Otherwise, the room itself is great, but I would book with a different hotel next time in that big complex. Too much competition and too many negatives to not seek alternatives with flexibility and friendliness.

In a great location, close to Nice airport but also not far from the city. Great transport links close by to go into Nice city. Clean and reasonably equipped for our short stay. Location was quiet enough and the double glazing worked well to reduce noise from the outside. Breakfast buffet was very good and nice selection of food.

The aircon was difficult to control and at night the room was too hot, the arrows on the control unit didn't seem to do anything, the aircon also goes off when you go out and on return to apartment its very hot. We did put the fan on full too but woke to find room was 25c. It was on the cooling setting.

We spent a wonderful 7 days. We were accommodated in room 605. Everything was perfect from day one. The staff gave us a wonderful welcome. Reception and departure in 3 minutes ends. The room was literally new. Spacious with a great terrace. The bathroom has never been more beautiful. The kitchen is excellent, although we used it a little. The hotel is quiet and people can feel at home here. We will definitely come back again, but for longer than 7 days. All hotel recommendations :) 10+++++

The hotel was unexpectedly difficult to find. Google Maps led to the wrong place according to the address, and Booking website said that maps is not available. In the end, I found the hotel among other buildings only by the photo. The hotel room was comfortable, spacious and pleasant. The bed is very comfortable, all the necessary equipment is available. There were dishes, pots and pans in the kitchenette (although I didn't use them myself). A refrigerator is a necessary thing in hot weather. Tram L2 stop is near the hotel (approx. 500 m). It is a convenient way to travel to the center of Nice. Tickets can be bought from a machine at the stop. It must be taken into account that if a group of tourists buy tickets before you at the stop, you may miss several trams while waiting for them. It is not recommended to travel without a ticket, because then you will not be able to get out of the metro in the city center.

They are probably office buildings, because on Saturday night and early Sunday morning, the area was completely deserted. A strong wind blew between the houses, crunching the dry leaves. Moving alone was a really scary feeling. You could only hear your own steps. Passageways between buildings were dim or dark. It felt like someone could be lurking behind every pillar or corner. Fortunately, there was no one. So moving alone in the dark is pretty scary.

I recently stayed at Residhome hotel and had a fantastic experience. The room was very cozy, and the mattress was perfectly firm, making it a pleasure to sleep. The area was quiet and peaceful, providing a comfortable atmosphere. Overall, I enjoyed my stay immensely and found everything to be clean and well-kept. The location was convenient, being close to the airport and just a short walk to the tram stop, which made it easy to explore the city. The staff was incredibly attentive, polite, and always greeted me with a smile. Their friendliness made me feel more at home than I ever expected. Every interaction was pleasant, and they went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. I truly felt pampered and cared for during my time there. It was a delightful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a warm and welcoming experience!

The location was great and ok to find on foot from the airport. It was in easy reach of St Augustin train station and tram. The bed was comfortable and bathroom. There was a microwave, dishwasher, kettle and coffee and tea in the mini kitchen. There was a table and 2 dining chairs. The apart hotel was close to a restaurant, shop, snack bar and a local park and Asian art gallery.

There was a smell of drains in the bathroom in the evening but it dissipated. I informed reception in the morning but got told i should have told them in the evening. I was only there 1 evening. So do tell reception if there is an issue straight away I wasn't sure what they could do in the evening 🤔 though.
