First of all the stuff was super helpful and nice and I thank them a lot for their service . The hotel is okay and the room is let’s say a good value for its price , but the hotel policies are kind of scam . You should be aware before booking this hotel that the cleaning is NOT included. I have been travelling a lot and this was the first time ever I rented a 3 star hotel and you had to pay extra for the cleaning. Also the parking that they work with is pretty bad and it was inconvenient for us to use , it’s not entirely their fault but still they work with someone that has also bad critics . Regarding the location, it’s great if you want to be close to the airport and close to trams to take you to the centre , but if you want to live close to the centre is far away

The apartment complex is located next to the airport so ideal for a stay before/after your flight or if you have a car and want to visit the places nearby on top of Nice. If you don’t have a car I don’t recommend staying here as there are no places to eat and the city center is 50 mins by public transport. For us it was great though as we had the car and wanted to travel around so it really depends on your needs.

The car parking is on the 5th floor and a bit challenging to drive up there because it’s extremely narrow so if you have a big car is nearly impossible. Also the bedsheets were stained but they did change them when I let them know which I really appreciated. It would be good to provide fresh towels without an extra fee to pay and also the machine to get coins for the laundry was not working during the night so we couldn’t get the coins nor the washing detergent.

In a great location, close to Nice airport but also not far from the city. Great transport links close by to go into Nice city. Clean and reasonably equipped for our short stay. Location was quiet enough and the double glazing worked well to reduce noise from the outside. Breakfast buffet was very good and nice selection of food.

The aircon was difficult to control and at night the room was too hot, the arrows on the control unit didn't seem to do anything, the aircon also goes off when you go out and on return to apartment its very hot. We did put the fan on full too but woke to find room was 25c. It was on the cooling setting.

In the end, I found the hotel among other buildings only by the photo. The hotel room was comfortable, spacious and pleasant. The bed is very comfortable, all the necessary equipment is available. There were dishes, pots and pans in the kitchenette (although I didn't use them myself). A refrigerator is a necessary thing in hot weather. Tram L2 stop is near the hotel (approx. 500 m). It is a convenient way to travel to the center of Nice. Tickets can be bought from a machine at the stop. It must be taken into account that if a group of tourists buy tickets before you at the stop, you may miss several trams while waiting for them. It is not recommended to travel without a ticket, because then you will not be able to get out of the metro in the city center.

They are probably office buildings, because on Saturday night and early Sunday morning, the area was completely deserted. A strong wind blew between the houses, crunching the dry leaves. Moving alone was a really scary feeling. You could only hear your own steps. Passageways between buildings were dim or dark. It felt like someone could be lurking behind every pillar or corner. Fortunately, there was no one. So moving alone in the dark is pretty scary.

I recently stayed at Residhome hotel and had a fantastic experience. The room was very cozy, and the mattress was perfectly firm, making it a pleasure to sleep. The area was quiet and peaceful, providing a comfortable atmosphere. Overall, I enjoyed my stay immensely and found everything to be clean and well-kept. The location was convenient, being close to the airport and just a short walk to the tram stop, which made it easy to explore the city. The staff was incredibly attentive, polite, and always greeted me with a smile. Their friendliness made me feel more at home than I ever expected. Every interaction was pleasant, and they went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. I truly felt pampered and cared for during my time there. It was a delightful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a warm and welcoming experience!

The location was great and ok to find on foot from the airport. It was in easy reach of St Augustin train station and tram. The bed was comfortable and bathroom. There was a microwave, dishwasher, kettle and coffee and tea in the mini kitchen. There was a table and 2 dining chairs. The apart hotel was close to a restaurant, shop, snack bar and a local park and Asian art gallery.

There was a smell of drains in the bathroom in the evening but it dissipated. I informed reception in the morning but got told i should have told them in the evening. I was only there 1 evening. So do tell reception if there is an issue straight away I wasn't sure what they could do in the evening 🤔 though.

Stayed here for a night as we travelled to Italy the next day. The room was clean and the bed was comfy, couldn’t ask for much more for an overnight stay. It’s in a nice little plaza with some cafes and restaurants. Staff was helpful and the room was ready before check in 🙌

A bit hard finding where it is from the airport but once you figure it out it’s easy to get around. Not too much around in terms of stores or restaurants, would definitely need to take the metro from the airport to get around if you were staying for more then a single night Nothing bad about the hotel though!

The location was near the train station Nice St Augustine and close to the airport 5-10 min by walk. The studio room was good as size, we had comfortable double bed and the kitchenette was good to have it.

Not enough toilet paper in the room during the 4 nights stay. They asked to let the kitchen clean but they didn't provide any cleaning supplies ( dishwasher sponge, detergent). Unfortunately we received only one set of plastic bags for garbage during the stay. The heating system didn't work properly, it was saying there were 20 degrees, we activated the heat to 22 but the temp didn't change, it was between 19-20 degrees all the time.

Location is really perfect ( close to airport, train, tram, bus station, really really perfect). New, clean and spacious rooms)… All recommendations for staying in the hotel…

We stayed 5 nights and there were no cleaning room for that time… Also we got only two towels, and if you want a new towels it is charged 5€… no one told that at the beginning of stay… This is really unpleasant and unprofessional situation which should really be changed. These small “hidden” fees in my opinion are not needed and they really ruin experience.

I had a comfy stay at the Residhome. Very clean and quiet - my room faced an inside grass roof. The apartment had many light options and power outlets, in case you need to work remotely or have equipment to charge. There were also not many guests in the hotel. The area is very quiet, business-like (offices, hotels, and a high school nearby) and what I loved the most is how close it is to the SNCF station and the communication hub (trams and buses). The location is away from the city center proper and the old town of Nice, but they are easily accessible.

The air conditioning didn't seem to work properly, when switched to heat, it took time to raise the temperature (it was the end of December). Also, the water pressure in the shower was low - could be because the apartment was on a higher floor, but if there were not many guests at the hotel, the pressure could get even lower. Another thing is that there were not many grocery stores close by and the food places in the neighborhood were mostly closed, could be that only for the Holidays.
